Awesome location! The staff was super friendly, they made me feel I'm visiting family. Emily and Alicia were so pleasant. Morning breakfast was delicious, thank you Miss Tanya. Everyday was something different which was very nice and they have "mingle" nights on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday where they do a lite dinner. I have never stayed at an establishment that does that! Because we were visiting during Christmas time the lobby and dining area was festively decorated and Miss Tanya shared her cute gnomes! We had an extremely rough night at a previous hotel and boy were we delighted when we walked into this Staybridge. We were greeted by Emily, the front desk manager, who was so friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to determine that we were IHG members and thanks to her, we scored some points. She made checking in so pleasant and welcoming with her genuine bubbly personality! Our first impression of the interior was that it was amazingly clean and seemed like it was a new hotel. Our suite was SPOTLESS- and it didn't smell like cleaning products clean- but just fresh air clean. There were no cleaning stains on any of the surfaces and the bathroom was filled with Dove product dispensers! I was so pleased! We had an AMAZING nights sleep. The neighborhood was quiet. Many channels for me to surf before bed. Super comfy bed with fine sheets. It was the best nights sleep I had on this entire vacation. In the morning, we had to book it out to catch a flight and realized we wouldn't be able to partake in the breakfast that was included. We were leaving 10 minutes before the breakfast buffet started. To our surprise, the breakfast area was already set up! My husband grabbed a coffee and the ladies setting up said we could start early before they actually opened! We were able to grab a plate and our hot beverages and sit down for a quick breakfast by the beautiful Christmas displays and watch the morning news over the fireplace. Five Star, for sure!! I totally enjoyed my stay here. I definitely, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I had looked online, did my research, read all sorts of reviews about various hotels in the area, and made my decision to stay at The Staybridge Suites Hotel, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I called the hotel directly, and in speaking with Jana, (staff member who answered my call), I knew that I was making the right choice in hotels, because her friendly voice, her great customer service on the phone, let me know that this was the right hotel for me. And, it was!!! See my photos! The room was great, clean, modern, lovely, luxurious linens, plenty of clean towels. The people who work at the hotel were ALL Very Nice. And the COMPLIMENTARY BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS!!! The day of my arrival I notified the hotel that I would be arriving on a later flight and I'd probably arrive after midnight. The friendly woman on the phone, I'm so sorry, I can't recall her name right now, but, she was as nice as Jana, and I was put at ease about my very late check-in. She said she'd take care of it, RIGHT NOW, and would have the room ready, not to worry. So, I could relax, which was truly a gift because 4 people missed the flight I was originally on, and it was EXTREMELY hectic at the airport/tsa security/what felt like 10-mile hike to gate, only to be told, Nope! You missed it! So, I had to get to a different airport in order to get to Wyoming from NYC!! I'm telling you this because being able to put my TRUST in the STAYBRIDGE SUITES HOTEL, TO HAVE SOME PEACE OF MIND, and know that at least I'd have a room ready for me upon my arrival, no matter how late, was truly, like a gift. The hotel is immaculate, the room was very nice. The full size fridge and kitchen in the room was very nice. Altho I did not do any cooking, it was nice to have the fridge. THE LOCATION is great. It is right across the street from a large shopping outdoor mall, with a health food store, FABULOUS BROWN's SHOE STORE, for men, women, and children, carrying some of the BEST AND FINEST SHOES, such as my FAVORITE RUNNING SHOES BY HOKA...try on the BONDI because it has the most cushioning. GREAT SELECTION OF TIMBERLAND BOOTS, nice assorted sock and shoe/foot accessories selection, like cushioned heel pads. Nice, helpful staff. The Wild Wings is right across from the hotel. I was so full from my HOTEL COMPLIMENTARY BUFFET BREAKFAST that I never got to try Wild Wings, or the other restaurant nearby. Yep, I was full all day from my hotel breakfast. So, you may be wondering what I ate from the hotel's buffet breakfast that filled me up ALL DAY, so I'll tell you, and please see my photos. I enjoyed: oatmeal with pecans, raisins, walnuts and 2%milk. I enjoyed a small cheese omelette, 3 links of sausage, and, I got to make a Belgian Waffle--I did ask a staff member to please show me how to use the Waffle Maker, and maple syrup and a few pecans on top of the waffle. So, I had a HUGE, HUGE BREAKFAST. THANK YOU STAYBRIDGE SUITES!! The staff members whose names I can recall at this moment are: Jana, on the phone, and Chris at front desk. The one time I asked the maid to please just empty the garbage--I didn't need housekeeping on the other days, the maid, I think named Nikki, was very nice. I left her tip in an envelope at the front desk with Chris. The entire staff was so nice. There is also a laundry room, bring your own washing powder/detergent. And, there is an INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, NO LIFEGUARD. So, MAKE SURE AN ADULT/YOU ARE THERE IF YOUR KIDS ARE AT THE POOL. And, I saw two gray and white Peter Cotton Tail bunny rabbits outside in the grass in the back, where there is a LOVELY OUTDOOR SEATING AREA, with a fire pit . I would absolutely look forward to staying at this hotel again!! I highly recommend it! And, if you are comparing prices, this might cost a little bit more than some others, but, it is a NEW hotel, with a very nice staff, great rooms and amenities. *****Ask about any possible discount rates for Military OR AARP MEMBERS, etc. **** AND, I LOVED THAT IT IS A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL. The hotel service was absolutely phenomenal both when I called to book a room with less than 4 hours notice and again upon check-in. Honestly, the woman ("Abby") that helped our family was so professional and nice, even our 10 and 13 y.o. daughters were commenting---great customer service definitely has an impact. Our room was nice, clean and very spacious (two bedroom suite with a king and two queen beds). However, being a frequent traveler to many large U.S. cities, I was a little surprised at the $317.90 price tag for our one-night stay in Cheyenne, Wyoming, which by comparison to Atlanta, Miami, and Minneapolis should not be so expensive. But, alas, beggars can't be choosers--our family of five was just glad to have a room and enough beds for everyone. One negative (and if you follow me you know this is a personal pet peeve)--the communal shower gel pumps. I understand (and usually agree with) trying to save the environment and a few pennies along the way, but do any of us really want to touch the same bottle that the last naked person touched after washing their ... well, you get my point. Oh, and just a friendly heads-up, the phone number listed on the Yelp page for this hotel (ending in 4560) is NOT correct--an elderly woman answers that line and is quite convincing in telling you that the listed number has been assigned to a private residence for over two years. Gotta agree with her, I would be livid if dozens or hundreds or thousands of Yelpers kept erroneously calling my home number to book a hotel room (but then again, if you lived anywhere but apparently Cheyenne, wouldn't you just change your phone number?). Traveled for business- the room was very clean and well-maintained. My husband is very picky about hotel breakfast and he actually said this breakfast is good! That's huge! Small parking lot but still able to find a space. Free laundry facilities as a guest, and they do accept dogs for a fee. Definitely will stay here again! read more

