I brought my 3 week old Pathfinder to be cleaned and payed for the "Works" carwash. My car had gotten dirty from alot of interstate driving and parking a few times under trees, so there were bugs on my grill and side mirrors and a few spots of tree sap. The car washer called my me to say he was finished, but all the bug stains and tree sap spots were still on the car. I pointed them out and said he was not finished, and sat back down thinking maybe he just didn't see them, which was giving him the benefit of the doubt. He called me back and there were still stains everywhere. I literally had to go spot by spot on the grill and headlights then 360 degrees around the car pointing out every spot while he tried to tell me it wouldn't come off, then cleaning it off myself to show him that it will definitely come off of a 3 week old car. I would give zero stars if I could for this pathetic display of effort and lack of willingness to fix a problem after I pointed it out nicely. read more

This was the worst car wash I have ever had. There were so many spots still on my car. I told the guy about them, but he didn't seem to see them because he kept going over them but not removing them. I got the daily special for 30 bucks today. Was extremely disappointed when I received my car back only to find it was not vacuumed. At all. Seats weren't wiped down. And the cups holders were not given any attention. Obvious areas that could've been wiped down were not. My boyfriend had an even worse experience and when confronting the washer he proceeded to state it wasn't his job to clean it perfectly. Never coming back here. Would give zero stars if I could. First of all I would like to be fair. I have gone to this car wash several times and the service is satisfactory. Last couple times I've gone they have not dried my car well which caused spotting. I called them the time before last about the same issue and I was offered a free car wash. When I went back there for the last time I explained to the owner/manager about the situation and he told me that he would tell the dryers to make sure that the car is dried sufficiently. Not remembering at all that he offered me a free car wash previously. Unfortunately I had nothing in writing so I was willing to pay for another car wash. Even though I gave him my plate number the previous time. He still never offered to give me a free car wash. So I had the car washed, paid for it, drove off the facility and of course I saw water streaking down the both sides of the car while I was driving. I immediately turned around and went back to the car wash spoke to the owner/manager and explain to him that the car was not dried enough. No apology from him he just told me to drive around the front and have the guy dry it again. I didn't want to wait I asked him for one of their rags so I would dry it myself and he looked at me like I had three heads. Needless to say I left and told him I would never be back. If you don't mind spending around $30 including tip for your car to be washed with water spots left on it then this is the car wash for you! read more

From the moment I got to the carwash the staff was very pleasant and polite. The owner Zevon came outside and greeted me good morning. The cashier office was very clean and had a variety best things you can buy for your vehicle. The waiting area clean with plenty of sitting to sit. The staff finished my car in less than 30 minutes my car as well as the interior was spotless. I don't recommend this place. Took my car in this afternoon and they did a horrible job. There are spots everywhere because they didn't dry off the car properly. The windshield is still dirty and I have to clean that myself now. Also there are still bugs on the front bumper. This place is not worth it. read more

The employees are polite and efficient, the outdoor waiting area is pleasant, and most importantly, my extremely dirty RAV4 came out sparkling clean. I chose the Silver Wash ($21.99), and Sal spent lots of time on my car. When I pointed out a couple of tiny spots, he quickly and cheerfully took care of them. There are multiple reasons why this place is the cheapest yet least busy car wash in the neighborhood. We have been here at least half a dozen times and we tend to drive away saying we won't return. They seem to rush instead of being thorough and simply don't do a good job. We suggest spend a few more bucks and go to one of the places up the street on California. read more

Absolutely terrible. Took my car here for a wash and to get the carpets cleaned. After the first attempt my car smelt like dirty water and mold. I took my car back for them to fix it and they rewashed my carpets. I hoped this would be a better turn out. It has now been a week and the carpets are still damp, there has been little help to the smell and how my carpets have mold. Do not go here. read more

I was @ Marshalls just across the street from this place. My car was due for an oil change. I happened to be @ the right place @ the right time when I saw the sign that said, "oil change with free car wash". The employees were so pleasant! I asked for their detailing information because I've been wanting to have my car detailed. And boom! They initially already gave me a good price...then Zaven, went outside to see what kind of car I have & how bad it was. When he came back to talk to me, he dropped the quote he gave me down to $10.00 off! Hooray! I grabbed that deal immediately! They took care of everything right then & there. This place had me the second I discovered its indoor waiting room with comfy sofas. As car washes go, this one is pretty darn nice. It's nice to be inside in the heat (or the rain). It's nice to wait on a chair that isn't rusted, metal, or otherwise flimsy. It's nice to have someone come inside and announce when your car is ready. And ... it's nice to then go back to a car that has been given a lot of good attention. As a slob with a kid who is even sloppier, I tend to rely on the kindness of car wash workers to help our car look like something other than a hoarder's paradise. (I pay and tip for this reliance, of course.) Here, more than anywhere else, we really drive away with a car that feels clean -- inside and out. read more

I wanted to get my car detailed and probably waxed with a clay bar, but the guy who met me there convinced me to get the $60 Manager's Special. It was crap. I could have done it better myself if I'd gone through a drive through car wash and cleaned the interior myself. Nothing but dust was removed from the outside, and inside it looked like all they did was spray a ton of slippery shiny stuff and wipe it down to make it look clean. But nothing was actually cleaned and it was barely vacuumed. I had them vacuum more and wipe down a few spots but I ended up cleaning the rest of it myself anyway. If I tried them again I'd get one of the actual packages and skip the BS "Manager's Special", one of the vacuum guys said the manager gets a commission on that one and that's why he pushes it. Seems like a scam way to get someone to pay for the exact thing they could get at a drive though car wash for $10. read more
