In total, I paid more than $400 just to have my fuses replaced. What's worse: the next day the headlights were not working. This time I took my Toyota Corolla LE to a trusted mechanic. He showed me that two fuses needed for the headlights relay were missing. He also showed me that simply pressing a button above the window controls would unlock all windows and that I had not needed new fuses at all. This dealership should be cited for poor business practices.

I asked for an oil change on my relatively low mileage Prius and was promptly called and told that my car needed a transmission flush. I naively said yes. The salesperson showed me when I came to pick up just how dirty my transmission fluid was! They even have a neat sales demo to compare what clean transmission fluid should look like. I've since learned that Prius almost never need their transmissions flushed, as they have electronically continuously variable transmissions. I wonder how many Prius owners Satellite Motors has duped this way...
