This location is consistently understaffed & understocked. I've lived in the area for years & hate coming into this location unless I absolutely have to because they never have anything & the workers are always rude or just don't care at all. Today I had a mobile order pick up & I went inside to grab it. There were only 2 workers with one fulfilling online orders & the other one was at the register. There were 7 people in line & it took forever. It's finally my turn & she can't find my order. She asks if it could be under a different name & I say no, I had already showed her the confirmation/pick up screen & email showing the name. She then says it must have been cancelled & I said it couldn't have bc I just received the email that it was ready for pickup & I hadn't received any cancellation email. She insists it had to be cancelled & I tell her it wasn't & that I'd already been charged. She says to keep checking my email for a cancellation & was about to just go to the next customer when I asked her to check the other bins to see if it had been misplaced. She says it hasn't so I get closer to see the pick up bins & I can clearly see my order. I say "is that not it?" & she said "well I asked you if it was under a different name" like what? She goes & checks & says "oh I guess it is. It was placed in the wrong bin on accident". It was RIGHT next to where she had just checked & I told her what the items were. I paid to have 30 latex balloons inflated for my daughter's 7th birthday so that I could surprise her in the morning. The next morning they were all on the floor. I was Very disappointed. When I called them I was told that "THEIR HELIUM BALLOONS ONLY LAST 8 HOURS. " I looked online and found this "11" latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium. 2022 gradation balloons ordered online for graduation party. The idea was to come in the store grab the order and be on my way. Went to pick up. They could not locate the order which was placed at 12 noon on that date. As i was on a time schedule they continued to search for them when i requested my money back. The second time i said at this point I just will take my refund in go. Which while i was waiting someone walked in grabbed their balloons (at least that is what they said) and walked out without the assistance of anyone in the store. The crazy part is I was told someone with the last name must have picked them up. I highly doubt that but if that is the cause to be used. Horrible. read more

The employees are great and spot on, but the Manager Becka was very rude. I ask if I could get a black panther balloon and she responded with they don't have them. But you can clearly see in the picture they do... she then said it's a pack" and so I responded so you do have them... I could see then the frustration in her face, with my comment but her other employee stepped in to tell me where I could find what I was looking for. read more

Party Ova Here!!!! This store is much like the rest of the Atlanta Party City locations; it's full of supplies that you can use for any type of theme party. I am always amazed at the selection of balloons at these locations. I guess I am just a big kid at heart because I sometimes want to buy the ones' with the Princess on them. And for some strange reason the Sponge Bob balloons frighten me! But I understand that crack kills your brain cells so that's probably why. :) read more

Great selection but their signage is not clear. I went to check to see if they had Garfield plates for a thing we are doing at work tomorrow (National Lasagna Day). They didn't have any, which honestly I didn't expect them to, so I decided to pick up some regular plates. The shelf tag said $2.99 50% off. I picked up two, and when they rang up at $2.99 each, I questioned the sales associate. She said that the price reflected the discounted. I said I didn't want the items and left. As I walked out, I bent over and looked at the tag. Sure enough, in very small print, it said the same thing. Honestly, I find this a little deceptive. If you were buying a bunch of things, you wouldn't necessarily notice it rang up at a different price than you expected. To make the customer look that closely to fund the small print? Not cool. I do plan on wrong a short note to corporate, since I am sure this is not an individual store policy. And now I know if I go back to look very closely at the price tags. read more

I have been looking all over for about 2 weeks for a Doc Mcstuffin costume for my 4 year old for Halloween. I thought all was lost until I called this Party City. The young lady that answered the phone was so helpful and even though they were busy helped me out greatly. It was the last one in her size and she even held it until I was able to get there and pick it up. Customer Service is hard to come by these days but not at this store. Great Job..... read more

Service not the brightest , and surely not the greatest at blowing up balloons, since it's part of their job ;well I Went in the store to drop 4 balloons to get inflated. Went back the next day ,ask the salesperson if my order was ready she looks at me and breathes hard and walks away and talking . And I see my balloons the 4 I ordered all uneven ones had a lot of helium and some didn't. and 3 other balloons half assed blown up barely any helium in them . It didn't make any sense to me at all .
