Rude, low class employees & owner. The Owner himself, as well as the manager(s), have zero customer service skills. More important, if you have young children (say 8 & under) I DO NOT recommend this place. However, if you do go, do NOT allow them to get out of your sight - there was a recent incident wherein a group of older boys bullied 2 younger girls, verbally & physically, while jumping on one of the large trampoline areas and when management was approached about it, they basically did not care to hear the story. Furthermore, this place did not have STAFF that monitors the kids like other places of similarity do. I know for a fact that Launch Trampoline Park in Pearl, they have STAFF members that heavily monitor the jumping sections and they DO NOT allow such behavior. Needless to say, the Party Safari experience was HORRIBLE, AND, in my strong opinion, not safe for younger kids, especially girls, so be aware & be alert if you do take your kids there. This place is a lot of fun! It has bounce houses, arcade, bumper cars, bungee trampolines and a climbing wall. Also to note that the food is surprisingly excellent! We had a pizza and I asked why it was so great!? The answer: they make their pizza!! Also they make their hamburgers so they must be good too. The only real downside is that it is an expensive adventure. If you have 2 children plan on being there for at least 2 -3 hours. Also plan on spending at the minimum 20$/kid! read more

Has many fun activities, but is expensive and staff was rude. The staff was mainly teenagers that I did not trust to strap in my kids and they left many activities unattended. Teen workers were often rude towards kids, and if you made a mistake they would act like you did it on purpose. I think this is a fun place for kids but it needs better staff. read more

We just paid $200 to have a birthday party here. Then they made us to pay extra for a one year old to go upstairs to the x-flight trampoline where the rest of the party was at. No compassion at all from management. We will not be back. I will spend my money at one of the other trampoline parks from now on. I suggest you do the same. As a group we visited Party Safari on 5/20. We had a package which allowed us the play the bottom floor unlimited for an hour and a half. The bad part was the bull rider was not open nor was the attendant at the rock climbing for a long period of time. Near the end of our time someone finally arrived at the bull riding station he allowed one of our kids to ride however he quickly made us aware that our time had passed. When I brought this to the attention of the owner she had no regard for my concerns. We had paid all of this money for attractions that were not fully operable due to no staff being present. The owner continually disregarded my feelings and made no attempt to make up their wrong. She Just looked at me with a stupid look on her face. I will never again spend any money at this place due to their extreme lack of professionalism! read more

I spent 400.00 booking on my daughter's birthday for October 2016, I had everything planned, and ONE week before the party after invitations, and everything had been sent out, they called me and told me they were going to close for renovation. The girl was very matter of fact, no further explanation nor apology. Ruined my 6 year old birthday, because it was too late to book another venue. Staff are also kids, and are very unfriendly in the arcade, bumper cars sections., overall the fun is not worth it! read more

The customer service here is horrible! The employees do not know how to work under pressure when the place is crowded. I had and employee totally that assured me that she would give my party of 10 the best service and package. Already unsure of her because she clearly was aggravated with the huge crowd on 8/20/16. But I went ahead and allowed her to serivce me. She did not give me a complete back which left me to bring the problem to LINSEY the extra arrogant Manager. Who told me its my fault for not checking the money cards and reciepts before leaving the counter. She did nothing to fix the problem that clearly her employee screwed up. So to please the remaining children in my party I had to come out of my pocket with more money. I then asked who I should call and complain to and she replied to whomever you want. I am from Chicago and just wanted to allow the children to enjoy themselves while pass thru but this was a very bad idea. This place is horrible. First off I booked a $300 party for my son. When we get there it's chaos in the front. They had one young girl trying to handle all the people who were coming in for parties. Clearly she couldn't handle it! It was very unorganized. I know we lost at least 30 minutes of party time with that foolishness. Secondly, the package I purchased came with $5.00 play cards. I handed all the cards out to the kids (15) and they ran off to go jump and play, come to find out none of the cards had been loaded with money. Instead of them just giving me new cards with the money on them, the man told me to go get all the cards from the kids and bring them back to the front! I'm like what?! Ok. So I had to go find all kids TWO times! To get the cards and give to the new cards. Oh and you pay all this money and you can't even access the party to room to put your personal belongings up until the last 30-45 of your party time. Lastly, the service at the little concession area in the front was horrible. This teenager is cleaning tables while he has a line at the counter. He's looking at us standing there and he still continues to clean, like how hard is it to say "I will be right with you". I'm all for a clean location but you don't continue to clean when you have a line at the counter. I kept my cool because my son really wanted to have his party there and the kids enjoyed themselves but as a parent I will never book a party with them again. The service is not worth the money! It is very unorganized, it seemed to be a lack of caring, too many teenagers running things that they shouldn't be running, seems to be all about the money.
