The employee who wiped down my car found one of my credit cards that had somehow gotten lost in a cranny. He very kindly propped it up on the dashboard where I could find it. This car wash has really gone down, a bunch of lazy people that don't care, VICTOR is extremely unprofessional, When we asked him to rectify this unacceptable service he turned "street" and accused us of "trying to play him" His workers completely messed up the rims on our truck, we were even told to come back in an hour so they could fix them, we allowed them time to correct the problem, even allowing them more than an hour, upon our return, we found it to be in no better condition than what we left them in, upon further inspection, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and they still left dirt spots on the truck, all of this was pointed out to VICTOR, we asked that the price of the car wash at least be refunded and we would fix the rims ourselves, the response was nothing but disrespect and excuses, I will NEVER patronize this low class establishment read more

They damaged my car! I took my car to be washed this morning and had the worst experience from the general manager called Victor of this facility. They punched a hole in my gear console I noticed the hole when I got home and put my car on park. When I went back to report the damage 3 different people came to see my car and the last person was the general manager called Victor. He basically said it's my fault and they're not responsible for fixing it and he said they can't even clean that area and the only way it could have happened is if the gear got stuck. He even said if I had noticed the damage after it was washed while still at the facility . They're still not responsible. I asked him for his name and he said Victor I asked him for his last name he said Victor. He said he's called Victor Victor. He was clearly being a jerk. When I left I called the car wash and asked the lady who picked up the phone who the manager was she said Victor and when I asked for his last name she put me on hold and a man came on the phone which I assumed it was him. I just hung up the phone because I've had enough of his belligerent gaslighting behavior. I got the platinum wash and even tipped the guy that washed my car 10.00. Now it's going to cost me 580.00 to have this replaced. That car wash of 50.00 has now cost me an additional 580.00! I've been coming here for almost 15 years I cannot believe this was my experience. I'm going to keep it short and to the point: if you're wanting a job well done, go elsewhere. I paid $22.99 for the standard wash and the result was unfortunate and disappointing. You get what you pay for. I came in explaining to the manager that my previous experience at another car wash was poor and that they missed a handful of details. The manager assured me that my experience at Pasadena Car Wash would be different and that they'd take care of me. Sadly, that did not happen. The details were worse than last. I had tree sap scattered throughout the exterior of my car which 95% of it *thankfully* came out. However smaller details were not touched i.e., corners of windows and review mirror had smudges, cup holder was quite literally filled with cleaning solution, my seats weren't fully vacuumed, inside of the door handle wasn't cleaned (photo attached). Just received a "car wash" from this place. I am honestly shocked that they charge $23.99 for such a careless job. I could've gone to a drive thru car wash and gotten a better quality exterior wash and complete the interior myself. I feel like I paid for someone to wipe my windows. Even my windows are not wiped well. I've attached photos with this review so that you're able to see how great my so-called car wash was. There were lots of areas that the person missed. How can someone call this a car wash? I almost want to think that they owe me the $30 (including tip) that I spent here! Never coming back here! But this was just lazy. i've been going to this car wash a few times before and for the most part they've done a good job so I'm going to give them a three today because this was just such a terrible job. The guy that wiped down my car did a good job but the guy who vacuumed didn't care. What's rough about this is that one sloppy job can just leave such a bad impact on the client. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time, energy and money at this establishment. They damaged the trimwork of my passenger-side door with deep scratches that looks like cracks. The manger has no customer service skills and lacks listening skills as well. I can blatantly see the deep scratches as soon as I opened the car door on the driver side and he's going to say they didn't do it. I highly suggest getting a mobile detailing car wash service and save yourself the headache. And the fees are grossly over priced. Your money would go a lot longer with a more reputable company. Came to this car wash even thought the reviews weren't too great, after going to a different car wash and they wouldn't wash my car because of my roof box. I really needed a wash! However, I was left very pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable and they weren't too busy so the service was fast! My car so far seems visibly spotless! The area under the roof box wasn't dried but the roof box was washed. My cup holders were crumb free and they even cleaned the front of the door for the small compartment that I left open so they could clean the inside (I mention this because I've left it open other times elsewhere and it goes unpolished). My rubber mats were spotless not just vacuumed but really washed well! They have a very comfortable waiting lounge area indoors with extremely clean restrooms. As well, as a complimentary coffee and cookie station. You can pick up some small car accessories and essentials while you wait. Also, maybe a last minute greeting card or wrapping paper before you head off to your party. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is due to the fact that they finished cleaning our car and didn't let us know. While we waited they had been calling out people's cars when done, so we waited a bit before asking if our car was ready because we hadn't seen anyone working on it for a a few minutes now. To which we were told it was, to just walk out and someone would give us the keys. Not sure if they let you know when your car is ready over the intercom depending on your package. I came here a couple of times. The first time was ok. The car was clean with a few leftover spots. The second time I went left a large paint smudge on my car's rims. I had to remove it with rubbing compound and some hard scrubbing. Thankfully there were no deep scratches. I'm not coming back to risk actual scratches from this place. If you're looking to get a quick wash and not worried about those risks, this place might be worth it since they have an early bird discount and is cheaper compared to the nearby competition. read more

