Eleanor indulged in pizza, snacks, and crumbl cookies with her friends that attended the party, then it was time to open presents. She had very many exciting expressions while opening presents then sang happy birthday and off they went to go play. Eleanor enjoyed the pirate ship swinging back-and-forth with Nevaeh. Miss Avery enjoyed her time in the toddlers ball pit, but Nathaniel not so much he did not like it and started crying. And Scarlett left with a gorgeous cotton candy butterfly. I believe Eleanor had a very good time today with her friends! Happy 6th birthday, Eleanor. If you're looking for a birthday party event for a young child, I would highly recommend this indoor playcenter you can rent a room out have it for 2 1/2 hours. Pick your food choices for each child and then they have unlimited play. They have a toddlers area for three and under. every person does have to sign a waiver online if you're going for a birthday party you have to RSVP online. They have a wonderful snack bar with lots of food options, chicken wraps, mozzarella sticks, pizza, coffee, Café and more. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM they're closed on Sunday

This spot takes the fun of a play place, adds a bounce house, ride and rock climbing. As a parent, one of my favorite things is that they have food...and not just snacks, but salads, chicken, pizza and snacks too. We can stay most of the day and the kids will get all their energy out without being starving when we leave. I just wish it was not as expensive (and closer)!

Loved the outdoor space to explore with little trikes and a playhouse, wheelbarrows, etc. There were several reading books set areas set up with books to read to your kids, a large overhead climbing area, lots of busy boards, tables set up with smaller building toys for older kids, and more!

Now the treehouse was a little bit dirty, but I think it's probably the time of the year and that it was really damp and wet during our visit. There's a place for you to have lunch. There are organized activities in the afternoon, which we did not participate in, but that goes additional things to do in the afternoon if you're there for a long period of time. The employees there were more than helpful and friendly . Facility was very clean and well organized.

I also didn't like that she just picked up the kids without asking them and then felt like kids had to give her a high five / hug but they didn't ask for it. She kept asking for hugs- not appropriate in my mind especially with younger children / any age. It took a long time setting up a party video that played for a few minutes and some of the pictures on it were blurry and only of the same three kids when there were 12 total. The inflatables were okay but felt a little bit dirty and not fully inflated to me. We had fun with all the friends that invited us but I personally would probably not come back on my own or host anything here. The arcade games in the rooms seemed funny placement to me especially since they weren't free and definitely overstimulated with all the toys in the front of the store when you first arrived. Bathroom okay but the pressure of the sink was very high and sprayed all over.

A lot of sweaty kids... and just seemed like germs can quickly be collected there.

2 months ago I left a review on Google in regards to an extra fee of $30…read more "Completely pissed! I've been a membership holder for 2 years and I showed up at 7:30 pm and was told we couldn't be checked and that their cut off time for check ins is 7:45 pm. Mind you it's Saturday and they close at 10 pm. Then he proceeded to tell me that in order for my child ( with a membership at that! ) to jump after 7:45 ( mind you it's now 7:35) I had to Pay $30 since it was after hours. I've never heard of this. I was very upset." Update: Update august 17,2026 Today, a manager contacted me and told me that he had been given a completely different version of what happened. According to the manager, the employee at the front desk told him that I became "hostile and threatening" when I was told about the $30 charge. But apparently that wasn't the only thing that was said. The manager also informed me that the employee claimed he removed the $30 fee as a courtesy to me and allowed my son and me to stay and jump that night. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. We left. Let me also point out how contradictory this story IS. According to management, I was supposedly so "hostile and threatening" that the employee felt the need to report my behavior - yet in the very same story, that employee supposedly waived the $30 fee as a courtesy, allowed my son and me to jump for free, and allowed us to remain inside the building. Therefore my membership was canceled. You are not going to call me as a grown woman and attempt to "check" me about alleged behavior based solely on what a teenager told you -especially when your own business has cameras that can potentially establish what Happened. ....now I have to write this review This is exactly why businesses should investigate BOTH sides before making accusations about a customer's character. Don't call me trying to check me about my behavior when you haven't even checked whether the story you were told is true. Pull the cameras. The truth doesn't need help. ...Aug 18th 2026 I woke up to an email from the owner. standing by its decision to cancel my membership and restrict me from future visits. The manager says the decision was based solely on concerns about my alleged conduct toward employees--not race, negative review, or your questioning of the $30 charge. He also states that management reviewed employee-provided information along with "available camera system information" and, based on that review, they are maintaining their decision. Your applicable membership refund will be processed. When I subsequently asked for the surveillance footage, he responded that Sky Zone does not release surveillance footage to the general public. One detail I would preserve carefully is their exact wording: they did not say in this email that they watched footage that proves I was hostile or threatening. They said they reviewed employee information "along with the available camera system information." That's more ambiguous. And they are declining to provide me the footage itself, so based on these emails, you cannot independently see what they say supports their conclusion. ......after doing my research on this business I discovered a broader, documented pattern of negative customer feedback--particularly involving service, staff interactions, management, and operation. therefore I realize my complaints were not an occurring in isolation.
