Long story short, no one showed, but Jerry provided incredible customer service. Not only did we get the leak fixed, he personally came to make sure the job was done correctly and he did it at no charge to remedy the no show. Most companies have a minimum charge just to show up, excluding the work. Customer service like this makes these small mistakes more than okay in my book. We expected the work to take two days, but their crew got the entire job done in one day. They were extremely responsive, professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. My realtor suggested I call 1st Choice foundation Repair and I immediately got John Calhoun on the…read morephone. He allowed me to vent a little bit about all the issues I was having and seeing. He reviewed all my videos and pictures immediately and called me back within minutes. He advised me to get a structural engineer out there, which came out in two days he offered to credit the price of the structural engineer against whatever I would spend with him if I chose him, which I thought was cool I felt like he really educated me about what was happening with my foundation and although it always sucks to have to get your foundation repaired, it was probably the easiest possible experience I could've imagined. It only took them a couple days to come out. They were there promptly at 7:45 AM. They put five lines into the bedrock around the corner of my house. They were done before noon. It looked like they never came. Which is probably the biggest compliment I could give them Additionally, the exterior corner of the house was raised an inch and a half which was great and I saw interior cracks close up a bit. After receiving over $240,000 from our insurance company,…read moreRicky Evans of 323 Services LLC has disappeared and stopped responding to the repair issues his company caused, as well as unfinished work he has been paid for and not completed. He replaced our expensive hand-scraped wood floors first during renovation of our first floor after flood from burst pipes during big freeze. He allowed his painters to paint afterwards. There is smeared white paint film covering many areas of our dark wood floors, with the white paint deep into the cracks which cannot be removed. He was to redo the floors, but has not. He has disappeared and will not respond to me. I have written him many times outlining the issues to be corrected and never received one response. He was responding occasionally to my husband to my questions, but is not anymore. He has promised dates when various things would be done. Those dates come and go without a word from him. We are on month 11 since he began, and four months since we moved back in and pointed these issues out to him. The floors are ruined. I still have no bathroom shelves or towel racks, which is extremely inconvenient, he broke blinds and just said, oh, well, they're old. He had promised new blinds. That never happened. He did have painter come in and redo portions of the unacceptable paint job, but that's it. So much more to tell, from him screaming at me on the phone with no apology, to his expensive vacations while not completing our home, to telling my husband things I never said or agreed to and vice versa. We are going through a divorce but have always been on the same page as far as the house and communicate just fine. In my personal experience, Ricky tried using that to his advantage. After he got angry at me for yelling back at him when he called screaming at me for attempting to install another item I had not chosen, he told my husband I was planning to divorce him. That was true, but totally unprofessional and he never should have done that. He just got very hateful and vengeful toward the end after we had been so patient with him. I told my husband that was true, I was planning to divorce him. I also told him what Ricky failed to tell him. Ricky offered me the $15,000 attorney retainer I needed for the divorce if I gave him an additional $20,000 when our house sold "because he didn't make enough money on our house." $240,000 he was paid for one floor. Several things he was paid to do he did not do. He told me he wasn't making enough money on my house so he was not going to wallpaper the powder room, although he was paid for it. Cabinets he was paid to install new, some he just painted because he said it would save money, and some he did nothing to. Our powder room sink is still not connected. Four months later. He always had excuses and blame which got very frustrating. I had told him he could do whatever he wanted with regard to choosing tile in master bath. He took that sentence and told my husband I said he could do whatever he wanted to with regard to the whole house/job, just slap it together, since we would be selling it after divorce. I never, ever intended or said that with regard to the whole job. Just the bath tile. But he continues to say I wanted it just slapped together quickly. That is as how he was covering up or trying to lay blame on the issues we had with the job at move-in. So much more to say. These are all actual facts and my personal experience.

Ricky explained what he could do for me (which seemed too good to be true) , and by gosh he did it! He takes great pride in his work; and every step of the way he made sure I was completely satisfied and got a good value for my money. I am just sorry I won't need another roof for a while, because I will actually miss working with Ricky and 323 Services!
