He asked me no questions but diagnosed me and gave me 4 medications. Never asked my medical history, allergies, or if I had already been on any medications. read more

I have now been here twice. The first time, all of the nurses were screaming at each other using profanity. That was a while ago and thought it was maybe just a fluke so went again today desperate with a fever. The staff was not very personable. It literally was like they did not listen to a single thing that I said was wrong with me. Even prescribed a medication that had nothing to do with my chief complaint for being in there. I reviewed the after visit notes on my chart and the information on there was literally incorrect. Would not recommend anyone to seek care here. read more

I called early in the morning about covid like symptoms. I arrived at 9am and I was instructed to fill out a waiver then wait in my Truck to get a rapid test. I asked for a guess on wait time as I was feeling fever coming back. She abruptly said she didn't know...like I was bothering her. She wouldn't even look to see how long others had been waiting. It's been 3 hours now and I still haven't been seen. I've gotten progressively sicker and I'm so out of it with my fever, it will be difficult to drive home. I will never come back here, a situation like this could domino and someone could get very ill. read more

Received an online appointment for 5:15 pm and checked in 5:05. I was not called to be seen until 7:25 pm - 2 hours & 10 minutes. The appointment system is obviously in need of administration. It should not be handing out appointments at 15 minutes intervals when already running a couple hours behind. The waiting area did not have a 'clean' fill. Although seats are marked off for social distancing, there is no one cleaning chairs, or reception counters an regular intervals. When called, the medical staff at the desk were sitting around, with just two patients in the back, and 7 in the waiting room. The medical help was satisfactory (just a covid test). I do not recommend this facility; poorly run. read more

Went in for nausea symptoms that have lasted all day. When I got in to the treatment room, was asked a list of questions that were all COVID-19 related. Someone came in and took my blood pressure and heart rate. Was then left alone in the room for about 15 minutes until someone came in and asked me where I worked (how is that relevant?), how long my symptoms have lasted, and if I've been exposed to anyone with COVID-19. I was then told that I would be given a corona test which is totally fine, there's a pandemic going on and you gotta cover your bases and we can move on to other stuff. I get that. I was then left alone for another 10 minutes until someone came and swabbed me. Then I was left alone for another 25 minutes while they ran the test. Someone then came in and told me that I tested negative for coronavirus, handed me a paper about what to do if you have negative results, and that I was free to leave. Uhh? That's not what I came in here for. I was then told I probably had some kind of unspecified viral upper respiratory infection. How would they know that? To my knowledge, I wasn't tested for anything other than COVID-19. How are you diagnosing me for something I wasn't tested for. How are you giving a diagnosis when I wasn't examined by any member of your staff? I came in here because I can't walk 20 feet without wanting to vomit. I came in here because I can't sit up straight without the room spinning. I came in here because I can't drive myself to work because I can't focus on the road long enough to do so safely. I haven't been exposed to coronavirus and I knew that coming in, so why was that the only thing I was tested for? I was not asked about the severity of the symptoms I actually had. I was not asked if there was anything that may have caused the symptoms I was feeling. I was not asked how difficult it was to walk or move around. I was not asked if I needed a doctor's referral to stay out of work until my symptoms clear up. I was not told how long my symptoms may last. I was not told if I was potentially infectious. I had to stop and ask for a prescription to help with the symptoms I ACTUALLY had because otherwise I was about to be led out the door with nothing. No one examined me to determine the cause of the symptoms I have. I thought that I was going to be given a COVID test so that I could then receive treatment and be examined in a safe environment. I was given a COVID test and then given the boot. I do not feel cared for after visiting this location. My initial discharge instructions did not even include nausea. The whole reason for my visit was not mentioned in my paperwork. It was only added after I had to ask for medication for it because I was not being given anything to help with it. This is a great COVID testing site. Doesn't seem to be good for much else. read more

Checked in online at 7:30 for the earliest appointment at 8:20. Arrived at 8:15 to an empty waiting room. Didn't get called to the back until 8:40. Sat in room and didn't see the doctor until 9:05 - again no other patient was there. Doctor walked in, did a 2 minute examination and then said they don't have the needed equipment and can't say what's wrong. Then waited another 20 minutes for them to say to go to the hospital. The nurse practitioner is extremely rude. One of her receptionists had a spelling error in our chart and the first thing she did was mention it to me and blame it on me. My poor child had over 103 fever and strep, yet she thought it was brilliant to lecture on how a fever wasted her time. Seriously, leave the nurse practitioners in the community health clinics. This woman is awful!! I wish I could recall her name, but she has a "speak with the manager" hair cut and she's built like a pot of tea. read more

