Came in for a quick nail color change. The lady who did my nails was very unfriendly. She didn't not properly take off the gel and didn't soak my nails and used a drill with high grit on a high setting, then used the strongest acetone and I started flinching because my nail bed were grinded to almost bare nail bed and my nails and nail beds were in searing pain, my beautiful strong thick nails that I meticulously take care of were paper thin and flimsy and I had to ask her to stop because I was freaking out. I talked to the manager who was kind but at that point there was nothing that could be done. It was suggested to put gel on with an extra top coat. 2 days later my nails were breaking off and snagging on everything and tearing to the nail bed, my nails were bleeding. 2 months later my nails haven't recovered and even the nail beds are extremely soft and so sensitive to heat/cold/touch. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I have to be honest. The whole time I was trying to choose my nail color, the technician was rushing me. It made me feel really uncomfortable and even a little scared, especially since it was my first time there. On top of that, he actually cut my nails, and they came out uneven and messy. Awful. I got no massage for a deluxe pedicure, it seemed like she was in such a rush to get me done so she could go sit on her phone. I still have dry skin on the bottom of my feet and was left with lotion on the bottom of my feet from her wiping it off with a wet rag instead of massaging it. I went two years ago and had a great experience but I wouldn't even go back to get my gel taken off. My mom got her toes done by a gentlemen named YOUNG, and he did an incredible job. It was very nice I just wish it could've lasted longer. There was only one other customer in the building besides me at the time. So I've been coming to Passion for a while! Tina is my ABSOLUTE favorite! Like that is really my girl! But here is where my issues come in.. there have been two times my service has gone past 7:30 their closing time, and I have been talked about and scolded despite being transparent about the services being requested (fillin with a design 10 fingers)z The first time (around Christmas) I did come in around 7, but I expressed I was getting a design PRIOR to service and as the time passed the owner and his wife became increasingly agitated and began speaking in Vietnamese about me. He was very nasty nice about the situation, I apologized. I understood, although again I was very upfront before the service about what I was getting. Now 6/20 I get there at 6:23 and they have a wait. Okay cool, I don't mind waiting. While waiting, the owner comes over looks at my nails and I express I'm getting a design, it's simple, would you like to see it? He replies, "no, you can tell them" ‍ cool, so my nails are started at 6:51 and finished at 8:22. He says this is two times buddy. We want to get home to our families, and such and such And I'm like I got here at 6:30, so how is this my fault. I just feel like you can easily say, "I can't do that design, we're about to close" but instead when I tell you and show you the design (which is a bunch of squiggly lines) PRIOR to service you say you can do it, accept payment, then come at me because of the time it took. When I tell you upfront, say yes or say no. You can do it or you can't. Being told off and talked about in Vietnamese while my nails are being finished is very poor customer service and disappointing being that I have been a VERY frequent and well tipping customer. I had a doctors appointment and noticed they were near by and opened at 9:30 (which is great)! Sign said they welcome walk-ins so I stopped in. Was greeted and promptly seated. I sat down with Thu Pham. I want to say her attention to detail was on point, not once did i feel like she was rushing the process. Wanted to pop in for a mani pedi for an event to go to and now I'm embarrassed and hope no one looks at my nails! The guy that did my mani pedi did a good job on cuticles and the massage felt great on hands and feet. I noticed after my nails had dried that they were not smooth. Only thing I can assume is there's stuff in the polish that perhaps other people's nails or toenails weren't wiped off before it was used? Mentioned it at the register and they said it was the clear coat and they would put another layer on, which I didn't have time for. Once inside I was greeted by a Blake the owner. He asked what service I wanted and prompted me to pick a nail color. There had to be around 300 to choose from. Then I was directed towards one of the many pedicure chairs. I would say there are about 30. Hanh did my pedicure and she was amazing. I really like the set up. Cleanliness: 5/5 love the idea that everything is disposable. New and different from my experience compared to my first visit is that they hired someone to ONLY CLEAN THE PEDICURES and stock supplies. So all of the stations are cleaned right away and not left like it did when I first visited. Customer Service: 5/5 Jenny is