I have to admit, I did not actually come here for sports equipment, but to return some U-Haul supplies that I had left over from an out-of-state move. It was late, I was in a hurry, and it turned out that the location I had purchased them from had done something very wrong when selling me the supplies. Elsi was a champ; she took down my information and promised me she would contact me after the weekend to issue the refund. I had to trust her; I had a flight to catch. She called Monday morning and settled the issue, even though it required escalation and follow-up with her superiors. It is very rare for me to see such integrity and dedication today, much less from someone who had virtually nothing to gain from doing it. Even though I didn't purchase any merchandise from their fully-stocked, exquisitely organised store, I can vouch for the character and ethic of the staff. I fully recommend that you check out the store; I believe that they will pleasantly surprise you with their products, and I promise that their customer service will be everything you could hope for. While waiting, I noticed two local things - the stage for the ECU Pirate Radio show, which airs live at this location on Mondays, and just a few tables away from me WNCT's Sportscaster legend Brian Bailey!
