    I recently purchased a brand new and beautiful Lexus RX350 Premium SUV Vehicle, and I was greatly helped by ANTHONY of Carscout during the purchasing process. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to detail. I could not have asked for a better person to assist me in buying a new Car.     Total Lack of communication! PFCU deactivated debit/visa cards with no notification via email or mail. Who's in charge here? No message or notification was received on the website portal.

    I took out a loan with my local credit union, who connected me with Anthony from Carscouts. During an emotional time when I needed to find a new car quickly at a great rate (emphasis on GREAT), Anthony went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and enjoyable. From our first conversation, it was evident that if it mattered to me, it mattered to Anthony. I provided him with the following requirements: aesthetic body shape, a beautiful interior dash, good gas mileage, enough space to transport new furniture without being TOO big, and only essential safety features without unnecessary add-ons that just add to the cost. As you can tell, I didn't make it easy on him but Anthony found cars that matched my criteria perfectly. We texted back and forth, sharing jokes and car specs, until we locked in on a Mazda CX-30 with Apple CarPlay and a few other features that sold me immediately. Anthony not only found a reliable car at a fantastic price but also made the process fun and simple. I highly recommend partnering with Anthony for any upcoming car purchases--his pep talks are great and his deal-finding skills are even better. Thank you, Anthony, for making this experience truly memorable! More details for the nerds: The process included a brief phone conversation to level-set the situation, followed by texts back and forth with pictures and car specs. Carscouts drove the car down to a local branch, making it easy to pick up AND took care of all the registration and paperwork. The full process took under a month and I'm expecting my license plates in the mail any day now!

They have a few street spots you can pull into if you're only going to be there a few minutes which is very convenient. They have ATMs outside so you don't even need to step into the bank which I like. They usually work well but I have encountered several times having issues with them not dispensing cash or the machine just not working well, sometimes one is out of order. Generally though, it works well for me to get some cash moneys. Though I usually just use the ATM, I did pop into the bank this week to check out the interior. After going for so long, why not!? All was well there, too, with friendly staff!

We are clearly educated enough (MD/MBA) to know the difference between a bank building and a parking structure (no lecture needed). If Ms. Nerkararian's life isn't going well or if she needs additional training on how to treat valued long time clients, it's not our personal fault, and she shouldn't take it out us. Naira Nerkararian provides horrible customer service. Naira Nerkararian is a very rude and unprofessional individual. TAKE YOUR VALUED BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

And wait times are minimal, depending on the day and time of course. My biggest complaint (thus the 3 stars) is that it can take what feels like forever to access your safe deposit box. First you have to wait around until an employee comes out and asks what you need. Then you have to wait again until someone can assist you. Then you wait yet again while they take your ID to confirm you have a box. And then you'll probably get a pitch to upgrade your credit card or refinance your home before they FINALLY escort you to your box. What should literally take 5 minutes can take as long as 30 minutes, so be prepared to wait.

I am a business, professional myself, and practiced the highest level of communication with my clients. If for any reason I was running behind, I would most definitely reschedule or give options not leave someone waiting. When Omar Ching finally arrived, he was dismissive, offered no apology for keeping us waiting, and simply stated that he had another client appointment. Rather than addressing our banking needs professionally, he immediately began trying to sell us Merrill investment products. The entire experience was disappointing. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional attitude did not inspire confidence. Based on our experience, we would not trust this branch--or Omar Ching--with our savings or financial planning. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

This location is probably one of the more beautiful branches compared to the other East West Banks. It has high ceilings, lots of natural lighting from all the surrounding glass windows, and it seems a bit more sleek. Maybe because I'm starting to get to know the employees who works here, I must say that everybody working in this branch is so nice and possesses a very professional attitude. My banking needs are met every time, and I'm happy to say my experience coming here is always stress free. The only thing I think that might need better planning is parking. Yes, you get a parking ticket as you drive into the huge parking structure, and the bank validates it for you in order to be free. If not validated, parking is expensive. I believe it's $1 75 for fifteen minutes. I wish they had an easy access parking lot outside the bank. But it probably won't happen because it's a high rise building, and there's just no room for it. There is street metered parking too. Better make sure you put coins in the meter, or else Pasadena Parking Enforcement will quickly catch you. The bottom line is this bank is beautiful and the staff is nice. It's just that parking is not convenient. It might be difficult for elders, or customers who needs to walk upstairs (which is far while carrying money) to make a deposit. A safety issue.
