One word for this local gem: WOW! Honestly, coming into this shop blew my mind. Every item from the cakes to the pastries and cookies to the matcha and espresso drinks were stunning. Just gorgeous products everywhere. I went on a weekday at 2pm so didn't know what kind of inventory they'd have, but they had everything I'd possibly want. They had cake slices, full cakes, and all kinds of goodies available. I have no idea why I haven't been here since they're a short 5-minute drive from my house. But now that I know how amazing they are, it's going to be dangerous! I had heard that their spring fling cake was their "flagship" item, so I went in planning to try a slice of that and then I saw they had a full coffee/matcha/chai bar. So I also ordered an iced matcha latte unsweetened (LOVE that their matcha is quality and not pre-sweetened mix) with a toasted marshmallow cold foam. All I can say is that if you're going to the Starbucks across the street, do yourself a favor and come here instead. My drink was perfectly made and I got to support a local shop. In addition to my cake slice and matcha, I also couldn't resist getting a jumbo pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. It was moist, absolutely massive, and had a great balance of the pumpkin and dark chocolate, which is my fave. No over the top sugary sweet taste, just a well-balanced fall treat. Now, the spring fling cake I'm sure you've been waiting to hear about: Divine! And hot dang, are those slices massive! You are getting every penny worth of money you spend here. It blew my mind that for all three items I got, my total was $20. The cake slice was so big, in my opinion one slice could easily be split between three people. It'll likely take me and my husband a solid couple days to make our way through it. And once again, the flavor was balanced with fresh fruit, a nice tart cream cheese tasting frosting, and not the kind of sugary cake that will give you an instant sugar headache. This cake is what dreams are made of. I haven't even mentioned how good the service here was. The girl at the register was SO sweet answering all my questions as a first time customer. They had a line when I got there and they got to everyone super quick. I loved my experience here so much that I plan to go back this weekend for a full cake! Plus, I've already told my family about this bakery so it can be our new go-to for party treats when we need them! Do yourself a favor and do NOT skip this spot. Every now and then, I would stop by this bakery for their cakes, especially their Spring Flight. Today, after a very long time stopping here, I decided to check out their shop. Little did I know that they offer more treats including flan cake-like, homemade macaroons, Mexican wedding cookies and other affordable cookies, among their amazing and delicious variety of cakes. The Mexican wedding cookies came in a bag of five, but as you can see in my photo, I ate two on the way from the bakery shop to home. They are so good! Highly recommend this purchase. Service here was great. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very friendly too. Moral of the story: sometimes you have to stop and smell the flowers. In my case, stopping by here once in a while to see what's going on with this bakery to see the treats. read more

This used to be my go to bakery - no more. I tried to order a cake. Quick response they need a 5 day notice. I told them I tried calling but no on answered. Response given oh we were closed for the holiday. I asked then How could I order a cake with a 5 day notice. Instead of trying to be accommodating since I am sure they have extra cakes or even asking what cake I wanted, she, the manager, stated like I said we need 5 day notice. Also, FB or their website did not say they were closed for the holiday even though she said it did. Horrible customer service. These cakes are huge and if you don't have an occasion to buy an entire cake they're also sold by the slice. This makes a great option for sharing several slices for dessert, a dinner party or just because. Each cake I've tried is delightfully decadent. The cakes are light and fluffy, the frosting is sweet and creamy and the FRESH fruits really add another level of texture and flavor to these cakes. Eternal Favors Bakery was a delightful surprise. The Strawberries and Cheesecake Cake was an absolute masterpiece--not dry or stale at all. The Tres Leches was moist and delicious. The bakery itself was spotless, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. While they offer a variety of cakes, the Spring Fling cake stood out as the best. All though service was poorly. No welcoming upon entrance. Didn't ask if we need help. They also provide custom cakes and cupcakes, so I'll definitely MAYBE be ordering a custom cake for my nephew's upcoming birthday at this Bakery Due to service being unprofessional. read more

Picked this cake up as family in CO have been raving about the Spring Fling Cake being a hit. We were very disappointed in the dryness of the zucchini bread and found it difficult to enjoy. The fruits were fresh, delicious, and displayed beautifully, but the quality of the bread really ruined it for us. Unfortunately we didn't even finish the cake and most of it went to the trash. I would really like to try it again and give it a shot, but with the price of the cake, I'm not sure it's worth it to risk getting another disappointing and dry cake. read more