I Went here this morning for a car wash and I have to say I wasn't too impressed with the condition of the car after paying $30 for the service. The interior of my car was not too dirty, maybe just needed a quick vacuum job, so I cleared out my car completely so that they would have an easier time vacuuming but when I got back in the car it didn't look like it had been vacuumed at all. There was still the debris in my trunk and back seat floors. The exterior of the car was the more dirty part so I was happy to see it shine a bit again but there was a good amount of water marks throughout the exterior as well as tons of fibers from the cloths all over the car. In the end, it's all alright wash if you need a quick one but I think I'll continue to wash the car myself. read more

You drive up to the vacuum area where they will ask you what kind of wash you would like, then you get an invoice which you go pay inside. I have Been here a few times and get the hand wash and tire dressing. I think its $48 plus $5 for tire dressing ( I have an SUV), wash result vary depending on who washes your car some guys just quickly rush over it and others take their time and pay attention to detail. I always have the problem with my rims though, they're always half clean and I have to tell them. So, it's a hit and miss as to the outcome of the wash. I can say that their customer service is great and the cashiers are always courteous. They have an area inside where you can sit and wait and have some complimentary coffee and cookies. Overall, check your car before you leave incase it needs a touch up. read more

I paid $40 for a car wash. When I did a walk-through with a gentleman, I pointed out at least 10 different spots where my car was not clean and especially the front of the car that still had dirt and bugs. When I asked if he can go re-through and wash it, he questioned me and "said what for this?" I said yeah I'm paying for my car wash so I need my car washed. When I asked to speak to a manager, I spoke with Victor, who claimed to be the general manager. When I showed him the spots on my car even opened up my car and looked in the interior, he claimed that was the best they could do. He stated they don't actually clean everything they just wipe things down.The level of detail here is completely ridiculous, the customer experience is even worse. Went today to get a car wash and oil change only to come back to our car with the bumper detached on one side. Victor, the "manager" stated that it was our fault since we failed to inform them that the bumper was loose. Which was not the case. Instead of making it right, he became very rude and had no intention of helping the situation. Reading the reviews on here, seems like Victor needs a refresher on customer service. I took my car here for the first time a few days ago because it was really dirty and really needed a major wash on the exterior, and heavy vacuuming on the inside. I didn't have a whole lot of time. Otherwise, for sure, I would have liked to take my car to a more reasonably priced car wash place. I paid a little bit over $22 for a basic wash and vacuuming, which is more than I would usually like to pay. I noticed when I got home that my tire rims were still had specks of dirt and were not totally cleaned. I understand that my car was really dirty. But still. When I pay a little over $22, I expect a more through job, even when it comes down to the tire rims. I have to admit, though, that the car wash guys did a really good job vacuuming and cleaning the inside of my car, which had a lot of coffee stains, spills, and dirt that had accumulated. So I was impressed with how my car's interior was cleaned! The waiting area inside has some really comfy couches with your typical store of greeting cards, etc. So on even really hot days, it helps to be able to sit inside and beat the sweltering heat when you are waiting for your car. There are also complimentary coffee and snacks (like pretzels and Danish cookies) near the cashier area. The funny thing, though, is after I went up to the cashier to pay for my car wash before sitting down in the waiting area, the cashier did not even point out the complimentary coffee and snack area. I suppose it should have been really obvious for me to see when I was walking around the store. But it would have been nice customer service on her part to point out these complimentary perks right after I paid for my car wash. She just rang me up and didn't say anything. Then I only found out about the complimentary coffee and snacks after another customer pointed them out to me. I would probably think twice before coming back. Overall, the car wash guys are pretty nice and friendly. But I felt like my car's exterior could have been more throughly cleaned, considering that the price I paid was not that cheap. Perhaps, though, because I brought my car in the late afternoon instead of the early morning, they could only do so much to wash and clean my car when the place was already packed with cars. So perhaps in general, it's just better to take your car in the early morning right when they open so they can do a better job with your car, before throngs of other customers come in. Even so, I will look around for a cheaper and more reasonably priced car wash place for the future. read more
