There is no doubt I would recommend them just because of their professionalism but I am resoundingly endorsing them because of their products. In my opinion if someone is looking for a lightweight unit they need to go online and seriously look at this store's inventory. Product is short on supply but that doesn't mean you research and that doesn't mean you can't order what you want. I love the Flagstaff line as well as the Winnebago products and the Stryker is a nice toy hauler while Cruiser Aire is a solid product in its price point. However the product that I'm very excited about are the E pros by Flagstaff and the No Bo by No Boundary. This is my recommendation; go see Matt if you're looking for your first trailer, your last trailer or for that matter your next trailer. I know Matt and I know he knows his stuff inside and out. He cares about his customers and he doesn't lie or tell a bunch of stories. You can trust him! He won't come at you with a whole bunch additional fee - just tax title and license.

Knowing that they are a small business we called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view the camper we found through a third party listing. They responded almost immediately and remained very easy to get ahold of through the entire experience. They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! Not once did we ever feel like we were being talked into a purchase. They wanted us to do what was best for our family and it was obvious! We agreed to purchase the camper on a handshake and let them know we would have to get some business in order. A couple of weeks later once all business was handled on our end we showed up for our scheduled final walk through and Darrell talked my husband and I through every inch of the camper as requested. He even generously helped my husband install a goose box attachment for no additional charge. We can't speak highly enough about Cripple Creek RV and, while we don't plan on selling or purchasing another RV anytime soon, we hope to return when the time comes. Thank you, Lori and Darrell!

A salesperson came out asking whose truck was parked by their motorhomes and demanded it be moved.....instead of asking if I needed help. I came to buy not only one for me but one for my parents. I believe the salesman looked at me and immediately labeled me as not being able to afford one. For the incompetent and ignorant salesperson who was rude I have attached a picture of my current bank account. If there is a manager reading this you should look at your cameras on Jan 30 Blue Chevy Silverado and train your salesmen not to stereotype customers. You lost the sales of two units, a customer, and received this review. Show them respect and ask them to ask if they are being helped instead of demanding in a rude manner to move my vehicle.

The next Monday we decided and ran through financing with another courteous employee whose name I did not remember. The tech, Bobby, then went over every aspect of how everything worked and spent a good three hours with us answering questions and giving his expertise as an RVer himself. He never seemed in a hurry and instilled a sense of an employee that truly likes his job. As if that wasn't enough, you get to spend your first night in your new RV in their RV park adjacent to the sales area to make sure everything works and see if any other questions come up. I mean who does that?? After your purchase you get 10% off parts, accessories, and labor charges for any service. We had an issue with one of our roof vents that appeared to leak during a rain storm. They Clint Caraway, told me to bring it in as it was under warranty. I actually pulled it in on my lunch break and they fixed it and installed roof vent covers for me in less than an hour while I waited! I actually expected to drop it off and pick it up at a later date but their service really surprised me. We are very happy with our experience at Crestview RV and will be a repeat customer in the future.

