I love the location of this store and how the associates are very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the children's section is next to null. I love Patagonia infant and kids clothing for all my kids and was disappointed by the selection here. The only other Patagonia stores I've been to is the Santa Monica location, which I used to frequent for my family and I when we lived in the Westside, and the store in Banff. Their variety was obviously a lot wider and more sizes in stock. read more

Horrible customer service. Not sure if the staff was new or was welcomed (or not welcomed) by the holiday staff. Went there yesterday to pick up some base layers, and the staff was rude (or it could have been they didn't know what they were doing and just didn't like people. It's easier to hide). The one guy that did seem to know his stuff came off as arrogant and not approachable. When I go into a Patagonia, there should be friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went home turned off by the staff and did online shopping instead. A brick and mortar store won't survive without proper training. read more

I love this Patagonia. They helped me find what I was looking for and ended up getting it shipped to my place free of charge. This place has a corner for kids to color and play with building bricks too! I wish they had more mirrors bc every time I tried to check myself out someone was using the mirrors...aside from that, love this store lol. Wow - top notch customer service. I just got off the phone with an excellent representative named Justine. She was extremely helpful and thoughtful and was quick to solve issues regarding a search for a product. I've always had wonderful experiences at this store, but this one on the phone had to have been the absolute best. It's customer service (and environmental responsibility duh) like this that makes Patagonia my go-to retail for any outdoor clothing products. I luuuurve Patagucci. But do I pay full price and buy at the store? No. Never. I try everything on here and buy when everything goes on sale on their website. Why 4 stars? Friendly service, local activities, and well - the clothing is pretty good - and it better be for the fortune you could spend! If you're a climber/hiker/biker/backpacker/whatever - well, capilene is your friend through good times and bad, hot and cold, and even wet. Best of all, this young lady doesn't have to dress like an elderly matron when doin' her thang. I need SUMPIN to make me look good while hauling my klutzy ass up a rock or plodding along the trail like a sweaty pack mule. read more

Purchased a nano puff hoodie, the customer service was excellent. I had sizing questions which were answered knowledgeably. Also was shown how to properly compress the product into a bag. For good measure there was a celebrity in the store! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I walked out wearing my jacket. read more

The downstairs is the "outlet" section with great discounts on last seasons merchandise. The customer service was excellent and he wasn't afraid to offer suggestions of similar items on sale. The the biggest Patagonia store but still had a great selection. Parking structure is across the street east entrance, and an easy walk. read more

I recently discovered Patagonia while trying to find some warm clothes. I love their recycle program and the way they try to be more green. The clothes are a bit expensive but have seemed to hold up pretty well in the last couple of month we will see how it does in a year or so. I love this Patagonia store. Everyone who works here is extremely friendly and knowledgable about their products. I think I have at least 6 jackets and three coats from them and they kept me very warm in Chicago weather. Patagonia is the best brand with the best customer service. I bought a black hole pack from another store, after about a year of use part of the grippy surface turned yellowish from the original white. I called the customer service and they promptly offer to replace it with a gift card. I told them I was leaving in a couple of days and they told me to go to the store for an exchange with the new model. Called the store in Pasadena, they were just great. They put a new backpack for me on hold, and when I arrived they simply gave me the new model. Patagonia really cares about their customers and it shows. read more

Patagonia is by far my favorite place for outdoor garments, and I'm giving this store 5 Stars for their inventory, and customer service. Every time I've been in this store, I am always greeted and helped. The last time I was in this store was to purchase a Men's Ultralight Down Jacket. After picking the right size with help from several employees, I purchased the jacket. After about a week of wearing it, I realized I needed the hoody instead of just the jacket. There was no problem with exchanging the jacket for a hoody. All I had to do was cover the difference, since the hoody is a bit more expensive than the jacket. Although I can't always afford to buy Patagonia, when I do, I am ALWAYS satisfied. Great customer service, great return/exchange/repair policy. They are pricy, but if you can afford it, it's more than worth it. You definitely get what you pay for here. read more

Just had the most incredible customer service experience tonight. Celine (I hope I'm spelling her name right!) went above and beyond to help me replace a now discontinued jacket that I originally brought in for repair. She was patient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me replace my old jacket for a new one that I like even better. The other staff I spoke to were over the top friendly and helpful as well. And might I add all of this the day after Black Friday, which I commend (not easy to do as someone who worked retail for a long long time)!! I am a tried and true Patagonia fan for the quality and now even more so knowing the customer service is out of this world. Thanks to Celine and the other Patagonia store staff I left the store smiling and in a fantastic mood when otherwise I'd be totally stressed out just by the sheer fact of having to find parking in Old Pasadena on a Saturday night. I bought one of their flying fish shirts. So cool. I like some of their clothes like their straight and skinny jeans. They also have polo shirts that look and feel very comfortable. I found the salespeople at this store to be very helpful and honest. Be forewarned though, because some of their clothes are considerably pricey. They have a 50% off sale once a year (toward the end of summer) so its more affordable if you wait. The quality and fit of the clothing is exceptional, and the advise from the store employees was greatly appreciated. read more

Great, functional products that last for years and years. I'm still wearing a few items that i bought in the 80s from Patagonia. Color choices are terrific, versatility is there, and of course, quality is top notch. These guys were green before I had a clue what the term meant.