I can not say enough great things about this place. My first experience was April 21st my grandmother had just had a heart attack and I had to fly home to see her thinking this may be my last time. Chris not only made me feel welcome but also distracted my thoughts while he was assisting me. FAST FORWARD almost 4 months grandmas 93rd birthday wouldn't miss it for the world! I knew exactly where I was staying... however I didn't realize my mom her sister and her sister in-law would be wanting to stay where I felt comfortable. Emily omg everyone needs an Emily in there life. My family is older and all required different needs. Emily faced them all head on with the kindest smile and the biggest heart. She allowed me to see rooms (several) and pick what would work for each of their needs, all while trying to take care and give the same personable experience to other guests and people calling in! If you are looking for the cleanest most hospitable place to stay in Cheyenne, this is the spot! I hope you get to engage with all the staff but Emily and Chris especially! Too bad, so sad... I was expecting good things as an IHG Silver member from this hotel. When I booked a Queen Suite on Booking.com, it came through their reservation system as a Queen Studio. They charge a $150 "extra bullcrap cleaning charge" for 2 dogs. When I showed them my reservation for a Queen Suite, they wouldn't budge. SAid they would charge me another $150 cleaing charge to move to a "real" Queen Suite. Bait and switch. Beware of dealing with this management - totally unresponsive to my complaints. read more

