I've bought two Benzes from them and both were GREAT. Very nice people and extremely fair prices.

Upon arrival, Doug Gillespie met me and my wife with a friendly smile. He was informative, professional and his answers to our questions were easy to understand. Jeremiah helped us setup our registration and our requested 7 year 100k extended warranty. Doug called the next morning letting us know our new 2026 Ridgeline Black Edition had been detailed and was ready for pickup. If you don't need to tow more that 5,000 pounds, this 50k MSRP truck has the features of most 90k MSRP trucks and a very comfortable and quiet ride. Don Pennetta, my sales associate for my second and now third HR-V, listens to me and understands exactly what I am looking for in my car and how he help fit it into my budget. This isn't always easy! Don always picked up his phone, was available on site, was communicative and readily gave me the information I needed. The staff at this dealership treated me with care and much respect. I had a lot of questions and the answers were explained to me in detail by all. Sales Manager, Richard Hamilton, personally assisted me with particular issues and was a stellar gentleman. Finance Manager, Gene Kinney, fielded many more questions from me, was very efficient and also very understanding. After the all the paper work was done and my new HR-V was pulling up for me to drive home, Chris Thompson, the General Manager of Vann York Honda checked in with me to see if all was well and to thank me! I can't tell you how appreciative I am of all these gentlemen and how they made what I consider a very stressful experience gentler and kinder. Thank you! I highly recommend Vann York Honda for your next Honda automobile.

The positive is that pricing is competitive for a full synthetic oil change, the waiting room is roomy and clean, as are the bathrooms which all are importantly if you're waiting around for a bit. The not so great is that even though I make an appointment for each visit I do not seem to be given any priority and frankly the time it takes to get in and out for a simple oil change is abyssal. I miss the days of the guaranteed oil change time of thirty minutes I think it was. Heck, I would be happy with an hour guarantee at this point. The staff is pleasant and because of the cost I will probably continue but if you want me to be really pleased...get me in an out in an hour max.

After receiving a final price and confirming its accuracy with management, they replied that the original listed price had been reduced due to a "shift in the market," and jokingly implied that it could be increased again, which ultimately occurred. I was informed the next morning while traveling 3.5 hours to the dealership that the final price was raised by $9,400. I would like to note that Lynn at Vann York Toyota handled the situation professionally and was very helpful throughout the process. I strongly recommend conducting thorough research and considering reputable dealerships when making a purchase decision. After coming to a reasonable agreement on pricing after my original review was posted, they sold the truck while I was traveling for the second time to pick it up.

I have reached out to HBI, sent photos, and gave them every chance to respond. The only response I got was that it would be shown to management, and then I heard nothing for a week. For a shop that works on high-end cars this level of service is reprehensible. The car also came back with dirt tracked onto the floor mat from their gravel lot. and mud/gravel around the wheel wells. The wheel marks are the main issue. They are not massive gouges, but they are on magnesium wheels which are very susceptible to corrosion. Between the damage and the complete lack of communication afterward, I would never trust HBI with any service or sale. They are walking the tightrope of an actual business and scam very carelessly.

Mr. Bono's first words were and I quote "You sure are overdressed for an interview with a bunch of "rednecks" The majority of AA's and other ethnicities, including Caucasians outside of the south, definition of "redneck" is southern bigot, coupled with a history of racial violence and prejudice. I explained that I was from Florida, visiting for work. I booked a rental, and relied on locals to help me during all of this. What blew my mind, a call from Lindsay again just before 5pm. Because I'm not a local, he pushed my car through faster & the lead mechanic, Chance, was staying late to narrow down the problem. Code was showing something wrong with fuel getting to the motor. 20 minutes later... he called again! I had just had my car serviced before driving Hundreds of miles & one of the air filters wasn't clicked in all the way! A simple stupid fix! I was relieved. Lindsay also said they had to fix a couple of recalls, but that my car should be ready by 10am the next morning!
