Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I'm not tall enough to see into the hood of a car so I never learned what any of the pieces look like. I've heard them mentioned, so I know they exist, but don't ask me what they do. I suppose that will change over time. I'm in for years of Jeremy telling me about cars. The same thing happened to me with guitars and Star Trek. I…read moreresearched all the companies around Baltimore and liked the fact that Pasadena Bed Liners rough sanded the paint to be sure the bed liner would last. They also guaranteed the bed liner for lifetime of the truck! I contacted Pasadena Bed Liners at 8:55PM last night after returning home with the truck. He answered the phone! Pasadena Bed Liners said he was full but I could drop it by early and he would get see if he could get it out, but it might be after 4:00PM. I arrived about 7:50am and he was there! I dropped off the truck. Around 12:40 (Noon) I received a call that the truck would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived about 40 minutes later i found my truck parked. The bed liner looks great! I have had others installed but this has got to be the best. It did have the little sticker someone else was complaining about, but it is a very profession label that looks good! I left there and went to Walmart. When I returned a man was taking a picture of the sticker! I asked him what he was doing and he said he was looking for a bedliner and mine looked great! I think I will be very happy with this bedliner!

They said it wouldn't be a problem and told me to return on Wednesday when the new tires would arrive. When I went back on Wednesday, they told me they couldn't exchange them because they had already been installed. I immediately called customer service; they opened a case and forwarded it to the manager, who was supposed to call me the next day. Since I didn't receive a call, I called again and was told the manager had closed the case without even speaking to me. They reopened the case--this time with the manager, SCOTT--but it's been four days with no call. I keep calling, and they just tell me to wait for a call back, without giving me any real answer.

I purchased a tire after having a flat on 6/22/25. This morning (7/01/25) while in rush hour…read moretraffic on I-95 that same newly bought tire blew out. I came here asking if there were possible defects, if I somehow got a used tire, or if anything could be done. I was told by Marvin, no, they only sell new tires and because I didn't have roadside assistance I had to pay for a new tire. I let him know I wasn't asked about adding a warranty or roadside assistance when I originally purchased or I would have added it. There was no concession or even discount offered. Not even an attempt to figure out why a "brand new tire" would blowout so quickly. He was quite dismissive. I was told nothing could be done and I must have ran over something since I had no way of knowing what was on the highway. This was a highly frustrating response with no attempt to figure out what actually happened to the tire.
