They said it wouldn't be a problem and told me to return on Wednesday when the new tires would arrive. When I went back on Wednesday, they told me they couldn't exchange them because they had already been installed. I immediately called customer service; they opened a case and forwarded it to the manager, who was supposed to call me the next day. Since I didn't receive a call, I called again and was told the manager had closed the case without even speaking to me. They reopened the case--this time with the manager, SCOTT--but it's been four days with no call. I keep calling, and they just tell me to wait for a call back, without giving me any real answer.

I came here asking if there were possible defects, if I somehow got a used tire, or if anything could be done. I was told by Marvin, no, they only sell new tires and because I didn't have roadside assistance I had to pay for a new tire. I let him know I wasn't asked about adding a warranty or roadside assistance when I originally purchased or I would have added it. There was no concession or even discount offered. Not even an attempt to figure out why a "brand new tire" would blowout so quickly. He was quite dismissive. I was told nothing could be done and I must have ran over something since I had no way of knowing what was on the highway. This was a highly frustrating response with no attempt to figure out what actually happened to the tire.
