I ordered the Capano and was not disappointed. Think Cuban but also w capicola. It hit on on all levels. I was looking for a breakfast sandwich place and utilize my trusty Yelp And found this place. From the reviews and the pictures it's in point promising so we decided to give it a whirl. Immediately upon entering their establishment we were extremely happy with her choice. The staff was extremely friendly and was able to order our breakfast sandwich right away. We even were able to utilize the homemade English muffins and that they had and they were phenomenal. Not only do they have breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches but they also have cookies and treats and a small market with various fruits veggies and drinks. I'm not gonna lie... I got me some cookies and a chocolate covered peanut butter cup and it was phenomenal. Great sandwiches. We tried three different paninis and each one was very tasty. The ingredients were fresh and there were choices that satisfied everyone. We will be back. And back I went. We got two pies for Thanksgiving and I just finished a slice of apple with vanilla ice-cream from Parlor Ice-cream also a Biddeford business. I make a mean apple pie on my own and this was so much better than my own homemade. I am impressed and humbled. The pumpkin was also appreciated. My husband has already had two pieces and there is just a sliver left. On my list for next year. My next purchase will be a chicken pie. I was delightfully surprised by this spot in Biddeford. I knew they had sandwiches and some baked goods, but I didn't know they were also a specialty market offering a limited, but well curated selection of produce, cheeses, beer, wine, and even some health and body stuff too! Take your time to look around - it's a really spacious shop, but with minimal decor (which I'm seeing more and more throughout Maine). You can grab a coffee, or pick up stuff to go, and there's more seating inside then there seems (and it's such a beautiful space, why wouldn't you want to order a sandwich and a sweet and tuck in with a good book?). I do wish there were more vegetarian and vegan paninis; at the time I came there was one option. The rest all had meat; I suppose you could order something like the Caprese (Genoa salami, mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, pesto mayo, and roasted garlic spread) without the salami and maybe with the addition of avocado (for an upcharge, of course; side note/rant: I wish more places would cancel out that upcharge when substituting an animal protein, y'know?). In the end I had the KSO (tomato chutney, candied jalapeños, avocado, smoked gouda, red onions, greens, and tomatoes on focaccia), and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time (that bread is something else). It was an incredibly flavorful, hefty sandwich that definitely filled me up! Because I know a) their panini options change, and 2) they can come up with creative, inspired sandwich ideas I'm hoping that in the future they'll include more meat-free options! read more

After doing some Christmas shopping at Part & Parcel, the smell of their sandwich counter won us over. We grabbed a few paninis to go and were racing home to be able to eat them. We were not disappointed! For about $20 total, we both got massive and DELICIOUS paninis made from quality ingredients. On top of all this, we were so glad to support such a great local business. Especially if it's a Friday or Saturday because that is when they serve breakfast burritos. We went for the first time this morning and each got a breakfast burrito. My husband got sausage and I got bacon and we shared. Both were amazing but the bacon was really something special. These burritos have delicious homefries, peppera and onions, egg, meat, and cheese in them. They are grilled on the outside so they get a little crisp. They are served with salsa and sour cream. Everything about them is magical. We got our daughter a Nutella bomb and that was also delicious. It is a little a pricey, BUT it's worth it because most of their products and produce are locally sourced. They also make sandwiches which you can call ahead an order to take to work. They have fresh made salads and little bento boxes you can also grab that are great to take for lunch. On top of all of this they sell a wide variety or wine, beer, cider and local cheese. My husband found aome strawberry mint hard cider that looked amazing, but alas I'm pregnant so I'll have to go back. Seriously, do yourself a favor and visit this place! read more

Cool, delicious, friendly, and comfortable. We ordered the turkey avo press & the italian. They were impressive in their perfection. The pickles that accompany the sandwiches were just the right amount of sour and crunch. They were very dairy free accommodating and knowledgeable about their ingredients. Always the best sandwiches in Biddeford. As a Native New Yorker, this is the only place I can get Italian subs that taste like home. YUM. Their others are great too and, if you need a quick dinner, you can go in on your lunch break and pick up things like salads, frozen lasagna and lots of goodies. This is the kind of place that my dad, being the well traveled, cheap guy he is, on roadtrips would go out of his way to stop at. I got the chicken salad sandwich was was VERY tasty but the sandwich was literally the size of my palm. I thought $8 seemed like a fair price... now I realize how overpriced they are. It looks like Part & Parcel will fill the hole left when Cobblestone's closed a few years ago, and I'm really happy about that. They've also got pre-made wraps, salads and more. No other comparable sandwich place in the Biddeford/Saco area. While waiting for my sandwiches I shopped and got a beer for myself and wine cooler for my wife.