Pathetic customer service. I ordered a half-sheet Spring Fling. The mango that they used had to consistency or apple slices and had zero taste. When I called to let them know there answer was, "Mango isn't in season." Well, here's an idea - don't use it. Substitute something that is in season. Or maybe tell a person when they're ordering that the mango is going to be inedible. You know when they were cutting it, the knew it was totally unripe. This cake went from $115 in July, 2025 to $195 in April, 2026. For that kind of money, I expect a cake with ripe fruit. And apparently I'm the only person in the history of their bakery that has even complained about the inedible mango. I absolutely loved this cake shop! We picked up four different slices and every single one was incredible. The spring fling was the favorite of the night. It was fresh, delicious fruit and the creamiest, light frosting. It could have been a touch more moist, but honestly, that would just make it perfection because it was already phenomenal. The NY cheesecake blew me away. I don't normally choose cheesecake, but this one was unreal... so light, fluffy, and flavorful. Easily the best cheesecake I've ever had. The carrot cake was amazing too. Perfectly moist with a great texture, and the cream cheese frosting had the smoothness of a buttercream without feeling heavy. I love plump raisins in carrot cake and this slice delivered! Finally, the pina colada cake was so moist and full of tropical flavor. If you love pineapple and coconut, don't skip this one. Every slice was so good and I can't wait to go back, they had so many more flavors I want to try. The chocolate covered strawberry cake is next on my list! Delicious Cakes, AWFUL Customer Service, Terrible Cake Decorations. Their cakes are yummy, but their customer service is rude and they act like they're doing you a favor taking your $60 for a small cake. I asked for a small to go box for a slice and they said it was .75. I had them write Happy Birthday on the cake and it was a hot mess, black icing smeared all over the top of the cake, what a disappointment. Write on the cake yourself and it will look better. If you're from Colorado, you have heard of the spring fling cake so when I found out the head baker had opened his own bakery, I knew I had to stop by. The bakery is located outside of Denver in the Englewood area but it's worth the drive. Cake slices are about $7 each so when we stopped by, we easily selected seven different flavors to try. The slices are pretty big so we treated them as mini cakes and sliced it between people to share. The spring fling is the classic. It's a fruit filled cake made with zucchini bread. There's just something about it that works. We also ordered the mango cream, Oreo cream, carrot cake, coconut cream, and cheesecake. Each cakes were very delicious and not overly sweet. The cream was fantastic and did not taste like plastic. The cakes tasted fresh and they had the right amount of moist s our cake slices were not dry. It's worth the drive and this will be our new birthday cake location pickup now. read more

Hello Spring Fling! Ahh I'm so excited this opened. When the Market closed, my friends and I were so sad about never having this wonderful cake again. I like 45 minutes away and it's well worth the drive. The slices are $7 each, but the slices are huge so they're like mini cakes almost. Service was great. They were really sweet and nice and gave us a huge slice of cheesecake that didn't fit inside the box. Of course my favorite out of the slices was the Spring Fling. There's just something so special about this cake and I'm so happy it's back in the Denver community. read more

So, very glad I found Spring Fling cake and didn't have to drive out of town for it! What a thrill to discover more kinds of cake with just as luscious frosting. Came in almost at closing time and only a few cakes left. I bought one slice of eac of: Spring Fling, Coconut, Red Velvet, and Carrot. I loved them all especially none is overly sweet. I was looking forward to Spring Fling the most, however, the cake part is much drier than I remember from The Market days. I think it's because there's visibly less zucchini throughout. I'd advice the bakers here not to skimp on that because that's one of the most important reasons this cake is made famous! That said, all other cakes were more moist than Spring Fling, at least from this visit. I admit, I was wary of buying an expensive birthday cake. I chose a white cake with white frosting, pecans and toasted coconut on the outside, as my daughter loves that combination. This cake was out of this world ! I swear I have never tasted a better cake ! It was moist, dense and the frosting, I normally scrape away on store bought cake as it is often shortening and sugar. They have a cafe as well so can make drinks on the go....the prices are reasonable considering the size of the cakes. The ambiance is great! Refreshing, clean, and well staffed. This is a relatively new addition to my neighborhood and this was my first visit. I had been told by a girl I am dating that they have the best carrot cake in the state. So, I grabbed her hand and went with her to check it out. This place is clean, bright and friendly. The girl that filled my order was super sweet and attentive. I bought a piece of carrot cake and my girlfriend bought a piece of strawberry shortcake. They barely fit in the plastic containers and they are inordinately heavy. Something will understand if you buy from this bakery. The pieces were about 8 dollars a piece and trust me, when we got home and I tasted them, I completely understand why. These are not simple desserts, they are confectionery masterpieces. This bakery being walking distance from my house will not do my waistline any good. First of all I have NEVER DONE A REVIEW OF ANYTHING BEFORE BECAUSE IM NOT A KATEN. But I have had nothing but bad experiences, first I drove 1 hour to get here for my daughter's birthday cake for nothing they made the wrong cake, and since they had made it wrong I decided to just buy two slices of the cake she liked. When I got home I notice it was the same cake I had bought... The owner was there and he didn't try to even make it better, late I went into instagram and I saw they had an "extra" cake for sale the ONE I WANTED..( when they had already told me they don't have any extras... time when by and i decided to give it another try. Because the cakes are delicious. We drove an hour and 15 min with traffic we got here at 3:55 and doors were already closed there were people inside I knocked because it wasn't even 4 yet. Then I saw one of the girls just grabbing cakes putting them inside she said I told out... when all I'm seeing is nothing but cakes.. they were just trying to leave early..
