He agreed to do the work the way we discussed. The first problem was getting him out here, he has a lot of excuses. And when they finally got here, they did the job, but not the way we talked about. They were supposed to move posts on the gate to make the gate fit right? Well they didn't wanna move the posts because it was too hard. Hey, that's what we agreed to do!! I guess the bottom line is he wouldn't fix the gates. He cut one gate off completely instead of moving the post and then he hung the gate crooked broke the spring so now it is not self closing. He still has touchup to do and a gate to redo. when I discussed this with him, he did not care that they didn't do the work the way we agreed walked off the job. Haven't seen him since their work is not up to par, they tell you one thing they do whatever they want. this company is unethical and dishonest from the owner down to the workers.
