Brandon Hayes was high-pressure and didn't seem to really listen to my needs and wants. I don't recommend Brandon nor Enterprise Car Sales for this reason. I felt judged by multiple staff members, because my ID wouldn't scan. They treated me like I had a fake ID or something which was pretty funny because I provided my insurance as well and they still had to talk their manager into "letting" me take a test drive. I didn't wind up buying anything from this place, but I wanted to leave a review just because my experience was fairly positive. I came one evening after just making an appointment maybe thirty minutes beforehand, and I was connected with Raphael. There were two cars that I was interested in, and while one of them wasn't available at the time, I was able to look at the other car I was interested in; the other was at another Enterprise location and not on site at the time. I would have liked an offer to test drive the car I saw, but I acknowledge I arrived here about fifteen minutes before the place closed, which is a little late perhaps. Raphael is a great conversationalist, and after the we met he followed up with me and even let me know when the other car I was interested in was available for viewing/test driving. I will say that he's not the best at remembering our conversations since he called me back more than once after I told him I would need a while before I got back to him, but he's overall friendly and professional. At this point though I had already seen another car in the area that was more competitively priced than Enterprise's, but I'll definitely keep Enterprise in mind for future business. read more

Great backpack purses, iWatch bands, women's wallets, men's wallets, and service! My wife has liked Coach purses since before we met, and her appreciation for the finer things is just one of the many reasons why I lover her so much. After "nursing it along" for a couple years, my wallet finally fell apart completely last summer. My wife and the kids got me a replacement wallet for Father's Day... they got me several styles, including a Coach, so I could pick just the right one. At that point I had been investigating wallets for a couple years and was trying to find the right one... I was thinking that one of the newer styles was the way to go, one of the wallets with a center metal/plastic piece, with cards on both sides of with an elastic band in the outside, but they always left me wondering if they would really work and if they would stay together if dropped on the floor. I now know better... there is no finer wallet than this awesome one from Coach! While the other wallets they got me were nice, mostly with the money clips for the cash on the outside, the Coach design was far superior to these and the other styles I had investigated, for a few reasons. It has a fold-over top that snaps shut, making it so nothing falls out - everything inside is fully surrounded! The wide main pouch holds several credit cards and insurance cards, and it has a separate slot for the driver's license and multi-tool and emergency check. And there are three slots for cash! This are all awesome features! And the best part for me is that my wonderful wife and kids got it for me, from the Plaza Frontenac Coach store! At the same time my wife got herself a new women's wallet, which she loves... stylish, useful and looks good. For Christmas we got our son an iWatch... and after searching MANY websites for a nice band I found one at Coach... it clearly looked just right for him, with the right balance of "sporty" and "spiffy" (dad terms)... and the price was a little more than the others but not prohibitively so. And once i saw it I realized that for the much finer quality, the price is really not that much more than the competition. For service... by time I got to the Plaza Frontenac store it was nearing the end of a long day and I was wiped out... the lady working in the store was most helpful and made it very easy for me to get the watch band and get home. Thanks! When Mother's Day arrived our daughter and I walked into Coach unsure what to get my wonderful wife. The lady at Coach was helpful! In the end we got her a backpack purse and a coin purse... and a couple of initialed bag tags. My wife really likes her Vera Wang backpack purses so I wasn't sure she would really want another backpack purse, but she when she saw the Coach backpack purse on Mother's Day morning she was "alllll smiles." So we are very impressed with the varied items Coach sells and we are thankful that their staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you, Coach Plaza Frontenac... we'll see you soon! read more

It was easy and Mike made the effort to get the SUV that fit my needs AND finding a color I wanted. (No white, black or grey please!) It was FREEZING that day and he was with me as we measured the cargo area. He found my car at a nearby Enterprise and even brought over a car they needed. He set up my phone to sync with the car and helped me unload my old car into the new. The person doing the paperwork, I believe he was the manager, had a situation that needed to be urgently sorted out. Who ever he was talking to, his superior?, was loud enough I could hear him through the phone. He was rude and was cursing. There was no need for it. That's not the way you handle a roadside issue in single digit weather. The manager held it together despite the barrage on the other end of the phone. My experience with the staff at the West County location was great. A warm experience in the bitter cold! read more

I recently loss my previous vehicle due to fire damage, this was a very traumatic event in my life. Being faced with looking for a new vehicle, was not something I was looking forward to. I did not have transportation to go view/test drive a new vehicle, so Steve, agreed to pick me up from my residence, when I exited my apartment, he was waiting for me outside the vehicle, so that he could assist me with opening the door and being seated. I went enterprise to purchase because of the no haggle pricing. It didn't go as expected. I am pleased with my vehicle so far but I was not as pleased with the paperwork process. They ran my credit four different times without my knowledge, for all the people that care about their credit, that's really bad. They also were not clear about the insurance part of the deal. It seemed as though they were rushing me even though I was giving them my hard earned money and time but the salesperson could talk to my husband and I about his fancy glasses collection. Now I don't expect any car buying experience to be the best but if I'm purchasing something as big as a vehicle that I'm obligated to for years then I would like a little more information about what you are doing.
