The third time, they motion to pull in, so I pull in like any other time, and then this tall guy with a beard talks to me like a child and says, "Next time wait for me to get in front and give you hand signals, okay?" Well then do not give me hand signals to come in in the first place. Why would you signal me to come in instead of just signal me to hold on? And if intended to signal a certain way, you have to do it CLEARLY. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure things run smoothly in your shop. The same customer does not come into your shop every day. If something isn't working, then you have to change your way of performing your signals, obviously. I am not the only complaint on here about this issue on this page about this shop. And obviously I am not coming back if I am going to be talked to that way. I have never been talked to like that anywhere else, and I don't talk to customers that way, ever.​

I called Legacy on a Thursday afternoon, and they let me know they could take a look at it the following Monday. I was grateful to get an appointment so quickly and decided to schedule an oil change as well since it was about time for one. After scheduling, I received a text confirmation and then a reminder the day before my appointment, which I really appreciated. On Monday morning, I arrived around 8:00 a.m. when they opened to check in and drop off my car. I was greeted right away, and the check-in process was quick and easy. They already had all of my vehicle concerns in the system, so they simply confirmed the details with me. Since it was my first time at this location, they also suggested a full vehicle inspection, which I knew would be helpful. Later that day, I received a text with a link to a detailed vehicle report. It clearly outlined what needed immediate attention (the driver's side window) and identified a few other items to keep an eye on. I really liked how the report included photos and easy-to-understand explanations. I called to review the costs of the window repair and oil change and also asked whether there were any other priority issues. The employee I spoke with was honest and straightforward, explaining that the other items could be addressed during a future visit if needed. A few hours later, I received a call letting me know my car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, I was still at work and wouldn't be able to make it before closing. They offered to send me a payment link and explained that they would place my keys in a secure lockbox outside so I could pick up the car later that evening. Super helpful! Overall, I really appreciated the honesty, communication, and level of service I received. The entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish, and it's reassuring to know there's a trustworthy automotive shop nearby. I was desperate to have it fixed and did not want to wait weeks to get an appointment at the dealership! So I took a chance and called Dobbs. When I called they said I could just drop my car off and they would be able to get to it either same day or next day...so that's exactly what I did. Last week, after work on a Friday, I drove to Dobbs. I walked inside to talk with the guys behind the counter and Christian helped me. He was quick to get the paperwork started and even offered to drive me back to my house so that I didn't have to request an Uber! I really didn't know they had shuttle service, but I am glad they do. Christian took down all the information for my car and then went outside to check the plates before he came back inside. Once we had the paperwork filled out, he told me that they would have it ready as soon as Saturday morning! Then he went to get the keys to the shuttle and drove me home. What a friendly dude! Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and we would have to leave it. This was no problem but I was going to have to come back to get it if it was worth it. OMGOODNESS I fell more in love with the service and work. Brian was amazing walking me through every step and sending photos and videos. This helped so much. I cant say enough. Clean, informative, helpful and respectful and not making me feel bad that I didn't understand. I Thank them all for the work and service.
