Have had many previous passports expedited but this was my first time using The Passport Express services. Had a rather urgent out of country trip for my wife and I, with expired passports, and needed two new first-time passports for our children. We had an emergency need for passport renewal with a fast turn-around. Passport processing has been severely delayed throughout 2023 and many people have waited more than three months even with expedited processing. We contacted Diana at The Passport Express on May 24 and asked if she could help us get my wife's passport renewed before the end of June. She said she could and we paid for the 4-5 week package. I mailed the application to Diana on May 24 and she had it delivered to the Washington DC passport office on May 25! The new passport was delivered to our house on June 21. Renewing my passport and visa to Brazil (new requirement started 2025) is always made easy and simple by Passport Express. My first interaction with Maria was to renew my passport a few years ago.
