They were extremely rude to me in person and over the phone for no discernible reason. Check google's reviews, they are much more accurate representation of the awful place! There was only one good dentist I ever saw here years ago and he stopped working here years ago. The root canal and crown I had done here is now infected and needing to be pulled. How is that possible if they done their job correctly? It wouldn't have been. Also one of female doctors would drill into my tooth when it was not numb enough. Bi*#% LAUGHED when I winced in pain. Took multiple times of me telling her to stop for her to actually STOP "it's will be fine and take just a minute" laughing. No that kind of pain is not okay and I am not the only one to have this experience with her! Take the extra trip to Medford and save your children's teeth!! You have options don't feel like this is your only place! IT IS NOT WORTH IT! read more

I was really nervous to go to the dentist for the first time in about 3 years. I went in and was greeted right away by a friendly receptionist. Then while I was filling out my paper work I got called to go back right away. Mikki took great care of me and did my x rays in a really comfortable timely manner. Then the dentist Dr Thompson came in and did my check up. She was really gentle and great and made me feel really comfortable. I never felt judged and I left feeling really good about my teeth and my cleaning plan. I'm happy I established care there. read more

I've been going to Smilekeepers for years. They have always been respectful, nice and do a good job for me. If I do have problems, they get me in right away. I've had a crown done and its holding up as long as I keep it clean. I'm getting a partial here soon and so far all is well. Never had a problem yet with them for at least 10 years. read more

Tried to make an appointment as a new patient. After waiting on hold for 3 monutes I was told i would be connected to a person who would set up an appointment. So I get transferred back to the hold que. Customer service is poor! Lousy 1st impression I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Has anyone ever heard of a company requiring you confirm your appointment by 2pm the day before or they'll give your appointment to someone else? Well apparently Smile Keepers has this policy, but they are not very good at informing their patients of this. So, when my daughter has had her appt scheduled out for 6 months, they gave her appt. to someone else the day before because I was camping over a holiday weekend with no cell service. I called the morning of the appointment to let them know I would be there, but they never called back. I drove 25 minutes into the appointment, got their early, only to be told she didn't have an appointment any longer. They then put the blame on me saying they left me several messages ... they left me 1 message, while I was still out of cell range. Then they said it was in the paperwork I signed when the girls started going there, but I never signed any paperwork because the girls were patients there before I had custody of them. I've been bringing them to this office for a year and have never been notified of this policy nor have I ever missed an appointment. They didn't apologize at all and only said it was my fault and their 'sorry I didn't understand their policy' after I explained multiple times I was never informed of this policy. Had I been I would have called to confirm before we left camping for the holiday weekend. I'll never bring the girls back to this establishment. Horrible staff, horrible policies, and a dirty establishment to boot. read more

Thanks again gals. I never have updated a review before but you definitely deserve another praise. The first time I tried to make an appointment I was told that it would be about 4 months away. I set the date but had to take care of a tooth ache before with a different dentist. My problem was solved, which I am thankful, but it would not be construed a good time. The people of Smile Keepers honestly care and do the job effectively, efficiently and will let you know if there is an opening if someone cancelled. LOOK AT THE MANY RECENT 1 STAR REVIEWS! DO NOT BE DECEIVED FROM THE OLD REVIEWS FROM 4+ YEARS AGO! DO NOT GO HERE! Take it from a 20 year old that now has to live with this forevermore. They failed upon removing a cavity after filling it, which then caused me to get a root canal on my own funds. Felt shamed upon the root canal even though it was out of my power. My father got a tooth extracted here before, they cracked a nearby tooth and he lost that one too. Wanted to go to another dentistry, they would not send the papers as fast as they should of. It was already a few months in... very recently, the tooth they worked on has chipped away (about 1/4th) from it not having a cap due to not being able to go somewhere else that I can trust. Going to an emergency appointment somewhere else today. I've already had a bad experience when I was small with a dentist, but this one takes the cake. I can't believe they haven't had a lawsuit yet for Pain and Suffering. I personally recommend where my mother has gone instead. You'll probably save more out of cash here since they have cash discount and won't treat your teeth like an awful car repair shop that can come back for more. I had a very strange conversation when I attempted to make an appointment at SmileKeepers. I'm new to this area and a friend had recommended them. The girl on the phone said they had no openings until October (this is early April)???? Then when I asked for a referral saying I would be paying cash (since I don't carry any dental insurance), she told me she didn't know of any dentists in the area that accepted cash and not insurance. Huh???? Who doesn't accept cash for payment of anything. Was she a temp filling in or do they employ people dumber than dirt? read more

Absolutely terrible experience every time I go here. The wait time takes awhile but that's expected of course and every staff member I have encountered has poor customer service. It's quite unfortunate but whenever I go in I get commented on how tiny I am or my "wrinkles". One lady/doctor who has a thick accent was extremely rude with me: I went in because I was having pain where my wisdom teeth should come in and they did an xray. Before, they looked at my teeth they put the light right in my face without giving me the glasses. Story though: the doctor looked at the x ray after aggressively jamming her tools against my teeth and told me my wisdom teeth aren't coming in and id need to pay for an oral surgeon referral etc. After she poorly/rudely explained that I asked her why I'm having pain and she just said "there is no swelling. Your wisdom teeth are not coming in. If you want a referral it will cost you..." and basically just explained what she had previously explained. I googled my symptoms and google told me more about my pain than they could. definitely need new dentist recommendations read more

Worst. Receptionist. Ever. Got mad at me for going to urgent care instead of waiting and hoping to get seen in their office. Dentist is nice and friendly, but the receptionist made me switch to another provider. If I could give negative I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst part was when I told her that I had called the previous day to get set up there, she claimed I had 'never talked to her and that she was there all day'. Yes, I didn't talk to her, I spoke to someone who sets up new patients. What a total bitch this lady was. Never will I do business there. read more
