Bonus points for having a television in the exam rooms, so one doesn't get bored. Great distraction! On 5/26/26, I returned to the clinic for the second time in 10 days for the same condition. I…read morethought it was unusual that they did not repeat the urinalysis . But, the PA said they would give me a stronger antibiotic. Two or three weeks, I received a bill from LabCorp for a urine culture. I went to the clinic to explain the situation and was directed to call their business office. Three days later, a "medical assistant" telephoned me to say she would look at my chart and get back with me. After 2 1/2 weeks without a return call, I emailed a person in management at this business office. Without a reply for two weeks, I telephoned again and left a message. Yesterday , the medical assistant telephoned me, apologizing for the delay, stating she would visit the clinic and look at my chart. Today, she telephoned me stating there was a note on my chart, indicating a urine specimen was taken and sent to the lab. I am in shock and disbelief that Coastal Urgent Care sent a specimen in my name that I DID NOT give them. Beware, if they did this to me, you could me next.

The gentleman who did my intake was thorough. I saw the Dr. for about 5 mins, but he listened to me, provided feedback and could tell I was in discomfort and went over his plan of care with me. Nurse Haley I believe her name was, made me feel comfortable considering I needed a shot in my behind and checked on me. When I tell you I could have cried from relief after the experience I had with this team! I came in at a pain of 7 walking like a robot and left at a 5 feeling comfortable.
