Kindness can sometimes be scarce in the world of today. But at the OK Tire I visited for a new tire, the force is strong. Everyone in the shop was helpful and tremendously kind. Coady and his fellow workers found me a tire replacement and then went the extra mile to do a tire alignment, and to take some readings on my car's computer. He made a huge deal about it. I had to go out to my car and use my cell phone to see if I got correct change. Then another male customer in line was aggressively harassing me because I wouldn't let him pet my dog. Mike's response? Join in with the customer and mock me if my dog minded if he gave me my change back. This is the scum they hire for MANAGEMENT?! Pathetic and completely unprofessional. I was planning on coming back and spending several hundreds of dollars on brand new tires. Needless to say, they will not be getting my business.
