Long story, but they tried charging us $100.00 more than quoted…read morealso $100.00 more than the other companies in town, the battery was dead and had to run jumper cables to the trailer to use it, (till I could charge the battery overnight) had a flat tire, the fuse wasn't making good connection on the trailer and so loose it fell out of the fuse holder. They blamed my truck for not charging the battery, when it's only supposed to maintain the battery, and it was putting out 13.6 v proving it was (almost) dead when I picked it up. So, I was forced to use my tools to work on their trailer, my battery charger to charge their trailer, my air pump to air up their tire, my tools to tighten up their terminals, my equipment to test the wiring on their trailer to have them blame my truck.... not even a "im sorry" TBK you should be testing 5 things every time a piece of equipment goes out, 1- lights 2- tires (condition and air pressure) 3- charge the battery 4- hydraulic fluid level 5- finally if it actually works. If for some reason you think you did this, you need some additional training... and BTW there was a person returning a mini excavator the same time and he (shockingly) had problems with what he rented as well.

This rental shop is close to my home and yet somewhere I hadn't ever ventured into. Cue my home…read morebasement flooding and me floundering looking for fans. After staying up until 5am vacuuming a seemingly endless supply of water, I woke up at 7 to be prompt about inquiring into renting fans from them. I walk in to a-1, for the first time, and I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was very kind and helpful. He said they had two rented but that they had three others I could rent for a very reasonable $25 a day. (Servpro wanted to charge $79 I believe) he even informed me one of the fans had wheels as I was trying to help carry them. The transaction was quick and pleasant and then he had another gentleman load the fans into my car. Another thoughtful and such a kind thing to do. Which all really meant a lot to me in such a moment of feeling beat down morally, physically and emotionally. Cut to two days later when I was supposed to bring back the fans for the allotted time I rented them. I ask if they are open tomorrow so I can keep them one more day and the man on the phone, Jeff I believe, kindly informs me that will cause me to surpass their weekly rental rate so I could keep them for the week. What great honesty and customer service! Something increasingly rare in businesses now I feel. I am very pleased, and honestly grateful for the experience I had with this company. Oh yeah, and I got there at 7:24 on Wednesday with their opening time being 7:30- they were already hard at work and welcoming and when I inquired about their opening time he said 7:30 but they liked to open early for their customers that like to come in early-- how nice!! So I think i was out of there before it was even 7:30. Great job a-1 and I will not hesitate to rent from you in the future after such a great experience in a stressful situation.

Their conception of 'ice' apparently means 'frost', not ice. It is similar to what you would scrap from your freezer when defrosting. Cannot believe they stay in business with such a poor product, I have regretted my purchase the majority of times, very poor quality product.

This is the only negative review I've written about any of our wedding vendors. We went with these guys because they were in Fort Collins since we got married near there, they seemed reasonable in price (cheaper than most of those we got quotes from), and they had good reviews overall. However... I was not impressed. They started out seemingly easy to speak with and get info from, but immediately after we made a down payment I started struggling with them and it continually got worse the closer we got to our wedding. There were times I felt they lacked in responsiveness to questions we had, they were unhelpful and often rude in answering questions the closer we got to the wedding, and made our payment process super difficult (we accidentally cut a check that was an over payment and instead of simply providing a refund they added stress to our plate by voiding the check and making us render new payment - I've not had other vendors in the past do something like that so I was super shocked at how unprofessional they were in handling this, and this was never discussed with us as a company policy of theirs so we were caught off guard). Even being on the other side of our event by a couple weeks I'm still so frustrated with how we were treated. Also, I recommend to all other couples looking to get married carefully read the fine print, they will gauge you for anything they can (be it removing a line item and being fined for it or outrageous cost for setup that they didn't discuss ahead of time). I felt like the closer we got to the wedding the harder and more frustrating they were to work with, and didn't even give us an adequate delivery time window until basically right before the wedding which was very difficult when we were trying to juggle so much stuff at the same time. Thankfully everything got delivered and picked up and seemingly without trouble, but ultimately I will never again rent from them and wouldn't recommend them to others. Additionally the owner's inability to take feedback and work with a customer to remedy their experience shows to me a lack of effective leadership and a disregard for their customers. Ultimately to me reiterates that had I known then what I know now, I wouldn't have done business with them.
