Service great! Food and dessert delicious! Ambience perfect! Great for date night in Beverly!

Amazing atmosphere. Great bread service. Menu huge which is often a bad sign. However, the sirloin au poivre with French fries I got was amazing. Tender. Wonderful flavors. Just perfectly slightly spicy. Hidden Gem! I'll be back soon.

Pretty good restaurant. Chicken wings were really good and the fried rice. Bi bim pap was ok I like the stone pot and the sizzle when it comes to that but this one was served in a dish and colder. You order through the app on the table and it's super easy to checkout. Place is kinda small and can fill up quick. The inside is cute tho for a date night. Portion sizes were pretty good overall I'd come back here

Such a fantastic place to add to the North Shore food scene! A Korean restaurant just makes sense in our beloved fishing village Gloucester. We ordered the Tteokbokki extra spicy. It's a street-food level dish but they made it extra fancy! The rice cake texture is phenomenal ! Make sure you add the Ramyun noodle! The Bulgogi waffle fries is very good. And the fried chicken, my man. This is not a fried chicken joint but I will totally comeback just for the fried chicken. Service is caring and family vibe all around as this is a family owned and operated restaurants by a local Korean family. How can one not love this place! ?

Have tried many of the Korean restaurants in Allston and this, K Restaurant, seems to outrank them all! As for service -- indeed you pay first, but was a bit confused about the server/front desk who pretty much tell you to order before seated (choosing your own table), take your order, serve you with all the food, etc -- literally she handles all the customer service stuff -- wondering why she did not appear at pleasant or smile at all. Don't get me wrong, fully aware of wide range of personalities -- some appear more excited and enthusiastic than others others -- even without the the usual tipping at the end, and especially with the tipping at the end. Here, of course you pay -- and finalize your tip or no time before being served with your food, but still the server did not appear to greet or show those standard pleasantries expected all common in America ... She wasn't rude or anything. It just seems like she's not happy being there. Any event, just some thoughts here. Would definitely be back. And do recommend this place to others who want delicious meal but just note the above.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews, and gave it shot, My son and I love Korean chicken, so hoped for the best. We ordered the 10-piece with spicy sauce, and they said 10 to 15 minutes, so I thought perfect, and they are coming it fresh. We came back after 10 mins, and the food was brought out a few minutes after. First red flag, the guy bringing us the food was coughing his lungs out, so I immediately felt uncomfortable, as he wasn't really coughing into his elbow, so not a good sign. Then we thought, better to just eat there, and asked the question, which was denied, with the lady at the desk saying 'it's clearly written at the desk' so ok no issues there. We went outside, and found a bench ... we were with other family members who were not eating, so that's why we didn't initially get a table. Both my son and I both chomped into our first chicken wing and we looked at each other with raised eyebrows. The chicken was overly crispy, and hard to swallow, making each bite a task. The seasoning was acceptable, but I was thinking 'is this refried, a little stale or both'. We continued to chew through each one and I swear my jaw was starting to hurt, the feeling you get when you chew gum too long. After we finished, I went online to read the reviews, and low and behold, I read a few reviews complaining about the same thing. Refrying food for me is a no no, and it's not a good way to keep customers. I would make sure you ask them to cook fresh chicken only, not reheated or refried.

Pork buns: the pork was cooked perfectly and the bun was nice and soft. The sauce went well everything and it's a great starter dish. Spicy Kimchi Ramen- this consists of pork belly, pickled mushrooms, kimchi and fried garlic. The ramen was really good and had a lot of flavor with just the right amount of spice from the kimchi. Perfect for a cold day! Colonel Sanders Ramen- this had a pork broth with fried chicken and was delicious and moist. Also had corn with Vermont butter which you can taste through the bowl. Exceptions would be the Flaming Hot Cheetos dog and the spaghetti one. The cereal one might be non-vegan too. You can check their website's allergen list/nutrition facts to make sure. The staff is really kind here. I started off simple with the classic Kong dog and fries. My husband got the vegetable dumplings* which come deep fried by default. I wouldn't recommend the dumplings as they had no flavor. However, there was this great habanero sauce that seemed like it was made in house. We greatly enjoyed that. The corn dog (Kong dog?) was pretty good, but it was kind of missing that strong corn flavor that most corn dogs have. I'll endeavor to try the crunchy ramen one and some different sauces. I'd like to try the tteokbokki, but I'm unsure if the gochujang base contains any fish stock. It automatically comes with fish cakes. I will ask next time I go and update the review. I would definitely say this spot has the flashiest facade out of all of the dining options in the "dining pavilion". The ambiance is that of your typical mall food court. *the veg dumplings are probably just vegetarian, not vegan, but you can always ask!