Initially had a good experience. I went to get a simple injection, for which I had the medication and a note from my doctor regarding last given date. Rather than asking to speak with me, the nurse loudly and rudely said "I REFUSE to administer medication!" Her excuse was that she didn't know the last time I had been given the medication. If she would have respectfully asked me one question, she could have avoided all of this. I will not be returning here. Quick, helpful and friendly. This is my go-to place when I feel bad and can't get in to my primary care doctor. The wait is usually quicker than you'd expect. The staff is all very friendly and professional. They keep excellent records so they have a lot of info for return or repeat patients. They use electronic prescriptions so no paper to lose. This is the first time I have been here the place is amazing.There are two waiting rooms,one for adult and one for children. Came in with Covid symptoms and confirmed that a coworker tested positive. They refused to test me and offer any care. When calling ahead they told us to come as quickly as possible as only 4 tests remained. The front desk employee made excuses for her coworker telling us to come in for the testing and I was unable to confirm if I have the virus am contagious. This is the reason that the virus will continue to widely spread. Will never recommend such a poor establishment again. read more

Easy in and easy out! I needed to get checked out after being sick for more than a week and losing my voice. I just needed to some reassurance that I was indeed on the road to getting better rather than worse. Honestly, I avoid the doctor's office at all costs and usually do everything I can to get rid of my ailments without the help of a medical professional. I am all about all-natural, holistic measures, when it comes to treating the common cold, sinus and respiratory issues. It was easy-peasy to fill out the registration right here through Yelp (redirected to Lake After Hours site), so by the time I came in, I just had to show my ID and insurance card and fill out one last piece of paper. After about 2 minutes in the waiting room, I was called in to the treatment room, temperature and blood pressure taken, asked about why I was visiting and other bits of information. After all of that was over and done with, the doctor came in, checked ear, nose & throat, offered me a shot (which I said "no" to) and told me about some over-the-counter meds I should be taking to bury this awful cough I have that caused my voice to disappear. I was out of urgent care in about 15 minutes and on my way to get on with the rest of my evening. They also have an urgent care just for the kiddos, too! The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me it's a "Walk-in" and they would have never told me "no" - that I must have gone to the Children's doctors office next door. My roommate scheduled her appointment to get checked for Covid. Test was negative but had serious symptoms. When asked about what else she could have the doctor replied with "That's not my problem" and walked out of the room. So my roommate is sick with a cough, can't breathe, and was falling over from weakness but this person just couldn't be bothered. My daughter had an appointment there yesterday. We were treated very unprofessionally by the front desk staff. At 11:00 yesterday morning I made her appointment. The first available appointment was 2:00. I received a text confirming her appointment and it had a link to the online forms for me to fill out and the number to call to check in once we arrived. Filled out the form, received an email confirmation and called at 2:00 to let them know that we were there. I was told we would get a call back when we could come in. At 3:00 I called to check on our status and was told that we were not on the schedule, after being there at 2 and told that we were checked in and would receive a call. The lady at the front desk told me that she didn't know what to tell me, at that point all she could do was put us on the list at the back of the line and there were 8 people ahead of us. I asked if there was anyway she could move us to the front of line as we had already been there for an hour and was told we were checked in. I told her I could show her proof of our scheduled appointment. She refused to do that and told me she didn't need to see any proof that all she could do was put us at the back of the line. While mistakes happen y'all should have made it right. We got there at 2:00 and weren't seen until around 4:30 due to a mistake on your end. When a mistake is made on your end you should do everything in your power to make it right and your front desk refused to do so. I will never go back to this location and would strongly discourage others from bringing their children to this location. read more

Very unprofessional! My 90 year old grand mother had a minor car wreck and we went to lake after hours on Perkins for precautionary examination. She asked the receptionist for directions to the water fountain. The receptionist said, " we don't have water". She asked for a cup; any way to get some water. They would not provide a 90 year old woman a drop of water. 1 hour later I went to ask about the ETA for being seen and the same receptionist didn't even look up from her phone, the nurse in the back saw me and asked if I needed something.
