    Definitely not green

WORST PLACE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! We placed an order 2 months ago tor a baby shower. We had a whole consultation to make sure everything was going to be correct- we paid hundreds... HUNDREDS... of dollars to make sure that we were going to get quality. When we picked up the cale was completely wrong. We wanted a full refund to try and find a better cake anywhere else, but they refused! Worst service and even worst cake. Completely ruined my day. Not only did they ruin my day. While waiting for a solution more customers walked in complaining that their cakes were wrong. Incompetent workers that wont let you talk to a manager or someone in charge. Paid for a wooden frame didnt get it Paid for green cake got blue Walmart is better honestly

Spring Fling $44 serves 10-15 ppl

Spring Fling cake is a fruit layered tres leches cake with light vanilla frosting. This location has multiple sizes and other freshly made and ready to go cakes. They offered to write a banner that would say HappyBirthday and even offered a sample of other cakes they had. If your looking to pick up a delicious cake for a spur of the moment party this is your place!! My only gripe was the price $44 but for the quality and convenient location it's worth it.

Located inside the crowded beat up mall East of Peoria by 6th. Next to Ace Hardware and near by Sav a lot. Very attentive nice woman who help me with a slice of her recommended cake. Spring Fling cake was the choice. The slice was ok, I had some pretty darn mouth watering spring cake. It has everything to make this cake, Kiwi, Peaches, Zuchinni, Strawberries and cream. The cream and dough is where it fail. If I were to return I'll stick to Latino flavors where I'm sure they excel. Very nice cake store, they have all sorts. They give free samples!

My cake was not made exactly how i wanted i payed for extra things and didnt even get put on my cake it was alittle dry it was supposed to be tres leches so i figured it wouldnt be as dry but it was dry it was my first time buying and i wasnt really happy with it also their pricing is a bit high. Around the picture there were supposed to be fruits.

We came here in hopes of finding a bakery to replace the spring fling cake from the market. Although the taste and texture is close, it's not the same. It's much more sweet, and less fruit on the inside. It was good, just not what we were looking for. The place is clean and the staff was great. The review is just based on the spring fling.

I bought this cake in the last minute and definitely was worth the money. Cake was moist, fruit was delicious, and the frosting was not too sweet. Definitely recommend pastel cisne

This place was recommended by a friend. 95 dls for the unicorn cake . When we picked up the cake, the decoration was wrong, they didn't take the time to call me and let me know they didn't have the decor .When we got home the cake was falling to one side, there were lots of floss on it , not go back to the store, owner was totally rude.

The ube latte was perfectly sweet with a strong ube flavor. The crème brûlée cruffin had a top that was so crispy from the toasted sugar that I couldn't cut into it, and the bottom was just stuffed full of cream. It was super messy to eat and impossible to share- next time I am getting my own. We also had the pandan coconut cupcake, which was good but not as exciting as the cruffin. The pandan and coconut were both equally strong flavors- I liked it better than my husband did. The Thai tea cake in a cup was also excellent, but outshone by the cruffin. They were out of a few other things we wanted to try by 11am on a Saturday, so get there early if you want something specific. The gentleman running the counter was very friendly and efficient, even when they were busy. Seriously, get the crème brûlée cruffin. I know I will be back for it.

I think I built it up in my head so it sat on a pedestal from all the buzz I've heard. Everything was fine but again, expected something wow worthy. We came here for lunch, love that everything is to go. I was sad to see the traditional cold cut banh mi sold out for the day I pivoted and went with lemongrass pork sandwich. Similar fixing to banh mi, it tasted fine but the pork was rough and tasted ok. They have gorgeous pastries and Vietnamese coffee drinks, I would come back for one of those. We split a cup of cakes (cute!), Boston Thai Tea. Flavor was spot on and appreciated that it wasn't too sweet. I would stop here again if I was in the area and needed a banh mi but don't see that happening. I would rather go to Federal or Aurora for one with more flavor.

We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. We grabbed an éclair, a blueberry muffin, and two ham and Swiss croissants. Every single thing was outstanding. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast. We always have every intention of taking pictures... and then we take one bite and completely forget. That's probably the best compliment we can give. We loved sitting inside, which is intimate, cozy but still roomy. We are looking forward to sitting outside in their patio space. Staff are also exceptional!

Today I wanted a morning bun to cheer me up after dropping my dog at the vet. Ordering online (which I think is still the only way they want you to get takeout?), I saw that morning. Buns were not available today. What a bummer. So I ordered a Kouign Amman then when I arrived for pick up, what is in the display case but morning buns. The Kouign is delicious but it is also pretty darn small. It's the size of a muffin. Then when I was there, I added a big pretzel and that came to ... $18. It's VERY big but seems like maybe $10-$12 would be luxury pricing instead of $16. I'll probably come back because it's near my house and it is so tasty, but if I had to drive, this might be the death knell. I have a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth. And an empty belly.

Such a home-y vibe!…read more It's inside of a church! I was driving a friend from Centennial to Aurora and this place was perfectly on the way. Literally nothing much else around AT ALL. It was a SINGLE pin on my google map - no pins near it at all! I must have pinned this at some point as "a place to go to sometime when in the area" but I really can't remember pinning it and am not sure why I would pin a coffee shop located in a church! However! This is the second coffee shop that I've seen in Denver while driving by - like located as part of a massive church, so it was interesting to actually be checking it out. It was a weekday and there was a vast parking lot and there were like 4 cars. LOTS of parking! Once inside, I immediately relaxed! Didn't even know I was tense! There was so much to look at and it smelled so good inside. Couldn't quite put my finger on it. Something baked tho. My eyes wandered everywhere over the various retail areas, the furniture - couches to patio furniture, the people behind the counter, the various large chalkboards, menus, etc. Lots to look at. I wound up getting a spicy chai! I never order chai! I must have been under some strange spell from being immersed in the warm comforting baked goods aroma! The spicy chai had KICK! It was so good that I ordered a second one to go! My friend ordered that ham+cheese biscuit which looked amazing, with those cheese legs dripping! Whoa! It was such a nice coffee + conversation vibe. I would totally go again if I am ever in that area again! Oh! The 2 behind the counter were very friendly and knowledgeable about their vast variety of menu and drink items!

I got the cardamom bun latte. I was expecting more spiced flavor, I didn't really get that. While I wouldn't get that same drink again, I got this donut cake pastry that was absolutely phenomenal. It was like biting into a cloud, and the bottom was dusted with a cinnamon sugar which elevated the plain cake. It had a decadent chocolate glaze that was so delicious. I wish it would have been a bit thicker but all in all it was very scrumptious. For that donut cake alone I would definitely come back.

Lastly, don't try to pick up your cake earlier than the scheduled time. First time I've experienced a cake not being made earlier than scheduled pickup--I must be spoiled. I came by 2 hrs early (at 11am) when my pickup was at 1. They were still making the cake and said to come by 1. She mentioned they get backed up on weekends and don't have a lot of staff, so I get it. Came by at 2 just to make sure it was done. Again, it was perfect! The inside of the store is pretty typical, has Korean pastries and even offers shaved ice. But as we all know, it's the inside that counts ;)

At one point, I seriously thought about flying back to NY to get the good baguettes. After a few years, I finally found one! I was there every Friday, but now, with a new job, it is just impossible to go. When I was going to a meeting in Denver, I searched for a bakery. I always look at photos of a baguette - the whole "figure" and how it looks when cut. I could find photos of the baguette, but none of the cross-section. So it was a gamble - I pre-paid for 2 baguettes. And I was not wrong! They were wonderful! Embarrassed to say, but I ate almost the whole baguette by myself! I froze the second one.
