Well I am glad that this location is open on a Sunday, it is extremely disappointing that the service here is horrible! I waited in a line of probably 10 people which seems to be normal at this location on a Sunday. The line wasn't the issue but the issue was the inconsiderate and lack of professionalism from the employees here. We stood in line and watched as the employees brought clients from their desks to the front of the line. Why should other clients be prioritized over clients waiting in line? How is that fair or correct? Regardless of the time they waited to be seen by an employee at their desk, the line exists and should be followed! And Wells Fargo should create some order for their employees to follow. If the client has other needs that require a teller they should be able to be helped at the desk. It's common sense! And the people waiting in line for 20min to see a teller should not have someone go before them!! Trisha the "Assistant Branch Manager" was extremely ill equipped to not only explain to me why it was right but she didn't have any solutions. I have been a member of Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I am a professional and use WF for all my banking needs. Today, when attempting to make a deposit into my trust account, I was blatantly racially profiled and disrespected by management. While I did not look like an attorney being it was the weekend (I was wearing a beanie and hoodie), they prevented me from making a basic deposit in my trust account, a transaction that my account reflected happens all of the time. Furthermore, they told me that the only reason I was able to make the same type of deposit before there, was because the teller was Black and "knew me." Something that was completely untrue. This branch is a disgrace and should simply be closed, or at least a change to the managerial personnel should be made. read more

It has taken me a while to write this review because I was so upset with my experience at this Wells Fargo. I still can't get over what happened and decided to share my story in hopes it may help someone else. I went to this location for what should have been a quick check on my account. I waited in a long line with everyone else. No problem until, I got to the teller and was told a simple check on my balance needed to occur in the office. That's never happened at any other location so I found it strange. I went in the office and had to wait, and wait, and wait. I knew if I left I would not find another location before closing time so I waited it out. Again thinking this would be a quick transition. Finally, I was called. I indicated I simply wanted to confirm balances in my accounts. I also wanted to check on one deposit. I was shocked with the young girl who assisted me informed me that I had not made any deposits in my account for years. I knew that was wrong and was not worried and asked her to please check again thinking that she would simply uncover her mistake. I was wrong. She told me again, that she checked the system and there was no deposits for several years. I indicated that I could produce documentation that this information was incorrect. From that point forward, I was basically treated like a lair and told that there were no records so she could not assist me. Terrified that something horrible had occurred in my account, I went home and pulled my records. Voila, documentation showing that the information provided to me at this location was incorrect. The next day I went to my regular bank location. I provided copies of documentation and I asked for the same service and explained what happened at the Fair Oaks location. Within minutes, I was provided with a copy of everything I asked for at the Fair Oaks location. My home branch had no issues finding my information on the computer nor was I told any of the nonsense fed to me from the Fair Oaks location the night before. Matter of fact, the branch manager where I was indicated she could not explain why I was given the information provided because my account was in order and there was no issues with it on the computer. I shared that I had planned on closing my account due to the negative experience the night before. Fortunately, I have never had any issues with customer service at my home branch and decided to just go there moving forward to ensure I am treated correctly and working with people who know their jobs. So should you go to the Fair Oaks location, and told something that you know sounds fishy, please check it out with another branch. Also , if you experience negative customer service, as I did at the Fair Oaks branch, remember, you don't have to deal with it. You can't pay me to go to this location anymore. I have no trust in the knowledge of the employees. I will not forget the experience or the treatment received at this location. read more

