Prices were reasonable, however, their communication was severely lacking (as noted in my previous 4 star review). But, they showed up with my chairs as promised and picked them back up. Fast forward to this year. I needed to rent chairs for two separate occasions in a one month span of time. I had their information saved from my other two experiences so I called and left a message. No response. I waited a few days and then called and left a second voicemail. Again, no response.Texted and finally got a response. They were booked for my first date. Totally understandable. Booked with another company for the first event and thought I would try them again for the second date I needed. This time, instead of calling I texted to see if they were available for the date I needed. They neither confirmed or denied that they were available, instead asked what I needed. I responded back with the number of chairs needed and asked if they were available. This all happened on a Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from them. I don't care if they are busy on the date I need, however, ultimately I need to rent chairs and if they are unable or unwilling for whatever reason I would like to know so that I can find someone who is able. I will be renting from Cucamonga Jumpers who I rented from earlier this month. I texted them about the same date and number of chairs and got a response within minutes. I wanted to be a return customer, but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual.

Our wedding was a sort of traveling affair, with two different locations for the ceremony and reception, and a trolley tour of the city in between for the happy hour. So we were dealing with a lot of independent vendors, and a LOT of moving pieces. Eulina was a LIFESAVER. We did a lot of the general leg work and heavy lifting ourselves, but Eulina was a true professional and really pulled it all together for us in the 30 days leading up to our wedding when we were really feeling a little crazy! She would check in with us weekly, sat down with us for an hour and a half over the phone one evening to put together our day of timeline, kept us on top of deadlines, and helped us make decisions we didn't even know we would need to make! She was also really helpful in dealing with our other vendors -- giving us guidance on points we needed to clarify with them, or going directly to them if needed. The day of the wedding went so smoothly thanks to her. Any little hiccups that happened throughout the day, we never knew about them until weeks later because she took care of them before I heard anything about it! For example, we had rented a couple of trolleys to take our guests on a tour of the city between the ceremony and reception, and two of our guests were accidentally left behind. Before anyone even knew what was happening, Eulina was on the phone with the trolley driver, and he was turning around to pick them up! Just one example of how Eulina gets things done and makes stuff happen! It was truly a pleasure working with her. She is experienced, professional, willing to work with you, quick to make decisions on the fly, and really an amazing person to have in your corner on your big day.

I said I was a real estate agent and contracts get canceled all the time and it's illegal to keep the Buyers deposit. Yeah ,,,,,he didn't care.
