This was our first time ordering from Pa's. Many people have told us to try it. We ordered a large thin crust special pizza and an 8 pc fried chicken. They were busy so, we were told delivery was running around an hour & 15 min. Food came within that time. The driver was great and, the food was hot. Besides the crust(which was nice, thin, and crispy), the pizza was okay. Not much flavor in the sauce or sausage. The amount of toppings were alright. The chicken was kind of dry, nothing special. I have ordered from Pa's since Ma took phone calls and worked the counter. Major changes to the menu over the years include the loss of Henny Penny Chicken and the greatest Mojos ever made. Pa's is still (imo) number 1 in Kenosha's pizza business. It has never been a place of beauty but I don't believe it was ever supposed to be so either. Yet my experiences with ordering has been acceptable and pleasant. Calling in is never rushed and the employees have always been courteous and thorough. As for the taste of their pizza, it is light, non greasy and seasoned to be delicious. I have yet to get a cold pizza nor the wrong toppings. I am certain that Pa's will be my choice until either they close or I meet my demise. read more

Ordered a Large Pepperoni Onion, half sausage, other half mushroom, little extra sauce, well done but not burnt. Was told that it would be about an hour. 1 hour and 38 minutes later the pizza arrived, okay it was a little late, light on onions (if any), but it was barely warm. I called Pa's back and voiced my displeasure and asked for a credit on a future order. Basically I was told that since they did not make me happy that I should go somewhere else for pizza. I could not believe that response, I was nice and factual up to this point, but lost it and told them to ???##$$. I will take their advice and get my pizza somewhere else in the future and suggest that others do the same. Oh, and the pizza was $25.00 and my sister gave the driver a $5.00 tip. Nice, hey? Pa's Pizzeria was a staple in Kenosha been going there for 50 years shame on you Pa's I agree with a past review they changed the cheese to cheep crappy cheese they use to have the best sausage I was told it was homemade taste like they put maple syrup it had that sweet and salty taste. Never have tried Pa's pizza in town so thought let's try it. Called to order 3 pizzas total with 2 for delivery and 1 we would pickup for my mother. Guy on the phone refused as that would be "too confusing" for them and their delivery driver..and then said I guess we lose the order and hung up on me?? Um you can do 2 separate transactions to solve that? Quick Review: The Fear Factor of decent Kenosha pies. Pa's Pizzeria is a Columbus Neighborhood tradition. Passing the restaurant it appears to have leaped from the armpit of hell. I lived near it, so it was ordered from numerous times. Viewing the workers and the apparent poor grooming, expectations are low. However, the pies are good. They have a little of everything at a reasonable price and efficient service. Swallow some germ-killing beer and dig in. We're newer to Kenosha from a suburb right outside Chicago. There's nothing better than a good pizza delivered after a long day. So, I googled "good pizza Kenosha" and this placed popped up first. After a few claims of the 'best pie ever' and a general consensus of this place being the 'must try' for K-Town newbies, we called and ordered delivery. I was nervous because of the reviews and how people said they changed and were rude - but no way, Jose. The guy listed off items, told me their populars and didn't rush me - I've worked in restaurants and order how I like it, it can be annoying but I tip for the hassle. :) the food was amazing when it got here after the quoted time. They serve an awesome pizza. My husband and I used to order once or twice a week. However the service is absolutely despicable. The older woman who works there is extremely rude. A few weeks ago we ordered our pizza at 630 my husband had to call at 9pm and ask where the pizza was we didn't get it until almost 945 and it was cold. We received the wrong pizza and when my husband called back to ask if we could get our actual order delivered she told him to just eat it this time and she would give us a credit. He asked again if we could just get the right pizza delivered and she told him to deal with it and hung up. A few moments after that I called back and asked her if we could please get the pizza we paid for she said "Jesus Christ no. Stop calling." As much as I love the pizza I will never order there again. Very disappointing experience from a place that serves good pizza. My recommendation to them is have a friendly voice on the other side of the phone. read more

Would not recommend. Pizza was so soggy probably due to and oven problem. Almost as if only the top of the oven worked but not the bottom. Tried to call to get another one sent out and immediately were questioned. "Well how much of the pizza is left? And you had a problem after 1 piece?" And then stated we "must be wrong because they haven't had any other complaints!" After the process of arguing my husband said "Forget it we will take our money back and you can come get your pizza!" There wasn't a choice for LESS THAN A STAR............ Just called Pa's for the first time, due to a friend saying it was the BEST pizza in Kenosha. I will never know, due to having the BIGGEST NIGHTMARE of an experience EVER, of calling a pizza establishment. I called when they opened at 4pm. To say the lady, whom later claimed to be the manager, was rude, was BEYOND an understatement. The call, if recorded, could've been sent to a local news station for unbelievably horrendous customer service. Then, to make a long story short, the lady called me back claiming my card didn't go through. There is NO REASON it would not have gone through, other than the crotchety old hag typing the numbers in wrong. When I called her back and demanded to speak with a manager, she said "I am!" and then I told her the charge had to have gone through, and her EXACT words to me were,"Well, you pay the bill honey, I don't!" And hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service. Had not been there for years and decided to order a pizza since it was close by. Staff charged me and gave me the wrong pizza. Did not know it until I got home. I then called to tell them they gave me the wrong pizza and staff laughed and said "yes I did not know it until the next person came in to pick up their pizza and it was not there" I replied it is not funny and then staff said "well you walked out with the pizza" as if putting the blame on me. He then told me that my pizza was still there if I wanted to come back and exchange them. I told him I was in for the night and then he just said ok goodbye and hung up the phone. I also had a bad experience with the lady taking my order and I will never order from them again and haven't in over 2 years. She was very rude taking my order when she messed up my order and I had my receipt to prove it to her she acted like I was in the wrong and the delivery guy was also very rude .
