In my opinion, El Parian is by FAR the better restaurant! The food at Cotijas is decent, if you had no other options, but the staff is MUCH less personable and friendly!!! They are very dismissive and stand-off ish towards patrons! If you need any refills, or anything after you get your meal, you might as well get up and go over to a waiter and ask!
