Christian took down all the information for my car and then went outside to check the plates before he came back inside. Once we had the paperwork filled out, he told me that they would have it ready as soon as Saturday morning! Then he went to get the keys to the shuttle and drove me home. What a friendly dude! When I arrived to pick it up, the guys behind the counter were chatting and having a good time and even included me in on the joke they were laughing at. I needed that energy-it was great! They even told me that they did not know how to take it off, so here is my request for Yelp (Jason?) can you all remove that Yelp "check in" discount? Thanks! What a bunch of clowns! I called the day before to schedule an appointment for an oil change. When the person booked the appointment, they made note of the make, model and year of my car, which is a 2020 Mercedes Benz CLS53 AMG. When I showed up to the appointment, the service manager told me it might be awhile because they didn't have the correct oil and filter on-hand for my car. He made a call to someone and they said they could have the correct products there in short time, so I stayed. Then, I mentioned to the service representative that when I bought the car from Toyota of Cedar Park in Texas, I purchased a "Prepaid Maintenance Plan" (PMP) through "Toyota Auto Care" for $1000 that was supposed to cover oil changes and tire rotations for 36mo/40kmi. but could ONLY be used at Toyota dealerships. She asked me to email her the contract, which I did. At the same time I purchased the PMP through Toyota Auto Care, I paid nearly $6000 for a "Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract" (MBSC) through APEX that covers everything else outside of regular maintenance, like oil changes. Both, the PMP and the MBSC contracts are included in the same PDF file that I emailed to the service rep at Jay Wolfe Toyota. A short time later, here comes the Service Manager to inform me that he "Called Toyota and they said that I only have a Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract and that it does not cover oil changes." Knowing that was incorrect, I asked for my car back and left. I immediately called Toyota of Cedar Park and spoke to a service rep who promptly checked their system and confirmed that it shows TWO SEPARATE CONTRACTS, one was the PMP and the other the MBSC, and that, YES, the PMP does cover oil changes and tire rotations. They have no clue why other Toyota dealers (yes, I have now been to more than one and the 2nd dealership experience was even worse!) aren't getting it. I wouldn't recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota to anyone for anything.

We tried multiple times to get someone's attention while several employees were working on a single car's oil change, and instead of helping us, one of them just told us to step out without even taking a moment to speak with us. No explanation, no assistance, nothing. All we needed was a quick conversation so we could decide to leave the car and run errands, but we were completely ignored. This was incredibly poor customer service and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going here.
