Here you go, updated with that change: I had a really frustrating experience at Jiffy Lube. We were told the wait would be 30 to 40 minutes, which is completely fine, but no one asked if we wanted to leave our car and come back later. We tried multiple times to get someone's attention while several employees were working on a single car's oil change, and instead of helping us, one of them just told us to step out without even taking a moment to speak with us. No explanation, no assistance, nothing. All we needed was a quick conversation so we could decide to leave the car and run errands, but we were completely ignored. This was incredibly poor customer service and very unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. read more

This is the WORST experience I have ever had with an automotive company. I went to get my oil changed and was told my oil didn't need changed even though I was 500 over the miles on the last sticker. They didn't put my oil cap back on and I ended up driving over 150 miles like this ending up with no oil in my car and spilled all over everything under my hood. Once I found this issue and tried to call them I haven't been able to get them on the phone and I have called 7 times. I ended up calling the location down the street on Hawkins and their general manager got me in quickly to assess the issue and correct things to the best of his ability. The general manager of Gravois Bluffs still has not called me back and told me how he is going to correct this or apologized. The only reason I will come back to Jiffy Lube ever is because of Dennis and his crew at the Hawkins location. read more

Be careful taking your vehicle to The Bluffs Jiffy Lube. They damaged the hood of my car, I believe they closed the hood with a tool inside. They refuse to acknowledge they damaged it and will not make it right. There is no doubt whatsoever they damaged my vehicle. Edit update-the business owner contacted me through this sight and asked me to email them. I did weeks ago and have still not heard back from them. I had to wait a couple minutes to get "checked in" while in my car, but the nice thing about Jiffy Lube is that I know they'll come to me when they can. They finished with the customer before me fairly quickly and it seemed even quicker to finish my oil change! It's always a good experience at Jiffy Lube. read more

Don't waste your time and money here! A few months ago, I took my car here to get some new tires. They put on new tires and, despite the costs of the service, I was really please with the service... until I was driving out of their parking lot and my passenger side window fell down the door. The problem was that the window fell out of the window clip. After examining the car myself, I found that the window clip had actually broken because someone at the shop had slammed the door shut extremely hard. I called the manager of the shop and told her of what happened. She said she would look into the surveillance video they have inside the shop to see if anyone had slammed my doors. I got a call back later that day from the manager and she said that no one even opened the doors while they were changing tires. I knew this was a lie because after I got my car back I had found the hex nut to the tires laying on the passenger seat, which I kept stored in the passenger console at all times, so I knew that someone had been inside the car. I politely asked her to repair the window clip in the door, to which she said no and then started attacking me and telling me how it was MY fault that the window clips broke. I gave up trying to get them to fix a problem that they caused. I have never taken a car of mine back to any Jiffy Lube since this incident, I would rather give my money to other shops that respect their customers and their cars. read more

Instead of going to the dealer for an oil change ($39.99 PLUS tire rotation and a free car wash coupon), I was in a hurry and decided to drive through Jiffy Lube this time. I had just gotten the tires rotated 3 months before. They used to display on the outside of the place the price for an oil change, but, I can see why they stopped. So, we get there and the only guy I saw working there motioned for me to pull into the bay. Before doing that, I asked the price for a basic oil change. He tapped the hood of my car... a Chevy Sonic, (2012) and told me mine took "special" oil, so that price would be $61.99. For a basic oil change? No way. The last time I went to a Jiffy Lube in Webster Groves, this shop pulled a "oh, you need this and you need that right now." Ha. Should have learned my lesson from the lube they gave me personally that day. read more

Never again will I go to this place! I used to be able to get an oil change for around 28 buck (with a coupon). Went there today, after already having the usual services done I was informed their prices went up to 42.00! Along with that they're always super slow....I was told It would take no longer than 20 minutes when it actually took about 45 and they try to sell you everything that's not nailed down. I specifically chose this location because it was close to my work. When I called they day before I was told I could drop my car off at 7, but when I got there at 7:15 the door was still locked. After knocking several times someone answered, I asked to to do a safety and emissions test, and he said the general manager didn't show up yet and that it would be another 15-20 minutes before her could even do anything. Do not go to this place! I took my brand new 2017 Subaru here and according to the dealership where I ultimately ended up... Jiffy Lube had apparently pulled the wrong plug and drained most of my transmission fluid instead of my oil. Dealership explained that it's a closed system and Jiffy Lube would have been unable to add more fluid after their mistake. There is a factory calibration on the transmission plug and it's obvious that it had been taken out and replaced incorrectly. So this means that I'm driving around with most of the fluid missing for about 2 weeks. Car is now in the shop and they are assessing the damage, gaskets, etc. Looks like I'm going to be out lots of money when all is said and done. I realize that mistakes happen, but if the Jiffy Lube Tech had at least told me he made a mistake I would have driven immediately over to the dealer to have tranny fluid added. Instead, they let me drive away knowing full well that I'm ruining the transmission on my vehicle. I will be contacting my lawyer!! read more