Worst place ever...waited in a super long line to cash a Wells Fargo Check, then they tell me it needs to be verified by a banker so they take me out of line for a guy to initial the check only to have the manager come up to me and put me in the back of the line again because I'm "not" a Wells Fargo customer..... Can I put negative stars for this racist branch??? I have a catering company and my client wrote me a check for the deposit on the food I was cooking him for $180.00 . He said it would be easier if he made it out to cash so I said ok. I take the check to this branch and after waiting patiently in a long line the teller tells me that they can't cash a check made to cash because even though the check was from Wells Fargo I don't have a account there, but they can verify it please wait in the small room.. So I do then the asst. Manager tells me we don't cash checks to cash. I'm like since when ?? Why can't you verify that it's real ? The check is from Wells Fargo ,the person who gave me the check has a account here, the wife works for Wells Fargo, all you have to do is call the number in your computer and call and verify that the check is real .. The asst. manager tells me they don't do that. THEN HE MUMBLES UNDER HIS BREATH " JUST WRITE YOUR NAME ON IT AMD TAKE IT BACK TO THE TELLER. I'm like WHAT ARE YOU KIDDING ME. You won't cash this check for me legally but you want me to do something illegal to cash it!!!!! I got up highly pissed off . He said sorry we can't help you you .. I said yea right whatever I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IF YOU ARE OF COLOR THAT YOU DO NOT DO ANY BANKING AT THIS BRANCH.. This is not my regular branch, but I was on the road and had no time to go back into the town I live in. When I walked in I was very warmly greeted by the manager, I found her to be very pleasant and helpful. I was taken care of right away. Tellers are alright not the best customer service. If you don't have a account with them and cashing a business check they will charge you a $7.50 fee, the teller didn't tell me till right when the cash was about to be handed. He tried to talk me into opening the account to avoid the fee. Advised the teller that I never was charged in the pass and to look at the other checks issued to me from the same account still said he had to charge the fee, explain to me that he can't do anything about that. Asked for the check to not be cashed went into another wells the next day, no fee was charged... . I'm Guessing this branch location isn't doing so well so had to charge the fee. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a bank branch. The line is now 15 people deep and has not moved for 20 minutes. The manager stated that she is not able to open a third register herself because only cashiers are able to take deposits. What? I do not bank at Wells Fargo. This bank gets a one star review for three reasons. One, they represent the corporate interests that are destroying our social and environmental ecology. Two, they don't list their hours or the specific branch phone number on their Google maps listing or on yelp. WTF entitled bullshit, I mean they wrote up a historical synopses of Well's Fargo for Yelp, but didn't list their hours, I could care less about their history especially if I can't find out when they open today. Three, when you do find their hours they don't open before 9am, I mean if you're going to wring the planet and humanity out till it's dry, the least you could do would be to open by 8am, realistically banks aught to be open 24-7 cause they can afford to be. I really can't deal with this bank location any longer, they closed my accounts and children's accounts bc my tenant gave me a 500.00 bounced rent check... Every time I have to come in here to cash a check they continuously ask me to try and open an account which I've tried about a dozen times, with no success. I'm almost sure they work on commission to open accounts bc they wouldn't be wasting my hour each time with the same outcome. I find that anyone working on commission in any business are so manipulative and will totally stretch the truth, like yes you'll be successful opening an account it's been over a year, oh my bad please call corporate and ask what the problem is. I can't stand a dishonest person who takes advantage of a situation for their Benefit. I have accounts at 2 other local banks not to mention a credit union down the street. The lines here are long, they bs with the customers too long, how's life, oh where do you get your hair and nails done, how old are your kids, and the lines get longer and longer. They also have quite the turn around with their employees managers and tellers. Now... Not only were my accounts were closed and my minor daughters accounts was CLOSED with a zero balance - three years later which was last mo she gets a bill she is negative in her CLOSED account. Convenient. I see fiddling with someone's personal credit and future is not an issue as well. read more

If you are just going to withdraw money or do a very simple depositing transaction, this place is okay to go to. BUT they will lie to your face on what is required for certain things. I went in earlier with my husband to cash a refund tax check, and the banker said it is required to have a joint account to do so. When my husband tried to cash out the check without me yesterday, the banker at another location said they just needed my ID. Last time I came in, I asked about my savings account that closed itself ( I didn't know it would close out if there is inactivity) and the banker told me the account was still there and I needed to sign some paper. It was a new account he was trying to open for me. These employees were not trained properly, and are deceitful to customers. read more

Don't like to play the race card, but can't come to any other conclusion. I wanted to deposit a fairly large check from a well known local corporation (Bank of America check) and asked if a small portion ($200) could be available within one day. I understand a hold is placed on large checks sometimes, even though this check was easily verifiable and shouldn't have raised any red flags and I've been an account holder for 20 plus years. Nevertheless, I was asked for my ID, asked if I ever received a check like this before, and then told the funds would be unavailable for 3 days. The manager said I could go to Bank of America and cash it, but they'd probably charge me a fee. Why would she expect me to run around like that when I was trying to put a large sum of money in their bank? I told them thanks, went over to the much more efficient Wells Fargo on Colorado, and got just what I needed and the entire check cleared the next day any way. I may be Black, but I don't do banking the way the folks at this branch must think we do. No thank you! I won't be back! read more

When I came in I was greeted in the front by Nancy, she was very nice asking me what my plans were and when I went to the teller line I was assisted by Brittany and felt very welcomed and a manager came to introduce herself by the name of Maritza and she just reviewed my transaction and made me feel that everything went smoothly...after my transaction Brittany asked about my check if it was a convenience for me to set up direct deposit I told her it would be! Brittany got a banker to assist me in printing out a form. I got introduced to Angelica and was also introduced by Chandra who was the branch manager they were so friendly! Overall I was amazed by the service and how dedicated both managers took time to make everyone feel welcomed.... The staff really cares to make things convenient It felt like I was entering their home with open arms! Awesome Service! read more
