Wish I could give them 0 stars. I've had 2 bags from them, both defective. The first time they sent me a shipping label and I mailed it back to them to have the snap replaced. After only a few months it broke again, and I gave up and tossed the bag. Swore I'd never buy another bag from them, but the after Christmas sale got me this year and I bought a bag with a heavy duty looking zipper closure thinking it was bomb-proof. Nope after about 2-3 months the zipper started coming off the track. Pretty soon it wouldn't close at all. I contacted them under the warrantee and they said I would have to pay for the return shipping. So they had a quality problem with their closures, and instead of fixing it, they just made it harder for people to return their merchandise for repair. I complained up the chain and they did send me a return label. Trying to get a refund instead of a repair, because I know exactly what will happen if they "fix" it. Unless you have a lot of time and money to keep sending it back to them over and over again, do yourself a favor and buy a different brand. Not worth the stress and hassle. read more

I love the products and to date have purchased 15 handbags. no more their customer service is rude and not helpful at all warranty is a joke. new purse has zipper issues took 2 weeks for them to respond I could send it in would take 6-8 weeks to evaluate and oh they possibly would not repair but refund. local shoe repair charged me $10 and easily fixed a second new purse was being returned too small. their return label has a weight area and no matter what you put in it won't take it. this purse will be donated. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with my Patricia Nash bag. I purchased this bag LESS than 5 months ago and I can no longer use it due to a broken zipper. I paid $150 for a Crossbody bag that is now useless. I reached out to Patricia Nash customer service and they will repair, at my shipping expense and I will be without my (everyday) purse for 6-8 weeks. I am EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED either this bag and their warranty process. This bag is DEFECTIVE and very poor quality... it is unfortunate that this is their policy. We will never shop with PN again. They do not support the customer with service you would expect from such a company. My mother bought a purse, direct from them and it was shipped for free. Turns out that is uninsured USPS shipping and after the purse was lost, we contacted PN. Attached are the emails telling my mom and I they can not interfere ... what isn't attached is my review of them when they sent a customer service request ... BUT you can see where they didn't post my review. A company that ships you something for free should use a service that is relajbke and at least, accountable NOT one that is separate as in "i put the purse In the mail, not my problem man". My mom owns Several, I think she is now donating instead of wearing them as a free advertiser. We asked for a refund. They said no. Once the post office investigation is done I will try the credit card. All would have been easy if the vendor has shipped as the company with insurance to guarantee customer satisfaction if anything happens on the way. Patricia Nash makes easily the most beautiful wallets, purses (and now shoes) that I've ever seen, with the finest, smoothest, softest Italian leathers, vintage brass details and unique designs ever. No matter your personal style (i.e Preppy, casual, urban, bohemian, corporate chic etc.) you're bound to find something which will catch your eye. A few years ago, I bought a Patricia Nash Cauchy wallet and I kid you not, it hasn't aged a day. Every time I whip out my wallet out of my purse, I always get compliments, it never fails. So it was kind of heart-breaking when the brass snap fell off, I REALLY did not want to get rid of this wallet but lo and behold, if you visit the Patricia Nash website and register your purchase, you've also basically signed up for lifetime warranty and service. When I got in touch with their repair department, they asked to see pictures of the broken piece and full wallet which I gladly sent off to them. I thought I would have to send in my wallet, they would fix it and then send it back to me and I would have to pay for postage, which I was willing to do. Instead they went over and beyond what I expected, a customer service rep named Natalie asked me to choose a brand new wallet of my choice from their website that was under a certain amount of dollars and they would send it to me immediately at no charge. No joke, this kind of customer service is practically unheard of in this day and age. I now have 2 reasons to visit Tennessee, getting some Nashville Hot Chicken and now hitting the Patricia Nash flagship store and go crazy getting beautiful leather goods. read more

10/10 customer service! My favorite purse broke and I contacted their customer service with the hopes that they could fix it. They could not fix it which was a huge bummer, but they instead gave me store credit to replace the purse, so I was able to find another purse to replace the broken one for free. It's pretty amazing to have Patricia Nash right in here in our backyard in Knoxville. Her stuff is amazing. It's well made and whatever you get, it's sure to scream style. This store specifically is GORGEOUS. I was sad when they moved from Gay St, but after I walked into this new place....just wow. It's big and as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a wonderful smell of leather! You can find purses, bags, wallets, shoes, men's wallets....you name it. The Staff is really friendly and happy to help you find whatever it is that you might be looking for. Yes, you are going to pay a pretty penny for whatever you walk out the door with, but it's worth it. The quality of work is impressive. I really wish I could give this company zero stars for their shoes. My husband bought me a pair of Patricia Nash loafers at Macy's because they didn't have the Ralph Lauren loafers that I normally wear. The Patricia Nash shoes came wrapped so beautifully. The price tag was also pretty hefty so I guess that is why they could splurge on the packaging. I wore the shoes once and when I reached my destination, the toes of the shoes had been worn down by the sidewalk. I have never seen this happen before with any other pair of shoes. I tried to polish the scuffs and was very careful with the way I walked in them after that first day. However, the scuff grew deeper until the leather was completely torn away. This was only after 5 wears. The rest of the shoe still looked brand new (including the heels, which are typically the first area to show wear and tear). A year later, my husband bought me another pair of Patricia Nash loafers, fully believing that the first pair may have just had store rot. Well, that clearly was not the case because the exact same thing happened with this pair. You can see from the photos that the heel and sides of the shoes look brand new but the toe is completely destroyed. I don't know if this is an unfortunate design flaw or planned obsolescence on the part of Patricia Nash management but I will never buy anything else from this company. read more

I ordered a bag on Feb 15th. I received a shipping confirmation with tracking number on Feb 19th. Today is Feb 21st and the tracking info still shows that USPS is awaiting the item. I took a handbag to the Patricia Nash flagship store to get repaired on December 27, 2019 today January 23, 2020 I get this call asking me if I purchased the purse at the sample sale if I did they wouldn't repair it now I have spent thousands of dollars on items ranging from men's wallets, jewelry, shoes, boots, handbags, and women's wallets . So when I got home I looked and I did purchase it from the sample sale matter of fact I bought 3 and my friend bought 4. Something is wrong with this picture. At first my review would be 5 stars. I had to send back a tooled bag because the magnetic closures were ripping through the leather. I called and sent back my original which I loved and they would not replace as they do not make them anymore (only had this for one year) I talked to Natalie, Customer service mgr and was told to send it back and they would send my new bag out the same day. I got my patricia nash cross body satchel bag about 2 years ago. Very cute, aesthetically, however, after only 2 years, the closure is ripping off and I can get any customer service from these people. 2 unanswered/unreturned calls, 2 unreturned emails (and yes, I checked my spam box). I'm fed up with them. I will never buy another from them and I do not recommend it to any one I know. I'm not a huge COACH fan, but at least their customer service is great.