problems continue - please avoid this dealership - please see email follow up - even to their CEO…read more I HAVE POSTED SOME EMAILS I SENT TO EVERY EXECUTIVE I CAN FIND FOR THIS COMPANY - I KNOW THEY WON'T ALLOW THIS REVIEW BUT I WILL POST EVERYWHERE I CAN UNTIL I GET A RESOLUTION ... Mr. Ferrando, I wanted to correspond with you quickly on why you need to look at a different GM for the Kyle location. \ #1 - he responded to the email with a text stating that he'd like to have the opportunity for his dealership to service us .... Shows he has no idea what his customers are dealing with because HIS DEALERSHIP IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!! Then he said he would try to find a mobile dealer to help us .. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE 3 WEEKS AGO - I WANT IT FIXED BY THURSDAY EVENING!!!!! Otherwise - I'd like you guys to reimburse us for $1500 in lost deposits. #2 - Here's a picture of the only work they did last time it was in with replacing a panel ... it's pretty obvious that it is bubbled and not put in correctly. Good afternoon all - particulary, Mr. Ferrrando, This time I have included Vanleigh customer support so that they can see the manner in which you guys support customers of their brand since we have a Vilano. I am extremely beyond disappointed and angry in the absolute disrespect for your customers that continues and we have an RV that we have been unable to use and now for this weekend we will lose yet another $300 deposit because we can't travel. I'm also disappointed in the lack of concern shown by Joseph at getting our issues resolved. Not only do we have none of our original requests addressed with the RV from day one (water heater, replaced wall panels, etc) we still have a non-operative black water tank with the Kyle location claims to have fixed. The master toilet will not work because the blackwater tank is full and DOES NOT DRAIN .... We have tested today by filling it up and being able to visibly see it doesn't work thus means the toilet doesn't work. We also asked they fix a panel that had fallen off. I'm absolute shocked at the half A$$ manner in which is what put back up and happy to send pictures. By copy of this email - I am asking the leadership of the company who actually owns ExploreUSA to direct us to a dealership that can actually help get these things corrected - preferably by Friday so we can take an actual trip. Date: Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 8:42 AM I understand that you are all leaders of Explore USA, so as business owners and sales executives ourselves- we are reaching out to you about the dissatisfaction with your dealership in Kyle, TX and I'm hoping you will help us find a resolution to this problem. The only good thing about our experience was the salesman we had - who I understand left the dealership today. Below you will see what I am posting on every review I can find about your dealership and would expect that you get involved to remedy our situation - especially given the ratings that I have found about your business post-purchase. STAY AWAY FROM EXPLORE USA!!! #1 - We purchased a $140K RV from this dealership and when we stopped by to see it and measure some things for additional purchases - the unit they showed us WAS NOT what we had agreed on. They tried to make us seem stupid by telling us were confused but it was not even the same interior color. Because of the salesman (whom we really liked) we agreed to move forward (of course - they already had our cash) but they made concessions - most of which they had not followed up on. #2 - We were asked to come at a certain time for delivery of the unit (a 2 hour drive) and when we arrived - we waited over an hour only to find out that the RV was barely even started and would not be ready. In fact - some of their agreement could not be done for days or weeks and they would arrange for a local dealer to do it for us .... It's been weeks and that's not even been scheduled. One panel was completely bubbled and needed to be replaced but we haven't heard a word about that. #3 - On our first trip - walls fell out, plugs didn't work, black and gray water didn't drain, etc. We had quite a list of broken things on a brand new RV. We tried to avoid working with them and went directly to Vanleigh (who has been AWESOME) but ended up having to go back to the dealer. They were supposed to fix onsite because of our distance but had it over a week and when told to pick up - most things are stil not corrected but all we get is complete and total BS and attitude from the service manager and dealer manager.

We had a great time traveling to see family and were able to host family over for cards and games. The RV was meticulous and came equipped with everything we requested. This was a tester for our family, we were unsure if we wanted to buy an RV this year or not. Well, these guys made it so easy we will be RV more often, but why buy when these guys make it a breeze. No need to store, clean, maintain or carry insurance not to mention the cost. We will just lease it from these guys. Thanks so much for making a long road trip very pleasant. It might be good to note that we spent about a week trying to book with two other companies, who would just not respond. Their websites said they would reply within 24 hours. The only response we ever got from one is they charged our credit card $3500.00 without confirming the reservation. Absolutely a nightmare, you can call me directly if you want names, I am not willing to post on a public site. Oh, and by the way, we were leaving on Thursday and Tuesday is when we finally reached out to American Dream Vacation. We put in an online request and within 30 minutes we had received a text letting us know the RV we were inquiring about was already taken. But sent us two other options within that next text. He asked that we call so we could get things squared away and it was like 9 pm or so. We did secure a Beautiful RV and the rest is smooth sailing. David & Kelly Thate 512-750-5777