Excellent experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The amenities were plenty and the facilities were so well maintained. They even had a lounge area inside had plenty of board games for the kids. A nice hangout area in the back with beautiful lighting and a fire pit. On site laundry, our room was amazing. It fit my family perfectly. We even got a full kitchen which is a must have when traveling with kids. A full size fridge with dishwasher. Sofa bed. Lounge chair. Then the pantry that's open 24hrs with lots of options. My family is very lucky for breakfast but at this hotel they had a very generous selection of fresh food! Everyone was able to get a good heaping portion. Plenty of open seating. We were so thrilled with our stay we diffently recommend it here and will be back. read more

This place was awesome. Staff were friendly. It was clean. They have a gym that has dumbbells, pulleys, various aerobics machines with tv. They have dinners with wine and beer on Monday-Wednesday evenings and the salad bar is great. They have cookies and newspapers plus coffee complimentary in lobby. Breakfast every morning had at least two types of eggs. Oatmeal with multiple toppings, waffles, breads and pastries. Plus every morning they had tomatoes, multiple cheeses, yogurts plus fresh cut fruits like watermelon, strawberries, mush melon etc and also the standard apples, oranges and bananas. They always had a breakfast meat like sausage, bacon or ham as well. This morning they had a breakfast pizza with eggs, ham, cheese and tomato that was awesome. Great service. Where do I start?? This place may be fairly new but it is disgustingly dirty, the staff is rude and they do not pay attention to preferences/needs listed on your profile. I am allergic to feathers and down, I cannot have feather/down pillows or comforters in my room. This is not a preference, this is life or death as I cannot breathe and will suffer from shortness of breath, oxygen deprivation and a list of other issues if I lay down on a feather pillow or cover with a down comforter. Just 2 months ago I stayed at another IHC owned hotel and they too overlooked this on my profile, but they admitted it and apologized. The staff here stated that my profile was blank and that they have done me the huge favor by putting this in my profile. Really? Don't play with me, I travel weekly for work and every hotel profile lists this as critical. I have even went so far as to go buy foam pillows in Northern California because the hotel had a run of guests with foam preference and they could not accommodate my allergy. So to say that I did not list this in my profile is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere, yes there is a shortage of nice hotels in the Cheyenne area but there are many that I will stay at before EVER coming back to this one! read more

Very nice place. Very new with nice fixtures, tile, large shower, sleeper sofa, decent breakfast buffet, etc. Only 2 complaints. First the suite my son and I stayed in did not have an oven. It did have a frig, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, and dw. The cook top was not super powerful but did the job. We were hoping to bake our own pizzas but that obviously was not possible. My other complaint is that all the furniture has very sharp edges instead of being rounded. You wouldn't think this would be much of a concern unless you have small children. But check out the end tables right next to the bed. Ouch! read more

We was there a week July 23, 2018- July 30, 2018: The staff was incredible, the breakfast was good and the place made you feel like you was at home! They when above and beyond to my our stay perfect and everyone we talk to felt the same! We plan to do this vacation again someday and we hands down pick the same hotel! Room is spacious, bed is not the best but comfy, sofabed is small but did work. Backyard area w grill& outdoor eating area is very nice plus. Pool was good size and clean. Having a full kitchen was great. Complimentary laundry was sweet too but it was busy so we didnt use. Breakfast was superb. We stayed here on Aug 21, 2017 to see the eclipse. The staff here were gracious, helpful, and really friendly. Audry and Will were very gracious and helpful! I booked in February 2017, about six months before the eclipose and the prices were incredibly reasonable. The manager chose NOT to gouge eclipse viewers, as most of the other hotels in the area chose to do. Their rooms were clean, updated, roomy, and very comfortable. They gave us a storage room at no extra charge to keep our things while we were out for the day. read more

This is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at for the rate I paid. There was a kitchen, full fridge, lounge couch and very nice bathroom. The bed was very nice and the pillows were fantastic! We visited for just a weekend and had a great visit. We rented the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was great for 5 adults and infant. We arrived in Cheyenne early and they were very accommodating for early checkin calling me as soon as the room was ready. The staff at the buffet in the morning was friendly and attentive. We were totally content with our accommodations! The queen suite was lovely with a full kitchen and very nice vanity with sink and mirror are separate from the toilet and bath/shower. We stayed here with our two Goldens the night a storm came through. The staff was very accomodating and gave us a late check out and an opportunity to stay if we had to. It is a beautiful, new hotel....great rooms with full kitchens, very comfy beds and pillows that actually conform to your head. The breakfast is a full buffet and everything was delicious.
