Completely different colors, and a literal fraction of the 'large' display I paid for, and extra money to be delivered in time Friday for Mother's Day (to a business closed on weekend). They offered to have it remade and delivered... THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY! A bit tardy to say the very least- like getting your fireworks order for the July 4th party on the 6th! August 4 I'm out of state wanting to cheer up a friend who was having a birthday who had just lost her husband. They were so incredibly cooperative they showed me pictures of the flowers that they did when I made a suggestion they adapted to what I wanted it to be, I found them to be really lovely to work with and very good at communication and my friend. The first arrangement I saw by Patricia Ann Florist was actually a casket spray. It was absolutely gorgeous! It looked like a bed of pink roses, nearly all the way to the floor. When my own mother died a year later, I knew exactly what I wanted and where to get it. Patricia Ann did not disappoint. They were absolutely beautiful. Since then, we have used Patricia Ann a few times and I have been 100% pleased every single time. We had accounts (both personal and business) somewhere else that we had used for several years but the prices were getting so ridiculous for next to nothing in size. We used the other florist for my dad's funeral, went in and spent an hour picking out what we wanted, but I was not very impressed and it cost us hundreds of dollars. Patricia Ann does beautiful work, has very reasonable prices, and the employees are very caring and attentive and kind. My only "complaint" was that they would not deliver to a New Carlisle address, which was about 10 miles down the road. If you are paying a $20 delivery fee, that just is not that far to go. BUT, we got our own delivery person to do it for us, and it was worth it to get their beautiful work. My mom ordered the flower arrangement advertised online to be delivered as a surprise to me at work. After receiving them I sent her a "thank you" text with a picture of the arrangement. After seeing what she had paid a hearty price for didn't turn out as advertised she requested a refund. An employee ended up calling me saying that they didn't understand what the issue was and that they would have to come pick up the arrangement at my workplace. I proceeded to tell her that the issue was that my mom was unhappy with what the arrangement turned out to be like versus what she had ordered online. The CSR proceeded to say "well I'm certain you are both smart people and can realize that what you see online isn't always what you're going to get." I just want to say after a very bad bad experience with purchasing dead wilted flowers for an out of town funeral from another unnamed florist, Patricia Ann did an awesome Job for less money than what we spent at the unnamed florist from a month ago. My Aunt passed away and we attended the funeral this morning and to my surprise the flowers we purchased were just beautiful. I picked this florist for Mothers Day because I had been sent a beautiful bouquet from them last year on my birthday. I am so embarrassed by their customer service and product, I will not be returning and neither should you. I ordered the 'Sending You Kisses' bouquet. My mom sent me a picture thanking me for the bouquet, but it was a much smaller, totally different arrangement. I called the Florist assuming the bouquets had been mixed up, only to be met with incredibly rude customer service. The woman on the phone told me she would call me back because she needed to confirm that there had been an error. I sent pictures of the bouquet my mom received to show the woman the error and she said they could have someone send out the right bouquet as long as my mom returns the other one. (I thought this was tacky, you made the error, and it wasn't like my mom was holding the bouquet hostage, but I said okay that's fine). What they ended up delivering was the most pathetic bouquet I have ever seen. I could not have been more embarrassed. The first bouquet had fresh, fragrant flowers. This replacement bouquet had flowers that looked like they had been tousled around and in the vase for at least a week. The edges of the roses were already turning brown and the other flowers were wilting. It looked horrible. I am not sure if the florist was recently purchased or if they need to close, but something has clearly changed. read more

Bought a bouquet from them to be delivered to my wife, gave them the address and contact information. She never got the flowers, I called them after hours and left a message. I called again the next day after not getting a call back, found out that the flowers were left in the mail room of the building she was working in. No attempt was made to call either me or my wife, whose number they had. After going and picking up the flowers myself I found out the bouquet was not the arrangement I had ordered. I wanted to send flowers to my aunt who lives in SB. The corsage was going to be $25 and then they added a delivery fee. But then, I was told the total would be over $50! I asked how it got from $30 to $50 and was told that their minimum order for delivery is $35 so they added an extra $20 to my total. I told them that was crazy and they said that ALL FLORISTS in SB charge the same. This is a total lie. I called another florist who will send exactly what I want for a total (with delivery) of $27.
