He was nice till the bill came out & when we both knew one of the tires wasn't properly balance...not only did he not say anything about redoing it, he made a comment about me telling him it was easier to leave the lug nuts on while swapping out the tires...this was before I asked to do the wheel balance on all the tires. When I told him "I'll pay for what you do", he took it as an opportunity to charge me for everything he could think of literally. I was even charged for the weights of the balance. My bill came out to $162 & for 1 used tire & 5 balance & mounting at a used tire place...should have went to a Goodyear for this price & they would have rebalanced my wheel without a question & had some warranty. Don't go there if you expected to save a few dollars, if you do...don't say I didn't give you a heads up on the shaft they hand out ; ) read more

Just finished writing a review on google about how terrible this place is, and I thought I'd leave one here too. I just paid $50 for a used tire that popped literally 30 minutes after I drove off. Shitty tire quality and over priced .... I highly recommend going right down the street to hubcap heaven. That's where I usually go, but I stopped here this time to check it out. On top of the shitty quality and over priced tires, when my boyfriend and I reached out to them, the employees acted as if their was nothing they could possibly do, and they "couldn't give me the boss number " inconsiderate as fuck . Then the call hung up and I tried calling back several times and they ignored the call. Worst service EVER. I usually don't write a review, but in this case I feel its warranted because the owner, GENE, completely ripped of my step parents during their time of need. They're from SC and damage their tire in West Palm Beach. Call me to help them find a rim. I found Econotech Auto. After being at his shop for over 2 hours, the owner GUARANTEED ME THAT THE RIM WILL FIT HIS CAR or they could bring it back. I paid $160, for the rim and tire. It didn't fit, GENE, told them to bring the rim and tire back AND HE WILL FIND THE CORRECT RIM, they did and he refuse to honor his mistake and FORCE them to buy another rim for $190 and told them to sell the rim himself. Now they're stuck with a rim that paid $160 for that they cant ever use. I called Gene and he more or less told me he tried to help he doesn't want the rim back AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. Therefore, my step parents is out of $160 POOR BUSINESS, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. NOT AN HONEST MAN OR BUSINESS. BE AWARE!!!!!
