I had to drive 40 miles out of my way for her pastry chef for the wedding cake, which did not pass along any savings. Consistently lied about following up with venue when I have confirmed information that she did not speak to the venue as promised. I missed several key appointments that a full-service planner is to remind the paying CLIENT on and then turned around and blamed the CLIENT for her lack of organization. It is a good thing I TERMINATED her contract. My wedding turned out beautifully, no thanks to her.

The flowers were stunning (and eco-friendly/local!), and the day-of coordination was by far the best investment I could have made for the wedding. This goes without saying, but weddings are a LOT of work and can be extremely stressful at times. When it came down to the day of the wedding, I wasn't stressed, Erika and Veronica made sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be, and it went off without a hitch. I was familiar with both shows, which made the situation doubly frustrating. During Spamalot we talked to an usher during intermission. We were seated toward the front, and she said maybe the problem was that we were too close. It was a shame, because it looked like a great show, and I'm familiar with the songs, but if you can't hear the words - it definitely loses something. But during Little Shop of Horrors we sat in the middle section, and the sound was not one bit better! I talked to the House Manager, who didn't have anything helpful to offer at all. Now this theater is offering Young Frankenstein, a musical I really love. But I hate to shell out another $30 per ticket for a show I can't hear. I'm astonished at the 5-Star reviews here. What's the secret, guys? Is there some secret place in the theater where you can actually hear the shows?
