My regular mechanic does not do converter repair and recommended and referred me to B & E Auto Service. I was somewhat dismayed by the recommendation as B & E Auto Service is not conveniently located 25 miles from my home. However, a referral from my regular mechanic is trustworthy so I contacted B&E and made an appointment to have Butch, the B&E mechanic, diagnose the converter problem. Butch explained in clear, concise detail the damage to the converter, converter mechanics and operation, and choices I had in repairing/replacing the converter, what each procedure entailed and it's expected result in vehicle operation and converter performance and normal longevity of the new converter should be. After I decided what repair/replacement I wanted Butch to do, he gave me an estimate of the cost and by his expertise and knowledge he saved me several hundreds of dollars in unnecessary parts which a certain national auto parts supplier was going to provide me with. When I asked him to schedule the work, he told me he could not schedule it until after the Thanksgiving holiday. He explained he was fully booked with worked for the week prior to Thanksgiving and he would be closing the shop Thanksgiving week for vacation. Bottom line: Butch fit me in his schedule, repaired my vehicle and saved me a lot of money along with my Thanksgiving vacation bacon. The converter and engine perform like new.

However, they showed up in the condition not as described. Each visor had 1 to 3 holes in them and I could not use them on my vehicle. I was looking for an upgraded vanity mirror set whereas my truck did not originally have them. Granted they were a good selling price at $34.99 including shipping. However they also offered the option in the listing for "offers". They were originally selling for $36.99, I offered $30.99 and they came back with $34.99, I then counter offered, playing the game, at $32.99 and they declined. So I felt it was kind of odd they offer this service and then are only willing to take a $2.00 discounted price!?!?! But I still felt it was a good deal. Anyway, through Ebay I sent them photos of the holes, carbon copying myself and they stated they did not receive them, but I had the email showing they did go through. Any way it took 3 weeks going back and forth, as they were a little slow on their response times and wanted additional photos, not believing me, before they finally said "good luck" and were not willing to help me. I've been a buyer and seller on Ebay for 10 plus years and never had such poor service...EVER!!! A simple "We are so sorry, we'll send you another set or refund your moneys" were never entered into any of the conversations. Their motto reads WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART is the furthest from the truth! After now going through the Ebay Resolution Center I now had to pay $10.75 to ship them back to them to receive my $34.99 back. Never again!!!

I went here and found that my oxygen sensor needed attention. Instead of an expensive repair, they recommended an oxygen sensor cleaner...a much less expensive option. - I saw that if you buy a battery here, they will install it. - the same goes for wiper blades, if you buy them here, they will install them.

Well the 350 was junk So I called Tony .and he said he would get me another motor. So much time went by my customer got mad at me they took there car elsewhere. I lost all the money it cost me in labor and parts.about $700. Well Tony said he would make it good. so he finally refunded the cost of the motor and said He would give credit to buy something i my need later. Well next the nissan motor ran about a week it was supposed to have only about 50,000 miles on it.it had more like 250,000 on it.So Tony again said he would send me another motor . Time went by again Finally after calling many times. Tony call and said he found me another motor that was missing one head and ask me if i would take it and he would make it good so i said yes. Well I got the motor. It was a bare short block So I called Tony again.He told he would refund me what it cost to have the old heads redone ,Gaskets and any parts it needed.Well got it done at a cost of $1,256. Well now I have called classy car parts over 25 times and Tony well no answer any of my calls.No money no credit no nothing Well doing business with Tony and Classy car part has only cost me almost $2,000 I would not recommend these people to anyone.And I would not trust anything they tell you about the motors they sell
