I was in search of a vehicle for about 2 1/2 months. I start to be communicate back-and-forth with the sales person which is a whole Nother issue, and manager is horrible and is real slick and fly with his words. Horrible company ! DO NOT purchase a vehicle with them . I recently purchased a vehicle from them in February within a month I started experiencing issues with it . The first problem I noticed was the vehicle was making a muffled noise every time I press on the gas and also it would decrease in speed while going up a bridge or getting on the highway , I contacted them and spoke the manager Dora and made her aware of the issues I was having the car at this point it was still under the 30-day warranty that they offer you upon purchasing the vehicle I drove all the way across town to drop the vehicle back off to them for them to fix the problem . The car was left in their possession for 4 days when I went to pick to pick the car up Dora told me that it was a problem with the gas pump but they had fixed it , approximately 2 weeks after the car ranned all the way up to hot while I was on my way to work I noticed Dora of the issue she pretty much told me that it was nothing they can do and I couldn't get any of money back mind you I had just paid the note and had already paid for tax and titles in advanced which they require at this point I was livid so I took the vehicle to a mechanic shop and found out that the reservoir hose was broken I pad $130 out of pocket to have it replaced and you wouldn't believe that wasn't even the only thing that was wrong with the damn car it ran hot again exactly one week after having the first repair done i returned to the mechanic shop and learned that the radiator was no hood mind you I said i purchased it in February of 2023 it's April 2023 I haven't had the car a whole 3-6 months before it broke down ! Do not do business with them they then cars are NOT reliable . read more

This place is not a ordinary Car lot... the staff is very helpful and the admofere is very friendly.

This dealership is one of worst! They sale cars with mechanical issues that will cost you several thousands of dollars on top of their over priced sale. Im speaking from experience. I currently have a case filed against them. Dont believe them when they tell you they will get the issues fixed. Thats there way of trying to buy time for the 30 day lemon law. They will ger the vehical and dont fix the issue but make it look fixed or flat out return it back to you with no effort or intention to fix it. Shadey business like this should be exposed and justice held against. Dont make the same miatake, they will tell you no money or trade in back after making the deal. Make broken promises and even put it on paper. Hope after reading this you make a smarter choice than I. read more

I had a friend buy a car from this place at the recommendation of the owner's son of all people. She bought a car from them, paying way too much in the process, and one day later the check engine light came on. She visited a mechanic who told her the problem was related to the 4th gear, which matched up with her experience in having trouble shifting gears around 45mph. The alternator needed a full replacement if the car was going to work properly. Upon telling the dealers this and surrendering the car to their care for a full day, she came back to pick it up and they insisted nothing was wrong with it. The seat hadn't even been moved from the nearly impossible position she keeps it at for any of their mechanics to even sit in the car. Eventually they admitted the car wasn't going to work right without spending thousands of dollars on it and offered her another car on the lot. There weren't many options though, since there was only one other car in her price range, which I find pretty hard to believe. After less than an hour of owning this new car, she says it's making a funny noise and the check engine light is on. We'll see what happens now, but it isn't looking good. read more
