I DMed them and even asked if they had Beatles records, which they said they did. I asked if they had Depeche Mode for my mom, and they did. When I got there, the workers were so nice and fun to talk to. After leaving, my mom and I agreed we would be coming back. They were playing good music there and the decorations were actually so cool. They had cassette tapes, CDs, and vinyl. They had guitar lying around, though I tried to avoid touching them just in case they were for display only. The value for these albums were perfect. They had sections for 5$ records, and some for 1$ records. The most expensive one I got was rubber soul for 20$! They had lots to see. It was awesome. I will definitely be coming back. He had such a positive vibe and was incredibly friendly and was just like, "You can put anything you don't want to buy in this pile and I'll put everything back." He also asked if I wanted him to tally up my selections before he actually rang them up, but I declined and decided to trust my erratic arithmetic skills and go all in (either I'm a mathematical genius or I do math at a 1st grade level, no in between). He even so kindly offered to get the door for me as I was leaving. All in all, I took a quick photo of my reject pile, so I will return to rescue those wishlist items ASAP. All were used (and all were in great shape upon arriving). Pretty freaking cool for $85 (includes shipping), for 13 records, that I genuinely enjoy and look forward to listening to again. I was really pleasantly surprised at how many records they had on the cheap that were in my wheelhouse. The descriptions on the website were very helpful, letting me (the buyer) know the condition of the record, if it came with an insert/poster/whatever, and if it was colored. Sometimes even more info than that. These guys and gals know how to vinyl. The guy I communicated with at Vinyl Conflict through email (Bobby) was really cool and didn't care about last-minute additions to my order. Packaging was great too upon receiving it. They're no dummies. Check out Vinyl Conflict, you might find some great music for a great price. Jesus I sound like a commercial. But do it anyway!

As a repeat Haverty's customer I was disappointed to see our last furniture purchase handled with…read moresuch a low level of customer service and eventually ending in a failure to deliver. At the Midlothian store our sales person was more interested in trying to sell us a protection plan than she was in actually ordering our loveseat and recliner in the same color. She only offered us the finance plan that would require a 10% down payment. Only later did I read on their website that other plans could be had that required no down payment. I had to call the manager to have the color corrected for our furniture to match. On the day of delivery I received a voice mail informing us that one of two recliners I ordered was going to arrive with a missing section. This would require a second delivery, at some time to be determined. At 6pm I called Haverty's customer service to find out where our delivery was, at the same time the driver called my wife explaining that he was an hour away, would we like to reschedule? We let him know we were OK with a late delivery. Ten minutes later we got a call informing us the delivery would be canceled. I informed the customer service rep that we would cancel the entire order. I was told that would not be possible until the truck returned to the warehouse. This was unacceptable. I had no furniture, had wasted a day waiting for furniture, and now I had to call them to get my money back. It will be quite awhile before we do business with Haverty's.