excellent. She handle my ingrown now. I thought she forgot that there's toes under the nail the way she was trying to handle it. But it was really bothering me so I do appreciate her handling it. She kept her conversation with her co-worker to a minimal. And interacted with us for a bit but not too much which is what I prefer! Pedicure: 5/5 I have tried their 24k pedicure as a birthday gift to myself. I'm ok with it but funny how I didn't really care for the herbal detox when I first visit but now it's my go too. Updating my review again because I wasn't satisfied with my service this time and didn't appreciate being argued down about what I wanted or my service being rushed... I had a specific event I was preparing for and I wanted a specific red to match my outfit. I selected the red I wanted for my toes which I was told they had the matching gel to use on my nails. When I sat down she brought over a number of other reds that I did not want and tried to convince me to choose one of these since they didn't have the red gel I actually wanted. I then asked if she could just use the regular nail polish instead of gel on my acrylic nails but she said they didn't have matte polish in regular polish... only matte gel polish. The attendee from the front then came over saying my nails can't be 100% perfect which I've been told here before when I pointed out my nail shape was a little crooked. She then rushed through my nails so much that she ended up cutting the underside of my index finger with a nail filer and messed up the gel on my pinky that let to the polish bubbling and eventually popping before my event 3 days later. She also rushed my color change on my toes and left them kinda sloppy which I ended up fixing at home because I didn't wanna go through arguing about how your nails and toes can't be 100% perfect. I used to be able to let anyone here do my nails and they turn out nice but now I have to be selective about who I let do them because there are now only a select few of them who do a good job. I have been to this location three different times. It was important to me that before I wrote a review I could speak on consistency. All three times I've went have been great. Dwin, Amy, and Mary have all worked on my nails. Each one of them has a different technique but never disappoints. This location has great music and offers complementary drinks including wine. I've went on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The wait has never been more than 10 minutes. The owner Blake is amazing and interacts with all the customers. I get S&S every time and have yet to find a nail salon that can beat the price. I recommend going in before November November 27th because they have 20% off all services. Talk about a WOW factor. I enjoyed my visit here and getting a polish change didn't take long at all. The open layout with pedicure stations aligning the walls of this place allows for multiple people to be seen. However, that's based on there being more hands on deck for weekend demand.... I only counted 6-7 people while being there. I also thought it was neat that they have a "Cleaning Lab" where they clean and sterilize everything without taking over the customer's sink space. For the ladies and gents that don't want to miss a beat when it comes to television... they have four flat screens setup (arena style) so you can see a tv from every side of the salon. I came today 1/4/2019 on a Friday evening. Sad to drop the rating on my service today. I came in with my son and he sat next to me. The technician was very kind to asked what I would to drink and my son too. As she started working on my feet the technician made me feel as I was an inconvenience for to her servicing me. She rushed through my pedicure and I had to ask her to please cut my toe nails shorter (it's my preference, but she thought they were to short. I left it alone). The massage was less than a minute long per leg. Honestly it's nothing like my last experience, where the bar was set so high. She did a decent job, as far as I can see so far on my toes. Now to my manicure, it's was just ok. My finger nails were clipped too short, yes she had to match the nails with the shorter nail. But she still manage to clipper them beyond my shorter nail. As she was cutting the cuticle I noticed some of my clear polished I had prior to coming in, I had to asked her twice to please remove it before she started painting them. The paint polish was uneven. I know we all have our off days. Hope next time it's better. I am not going to give up on them just yet. read more

