I let him know that the water temp was not reading high and reiterated that the problem was the oil temp sensor. He quoted me a price to replace it and I gave them my information and set up an appointment for the next morning. Later that day I got 2 additional phone calls that were so confused on their part that it gave me pause. I took the car in anyway the next morning and on the way home I received a call telling me that they were seeing an a code for the faulty oil temp sensor and did I want to fix that too. Completely exasperated by their lack of understanding of the situation I asked them to give me an updated quote and was told they would get right back to me. Two hours later I received a call with what seemed to me a ridiculously high price based on the information I had available (and much higher than the original quote). When I picked up the car without them doing any work they seemed totally unconcerned about the loss of business. Caveat Emptor
