I'd recommended it and I know a retired worker from one of their sister stores in DC who vouches for the stores as well.

No don't ask me if you can help me. I'm just a paying customer. So I ask him if I can get my battery tested. He tells me he can't cause he's the only one there. So I ask, what if I wanted to get a new battery? He says he can't help me. No other employee have come in and he can't do anything except hold them accountable. (While he smiles) How does that work, if they are always late? I'm sure he's repeated that statement so many times he already had it memorized. I had to go to an advanced autozone. The guy who sold (BOBBY) kept making lots of excuses from no staff to he's ordered the bumper and now it's 10th day still don't have my bumper and my car sitting in the garage because of this problem. I have called numerous times and went in person twice---really lost more in time and convenience. The service is below standard and the person who's handling it always end up in argument because he's always kept me in waiting. I even asked to return my money which he refuses simply due to their problems and not mine. I never recommend this auto part as what they will tell you and what you get are totally opposite not to mention very condescending way of communication.

So I went one day acted like nothing happens then when I get my receipt there is a add on price for warranty in the parts I didn't ask for but in the back of my mind don't the parts come with factory warranties anyways ?!? Well I spoke to the cashier about it and he sad he was sorry but he open up to me that if they don't ask or add warranties to each item they get written up , hours cut, suspension, even terminations it a certain numbers each month they have to have if not, they get penalized for it and that these warranties the commission goes to the supervisors or the regional to me it's theft adding on warranties with out customers consent even though the warranties adds on from $1.84 to $89.95 additional depending on how much is the item. I'm guessing that Amazon is there main competitor and I guess the companies trying to stay afloat not sure but that needs to stop not sure other states does it but here in Maryland does it especially riverdale park and greenbelt Md location (mostly Prince George county area) I just recommend to each consumer in that area no matter public or businesses to go check on your receipts you might be getting ripped off too so for that I'm taking my business to Amazon or to AutoZone cause I don't see it on there side of these hidden fees What can improve is to stop forcing adding warranties on parts and not penalized the management and employees for it

I feel very comfortable and safe knowing that when I do need things for my car, I can come to this location and they will assist me. The staff here are very helpful. I came around 20 mins before closing and they were in the counter ready to help. I have multiple cars so I come here often now. I'm glad we have this place in the community that is here to assist! (HUGE plus that the majority of the people working there are bilingual, which is very much needed in this community.)

Don't expect anyone to help you willingly in the store. There's a cash register right at the door,…read morewhich is where you would expect to be able to ring things up or find an employee if you have any questions. But you would be mistaken. You and the other customers however will have plenty of company as you all accumulate in that same area, expecting to be able to conduct a normal transaction. But eventually, one of you will have to depart from the group (and probably sacrifice your place in line because the employees don't care who came first) in order to go track down someone who works there and try to distract them from whatever is more important than what they're supposed to be there for: selling auto parts, which, last I checked, involves being able to pay for the item and leave the store in a reasonable amount of time. Or, first asking a question in order to make sure you're buying the correct product for your specific vehicle, and then having that person available to actually buy it instead of having them walk away randomly within 2 seconds, so you have to go find them again across the store to actually pay for it. To the employees: If you have severe ADD, maybe don't work in customer service or in any retail capacity whatsoever. And to the management: please stop hiring people with ADD to help your customers. Give them a job in the back somewhere and get someone capable to man your registers.

I hadn't told him that I bought the socket set. His name is Drew. When he was almost done with the installation, I showed him my new socket set that I had ordered on Amazon. Drew pointed out to me that the extension bar was too short (so I will get a refund from Amazon). Drew was wonderful and is the quintessential example of what great and conscientious customer service looks like. And this is coming from someone who places a premium on customer service, and knows great service is too often than not, very hard to find. So if you go to that Auto Zone, I'm sure you won't be disappointed if Drew is assisting you.