The price for a basic gel nail spa pedicure is over price in my opinion. The run down of service I received was removable of polish, nail trim which I was not asked how long or short I wanted them. Removable some dead skin and cuticles. Then rinse in water, proceeds with and massage of oil. Oh cannot forget the filing and of nails along with buffering to!. The the gel polish process begins. Ive gotten my nails dipped here a couple of times and the service was OK but if you go here for a pedicure get the Basic Spa. The Signature Pedicure did not include feet buffing. She did not address any roughness on my feet. It was only a cuticle cut and massage. She said it was my fault because their menu clearly states "Callus remover" under the basic pedicure and is not listed under the signature. I thought the whole purpose of a pedicure was to leave with Atleast smoother feet, if not perfectly smooth. I don't think it makes sense for the signature pedicure, which costs more, to not include the same services as the basic pedicure, and plus some. I ended up paying an extra $10 for callus remover and I don't even have calluses just general dryness and roughness from not having a pedi since this summer. Just my thoughts and opinion. My husband bought me a gift certificate. I walked in to Passion Nails to see my favorite tech Katy, whom I have been seeing for two years. Blake, the male receptionist, said they did not take appointments and there were 4 people in front of me, he told me to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and he then said there are 7 people in front of you. So my question was....why did you tell me to come back in an hour? He said those people would take until closing. So I left and said I will be back when you open in the morning. So....on Thursday morning I come back @ 9:30. I let them know I have to go next door to PT. I will be back @ 10:30 to see Katy. When I come @ 10:25 she is just starting a new customer. At this point I'm absolutely furious. By the way this is the third time I have been inconvenienced by these shenanigan. While conversing, two more customers walk in and then he says I will be after them. First come first serve. Obviously, I'm pissed by now. They have SO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM no matter what nail service you are getting (regular, gel or SNS). They offer you water, wine, mimosas or beer regularly. They have a room just for sterilization that if often being used. I love their passion for cleanliness and decor. Everything is new and updated. Every single employee there is so very sweet and nice. I could go on and on! I seriously never ever have a bad experience. I also never get the same nail tech either. Which is usually a problem for me at other places but every SNS tech I get gives me a high quality finish. I have never needed to complain or ask for someone else. This is also my one stop shop. Nails, brows and lashes. Michelle does EVERYTHING! She is like my Vietnamese momma. I was on a time crunch and needed to get a quick pedi before my trip. I drove to one spot and they told me they accepted walk ins and asked what did I need. I told them and they said they didn't have any availability for the day, it was 9am. So anyways I quickly searched for another spot and decided to give Passion a try. I previously heard mixed reviews but whatever I needed a pedi lol. Anyways I gave them a call to make sure they accepted walk-ins and check how long the wait would be. The guy I spoke to said they did and they could take me now! I flew over there and just as he said I walked in and was assigned a seat and technician immediately. I was so happy they didn't try to pull a fast one on me with the "no wait move but really there is a wait you just have to sit in luke warm water for 20 mins waiting for someone". The shop is huge and beautiful. Very glam, comfortable chairs and great ventilation. Lilly did my pedicure and she was amazing! I told her exactly what I wanted and she did just that. I also told her I had only an 1hr 15 and she told me that was plenty of time. I don't feel like she rushed at all and it honestly was one of the best pedis I have had in a long time. She didn't just file a little, shape a little, scrape a little, rub a little. She put her back into it. If I needed her to correct something she said sure and did it. No talking to others in her native language about what I asked her to do. Although she didn't speak the best English she was still conversational and we had a great convo. She took an interest in me and she kept doing a time check just to make sure she wasn't moving to slow or too fast. A++ for Lilly. From my personal experience it's been hard to find a a place that does great pedis and can do a perfect tip on a big toe. Either they don't know how to do acrylic or they just can't shape but Lilly executed both! She def earned her tip. Things to note: 1. They don't accept tips on cards, just cash so it was helpful that Lilly had cash app so that I could tip her on cuz I never have cash. 2. The wall in the front has the gel colors available and they will ask you to pick before you start your service but they do have a ring of nails with samples of what the color looks like. If you don't ask they probably won't offer it to you. 3. My pedi was expensive. $76 expensive! I knew it would be high but not that high. So basic pedi doesn't come with the callus scrape thing and that's already $37. So the deluxe ($40) is more like basic to me as it comes with a lot of what most shops will offer for $7 cheaper. Then gel polish is additional $20 and acrylic tip is $16. 