The entire new adult OCI process has taken almost Nov 29th 2025, 2 months plus initially starting with a marriage certificate apostille from out of state. After 3 weeks of that I had all the documents and paperwork ready for the OCI process as per their guidance, we had different information from friends and family that had applied a few years before. The office informed is that many of the new OCI processing had changed since Jan 2025. Mr. Satish and his team sent us the list of things they needed to process the entire case. We landed up giving more supporting documents as well. They process everything in a very organized way. Their communication was so on point. His office was very diligent and hardworking, Mr. Satish had all the extra affidavits and notarization done, along with the entire list of all documents we attached in the packet. I got a notification that the VFS had received my packet, and then my payment. Along every step of the process, I was texting, emailing or calling their office and received a prompt reply. They have supported and clarified each and every query I had. While we filed my OCI, my husband received a VFS email to update his passport number with the consulate, Mr. Satish's office came to the rescue again, we approached them and my husband filed his passport update Jan 8th with their office, even though he got a kick back, the office refiled and processed everything. It is now mid Feb; we finally got his passport update done. My OCI has now arrived. This is a true relief. They have been extremely patient with my case after the passing of my father in October. My parents are both deceased and they have managed to help me immensely through this to help me go to India and work through all the rest of my parents' stuff.

However, my experience with Charlie Gomez was extremely disappointing. His behavior was rude and unprofessional he was aggressive in handling my fingers, snatching and pulling without any regard for my comfort. I'm unsure if he was having a bad day or if this is his usual demeanor, but it was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. Despite the poor service, I thanked him at the end, but he didn't acknowledge it. I repeated my thanks, yet he still ignored me. Frustrated, I asked the front desk for the manager's contact information and confirmed his name, Charlie. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. If you're considering this location, I urge you to look elsewhere for a more professional experience.
