This is my first time at this location. My class high school reunion in Miami is having a picnic in a few weeks, so I decided to pick up some decorations at this location. The store really needs to add more items, but h did find what I was looking for. My class theme this year is Las Vegas. I found quite a few items. The cake and decorations is going to be really nice. I do like the fact that Party City has themes for parties, and you can select many different items. I'm pleased. read more

I've never been to Party City as I've never had a reason, but today was the day. I needed some Bingo Chips and needed them asap. As such, all roads led me to Party City. Upon walking into the store I was shocked at the realization that the store was hugeeeeeeeee and full of so many party goodies. The setup of the store is very customer friendly. The aisles are spacious and the store is super clean. After walking the aisles for a few, I wasn't able to find the Bingo Chips I wanted, however, I did come across Poker Chips and Fake Coins. Both would make a great alternative for Bingo Chips so I was excited to see them. I decided to go with the Poker Chips as they had a simple design and look and gave me more bang for my buck. Though there was only one cashier, the line went fast. When I got to the front of the line, the cashier was super pleasant. She processed my transaction quickly and I was out the door. The front of the store has an abundance of balloons. I was in awe of the assortment they offer. Not only is there an assortment of balloons but there is such a variety of party candy. I wanted to go on a candy spree but had to control myself. LoL!!!! If you're in the area and need some party items, stop on and stroll the aisles, you'll find it. read more

Why every time I come in here it take a thousand years! The service has gotten awful! I've lived in the area for more than 15 years and Party city has declined in its customer service. Again I tried to give me money to Party City in Fayetteville. I bought 3 confetti balloons at 5:38 and by 7 pm the ballon was deflating! This morning it was totally deflated and a second ballon was deflated. I called the manager MsV.! How unprofessional! And she told me how the balloons are suppose to last 6-8 hrs well the ballon only lasted 1 1/2 hours! What's wrong with the helium in this store? I'm pissed off because now I'm waisting my time and my gas! The balloons I had from PUBLIX that were blown up at my last party lasted until I took them down which was over 1 week! So please PARTY CITY get your act together. Again I have been patronizing this store for close to 20 years! I would give them a -1 if I could! Train your employees Ms V! I'm contacting the General Manager point blank, period! DO NOT BUY BALLOONS FROM THIS STORE! The customer service is bad! So I bought balloons from Publix and had some balloons inflated at Fresh Mart. They are still in inflated after 3 weeks!! So now what's the problem at Party City???? Party City - Ballon after 1 1/2 hour the Pineapple is from PUBLIX! - Party Supplies Near Me - Fayetteville, Georgia

Today was my third time at this location since the pandemic and I'm done coming here. The store is totally disorganized and kind of dirty. There are carts full of merchandise in the back blocking the aisles and making it hard to look at items. Lots of items in the wrong place or no price listed on the racks. Employees wear their face masks below their noses. Some customers weren't even wearing face masks, despite the sign at the entrance. Not a single employee said anything to customers without masks or those who pulled them down. read more

Two words: THE GHETTO!!!!! I understand that they are very understaffed at this Party City location, however, I should not be given a limit on BALLOONS I am allowed to purchase. Upon my last visit on Saturday, January 26, 2019 I wanted to purchase 14 balloons, 1 set of 12 for $20 balloons and two additional balloons. I was then told that I could purchase the 12 balloons BUT I could not purchase the additional two balloons because there were only TWO WORKERS. I told the cashier to give me additional strings for the balloons since it would be too much of an extra task to for the employees to blow TWO MORE BALLOONS!!!! The cashier then told me that it's okay, I can purchase the balloons. Firstly, all of this could have been avoided if she did not have an issue with me buying 14 balloons total. Secondly, what in the ghetto?! I did not know you could tell a customer to put balloons back due to the shortness of staff. I didn't even know employees could limit how much you purchase in a store! Isn't that the purpose of having a store? So one could make a purchase, right? This store needs new management because the turnover rate is high for a reason!!!! read more

Stopped in today at 0800 when they opened. They do not have a big selection of items as they do at other locations. I found something close to what i needed and when I was getting ready to buy them, they told me I would have to wait until 1030 for them to even get to my balloons. I understand they have online orders to fill but what I don't understand is how you have 5 people working (2 filling balloons, 1 on the register, and no idea where the other 2 went) and no one could use another tank to fill balloons for customers that walk in. read more

Manager needs training. Store was crowded and everyone wants balloons. I went to get 1 ballon blown up. He said it would be a 2 hour wait because there were other orders ahead of mine. However, the people who ordered the balloons were not there yet. Seems to me like they would actually work the customers that come into the store along with the on line orders especially since they are in front of u. Won't go back there. Been living in Fayetteville almost 14 years. Need new management. Ended up canceling my order cuz I didn't wanna wait 2 hours for my 1 ballon. read more

Guess I should have looked at the rating before going! Line was insanely long and out of the 5 employees I could see, only one was at the cash register! Then it took forever with only one person in front of me as the line behind me grew to over 10 customers! Fully rung up at one register only then to be moved to another register because he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the register! When asked to talk to the manager he said he was the manager! Then upon second ring up forgot to ring up some of my things and wanted me to continue to wait and do another transaction!! The slowest and absolute worst Party City I've ever been. Their customer service is nonexistent! Uuuuggggg I came on Saturday and stood in line for 12 minutes while two employees blew up balloons and one register was open with the SLOWEST MOVING person running it. I was the only person in line for the first 5 minutes, the line quickly grew and by the time of finally got called the line was stretched and wrapped around the barrier. There was never a, "sorry for your wait...." nothing. Just rude. I came today to return two items and the same slow woman was at the register and once again, I was the only one in line and stood there for 8 Minutes before someOne finally came to help me. This is the ABSOLUTE worst Party city I have ever been to. I called and requested an item to be held and was told that they had 5 and that they would hold them for 24 hrs. I arrived at the store an hour and a half later. I was told that they didn't pull the item and it was no longer available. The customer service was AWFUL and tone was very nonchalant. If the staff at Party City, Fayetteville had a collective spirit animal it would be a sloth, a bitter and indifferent sloth (not the cute ones in Zootopia). The staff moves slow and greets all of their customers with a, "you mean, I am supposed to wait on you now," scowl. They would rather socialize with one another then wait on customers or put out seasonal inventory in a timely fashion. I keep going to this location because it is convenient, but I have never had anything but an unpleasant experience here. The Morrow location is better stocked, and the staff is generally friendlier and more helpful. If you want help at the Fayetteville store, say a prayer and build up some good karma. read more

I don't often go to this store if I can find things at Walmart or elsewhere, but the times I have visited this store, it's a mess. Aisles cluttered with merchandise. The staff is always unpleasant no matter what time you're there. When you approach the cash registers the cashiers suddenly become busy. This is the WORST Party City EVER!!! Called to place a ballon order, was placed on hold then hung up on, figured it was an accident and called back. REALLY after calling back got placed on an infinite hold until I hung up. I normally don't have a problem with Party City but clearly this location is not up to the national standard....the 4 hour $1 Store balloons will do just fine thank you. read more