3. I wasn't offered any water or wine, which seemed odd considering the location and the price of their services. Staff is rude when asked to correct something. She had filed my toe nail so that one corner was round and the other was square. In actuality, she had just missed painting the left corner. So I was very conflicted and waited to write my review regarding my first visit here. I went in two weeks ago on the 2nd. I'm new to the area and this was the only salon opened on Sunday. My first impression was really good. Welcomed upon entering, clean, beautiful salon. There was a wait but that was anticipated since it was a busy Sunday. I was seated at the nail bar and within 10 minutes of being busy, I was being worked to soak off my SNS. I sat there for about 35 minutes before someone came to work on me. I can't remember the name of the lady who was working on me but she was nice. I asked for clear SNS since my nail growth had been so good and I wanted to have a break from color. She started working on my nails and asked me if I wanted square (or what shape) I said square was fine. It ended up being a square/coffin which was fine. I didn't have a problem. By the time she got to my second hand, a previous girl who she worked on came back in and went to the manager to complain about how her nails were too short. The nail tech then started to ignore me and focus on the other customer who came in and then she started telling me how I was sitting next to her and I know what really happened. I chose to not get involved but was hoping she would focus on my nails. She seemed extremely bothered by the other customer and wouldn't stop talking about her and was SUPER ROUGH on my cuticles on my second hand. They began to hurt and she kept going even after saying OW multiple times. They didn't bleed but they felt like they were burning. I asked her at one point to be gentle but she kept a buffing and talking about the other customer. We were almost finished and I just needed to wash my hands and get the top coat. My hands burned while I washed them and while she applied the top coat. When she finished I asked her to give me cuticle oil because my cuticles hurt so bad. It has been two weeks and they have just finally started to heal. My nails look really good and I am happy with them but after she got distracted, her service got really bad. If you see in the picture, you'll notice the scabbing/burn marks all around my cuticles. They are still healing after TWO WEEKS. I'm conflicted because I really like my nails but I wish I was given the proper attention and not have the anger taken out on my cuticles because of a complaint of a prior customer. read more

The Salon is beautiful! There are pedicure chairs that line the walls with the nail bar in the middle. The back wall has their name with almost 400 OPI nail colors behind it (it's decoration, but worth mentioning, I couldn't stop starring at it and imagining how long it took to put together). I also love new salons because their nail polish selection is always great, new fresh bottles of nail polish and a great color selection. They serve you drinks during your service. I got a manicure and pedicure and my friend got a Pink and white full set and a pedicure. Both of our sets look great. I was very impressed with her technician skill on pink and white, her name is Nina (she is very knowledgeable and honest with what would work best for your nails) As far as cleanliness, they use their files and buffers once, they line their pedicure tubs with plastic liners and they have sanitation station. So A+ Big Tip is that if you pay with CASH on your service that is over $25 they have a loyalty program that after 9 punches you get a $40 gift card for your 10th service. Overall, great experience! Visit #3 on Saturday, April 20th and my last time going to this nail salon. After calling several other nail salons in the area and checking prices I have found out that this salon is more expensive than every other nail shop in the surrounding area. I was suspect about this place when I first moved from the Atlanta area last year.....in Atlanta a filling is $17-$22. But this salon owner is greedy! Basic acrylic $30, colored acrylic $40 meanwhile they only charge more for the colored acrylic because it has color in it.....the application is the same. Then they charge the same price to put on new acrylic as they do for fillings. Most salons will discount the gel polish when done with a manicure well not this shop they charge you for everything separately. If you get acrylic and then want gel polish it is $20 for the gel polish on top of the price for the acrylic. And don't waste your time asking them to do any creative designs all that they can do is basic manis and pedis. I had to walk them step by step how to do a marble design on my nails. Visit number two and I had several cuts around my cuticles from the lady filing my nails too much. If you don't want your wallet robbed my advice is to stay away from this place! read more
