Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines, etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant. Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

If you're reading this it's probably too late for you…read more By now, you may have realized Mark's Auto Body is not a place for regular, working-class people or regular (economy) cars. First, they kept telling me about alternate parts and that they couldn't use alternate parts if I wanted a certified Chevy repair. My ninja, this is a Chevy Cruze, not a Lambo, just make it run so I can reach my full-time job, attend my full-time graduate education, and run my part-time business. I couldn't care less what parts you use. But he just basically said if they didn't use the parts that cost more, they wouldn't be able to stand by their work (no warranty). Not a good look.... But secondly, when you try to say the damages are over $8k for a car only worth $9.5k (2011 Chevy Cruze) instead of totaling the car out... That's what you call a vulture and is mainly the reason why I believe Mark's Auto Body needs to take several seats. Shame on Autonation Chevy (now Ourisman Chevy) for referring me to them when I asked them for a Chevy dealership. Mark's Auto can respond to this review any way they desire, but pictures don't lie. Attached is a photo of my estimate from Mark's Auto (they call it a blueprint) vs a KBB private party valuation. Again, over $8k for a $9.5k (maybe) car. Instead of being honest and totaling it out to begin with, they wanted to go ahead on with the repair. Then they told me multiple times that I would be responsible for paying whatever the at-faults insurance company didn't pay. Yes, I got nervous and scared. I pleaded with them. I told them I'm in school and I work, and I don't have enough money to pay the difference (it was 2k after one adjustment). Especially because the accident wasn't my fault! They were NOT having it, lol. I said OK I don't want my car to be here anymore. Then, I was told it would be hundreds of dollars for them to remove my car from their shop. Also, at this point, I'm looking on Yelp and seeing reviews from people just like me. Lol, I don't know how their google listing rating is so high? Anyway, I called my insurance company, who declared total loss RIGHT AWAY. Both insurance companies (both at-fault's and mine) had nothing but negative things to say about Mark's Auto body practices. Greed, it's all greed. In the end, I didn't have to pay anything and I was relieved to have Nationwide swoop in and rescue me because I promise you these people over at Mark's are like robots with no emotion. Especially, Jason, he is rude when you ask probing questions to get the answers you need. You should probably only come here if you are rich and really, really LOVE your flashy, expensive car. If you have a regular, schmegular economy or commuter car, do NOT come here because they will try to rip you off. Like I said, pictures don't lie.

If there was an option for NO stars this is what this place would get. I originally chose this spot…read morebecause of labor charges and it was very cost efficient, that was my first mistake. I had them install a custom subwoofer box and an amp that I've had for about 3 years. When they pulled my vehicle out of the garage I naturally inspected the work. They destroyed my subwoofer box by mounting the amp to it, the wiring was just thrown, my trunk paneling was never put back in place and my trunk light cover was cracked. I had the gentleman fix it and I left. Over the next two days when my vehicle was turned off there was a humming sound from my speakers. I did a little research and figured it was a "ground" that needed to be fixed. Returned to the shop and after an attitude from the receptionist it was fixed. Three days after that the positive wire came loose from the amp causing my system to not work. I returned after 2 weeks because my work schedule and he had a worker take a look at it. He agreed that the amp should not have been mounted to the sub and wanted to know who did the work. I said well I got it done here. He puts the positive back on the amp and has me turn the radio on. "It's working he said (with a confused face)". I said no it's not and turn off the radio. He yells at the top of his lungs and orders me to turn the radio on. After two minutes he says it's your amp. I explained you just told me it was working now it's the amp, maybe it's the shitty install you guys did and accused me of trying to fix it myself thus me destroying my own system. I never touched it and he begins to call me a liar and starts yelling at me. Naturally I don't tolerate disrespect and meet him at his level. His co-works run over and pull him away from me because he decides that he wants to invade my personal space. A little research was done and this place has 17 total complaints and a terrible reputation. Stay far away and btw they use cheap wiring as well. If they don't fix this issue or any of your issues contact the Maryland Attorney Generals Office. I sure am

My "Check Engine" light turned on, and my engine wasn't feeling/sounding "normal," as I noticed while sitting at red lights. I remembered that just the other day I'd had difficulty starting my car--a problem I had not had before. Was it safe to drive my car to the airport on this frigid cold Maryland night? I pulled over to figure out my next course of action. I thought it would be safe to at least have a car service station check out the meaning of the "Check Engine" light, since it was still before 5. I used Google Maps to find one nearby, and by complete LUCK, it seems, Maven Motors was just a few blocks away. They were so friendly and welcoming! It was just before closing, and yet they were super accommodating. Eli checked out my engine light on the spot and said it would need servicing. I told them I was doing a lot of traveling and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Eli confirmed it was safe to make my trip to the airport, giving me peace of mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, and they gave me a ride home, for free. They identified other issues, including a problem with a past repair from another shop that did not use the right parts! I thought the price they quoted was quite reasonable. Today they dropped my car off in front of my home and handed me my keys. How's that for customer service? They were quick to respond to my questions, whether by phone or email. I am very, very impressed! I plan to remain a customer of Maven Motors. Thank you!
