If you are able to make your way past her safely (while her co-workers shudder with embarrassment), then the care is OK, but the attitudes vary wildly depending on who you get. Two of our daytime nurses were absolute gems, so helpful and kind. Totally loved them. Thank God for them. It seems like the grumpiest nurses are placed on overnight shifts, which is just wonderful when you are exhausted after having just had a baby. The food is totally wretched. The rooms are a bit depressing and need to be updated after a decade of use. Bottom line: some very kind and caring staff in a so-so facility, but also some real grumpy grumps.

I was hesitant I'll admit, thinking I needed to stay in the normal environment of clinic/hospital atmosphere. Herself has a different vibe and because it's new, I was a little fearful I was making a mistake going against the "normal" expectations of where to go. I hope that makes sense. My PA is Julie, she was awesome. My first visit was the consultation, this took aprox 90 minuets and the visit with Julie went well. She took her time, listened to me, and gave me undivided attention. I went back for labs, which I was in and out within 30 min, then back the following week for my annual/wellness visit. Again, Julie took her time with me, gave me more of an exam then I've ever had at my previous "wellness exams". She did not make me feel rushed, answered all my questions. I will be sticking with Herself and Julie as my primary clinic and PA.

I was able to get an appointment with Mike quickly and easily by calling. I arrived on time and was taken into my appointment minutes after check-in - the facility is clean and modern, all of the staff were kind and helpful. I spent an hour with Mike and had a wonderful experience! He was able to read through my MRI summary I brought and take me through what they found (after having a poor reading from the original ortho). He eased my worries and was able to find the source of my pain quickly with a series of exercises and pressure points. We rolled through multiple therapeutic exercises, where Mike made sure I wasn't in excruciating pain but working the area needed. He checked my form and even helped me check my lifting form since I indicated it was something I do in my free time. On top of it all, Mike was friendly, kind and helpful. I left feeling refreshed and ready to start my plan. He also wasn't pushy about scheduling another appointment since my issues were mild. If needed, I will definitely be back and recommend to others!

When I told him he was being disrespectful and he didn't know me, he said he is stating facts. He is arrogant, rude and verbally abusive. Came to Summit after experiencing back pain for about a year. I had a prior back injury from 10…read moreyears ago and wanted to make sure it wasn't more damaged. Summit allowed me to schedule online so I made an appointment with one of the spinal drs/surgeons that specialized in compression fracture. I called after I made the appointment to confirm it went through and that I would meet directly with the doctor, which they confirmed. Day-of, my appointment was 30+ minutes late and I met with only a PA/NP that was moving so quickly I didn't even get to describe my problem - he even said if I actually told the doctor what I was experiencing he would tell me my pain was fake. However, he was able to refer me to get an MRI and meet with a non-surgical doctor, so I thought I'd give Summit a second chance. The 2 stars is because my MRI was timely, easy, and I was well cared for. I was able to schedule a follow-up within the next couple weeks to go over the results. This time my appointment was on time, but again I only met with the NP. She was caring and kind, but I could tell she was rushing a bit and it felt very rehearsed. I got a copy of my MRI released to me and a referral for PT and will be going elsewhere for care.

Met a great new doctor, Dr. Leonard. He was thoroughly prepared for my first visit having reviewed…read moremy records in detail. He took time and patience to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed. His Assistant Reid was great as well. He was friendly, helpful, and very good at blood draws! Dr. Leonard came up with a detailed plan to work through my health issues. Then a week later I followed up with him to review my labs. It was refreshing to find a doctor who feels like a teammate rather than a rushed dictator. I highly recommend Dr. Leonard and his assistant Reid. The clinic is a peaceful setting, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a small clinic without chaos. I will definitely return to see Dr. Leonard!!
