My dentist recommened them to me. I was having a bit of aniexty because I'm known to have adverse…read moreeffects from pharmacuticals so this is a nerve wrecking experience for me. I spoke to someone 3xs before coming in due to paying out of pocket. The issue I had with this is she gave me 3 different prices. EVERY time she told me the CT was included with the price for a root canal. I have it written down 3xs. All three times there was a different price listed on the exception of the CT scan. The CT scan and consulation would be a different price if he didn't do the root canal which was fine and it made sense. When I got there she told me the CT scan was an addtional 250 and then some other fee so in short it was going to be 1400. Again another price change. So when I said something she started arguing with me and getting louder. I wasn't trying to argue. I stated the fact that she told me something else previously and then I tried to clarify by repeating what she said. She was very frustrating and even motioned to someone else and when I said "I don't need another person involved I was just clarifying because you gave me three different prices before." She acted like I did something wrong and started talking slower to me as if I'm an idiot. I was just repeating what she said for clarification since I had 3 other prices at home. IN NO WAY did she need to raise her voice or go to stand. In no way or shape or form am I tolerate to these types of behaviors anymore. I use to be and I use to just stand there and take it but the older I get the more it makes me want to punch them in the nose. I won't and wouldn't but I seriously miss the days that if someone behaved poorly you could. When I was taken to the back not only was my aniexty high but I was nervouse, so I chatter. The girl that took me back apologized and was completely unbothered by me. She was super sweet. She showed me the cost but again I think it was more like here let me explain it to you dumbass. Very annoyed at this point and I couldn't wait to leave. I was fine about paying it either way. I just wanted my tooth fixed. Money is always a concern but I have the money. I could have pulled the entire amount out of my savings but with the present virus and all I'm trying to be a bit more mindful since I haven't worked in 3 months now due to it. The dentist was very pleasant. Very professional and had great bed side manner. He explained my crown to me telling me there wasn't anything he can do but seriously I'm not sure why the infection can't be taken care of without pulling my tooth. The only real tooth I've ever had any issues with in 28 years. Its in the back but I'm still rather freaked out on why it can't be fixed and the fact it will have to be pulled. I view losing teeth as a lack of self care and dirty which I take care of myself and my teeth. So I'm really not happy about it but what am I to do? I do realize that is not truly the only case and reason people lose their teeth but never the less. I'll be going back to my dentist in a few weeks. Thankfully I have zero pain.

We showed up and my wife checked in and then told me that there was a co pay. I asked them and they said for a consult, they toldme the day before it was covered. Exceptional care from start to finish…read more I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wells and his staff in Wesley Chapel. From the moment I walked in, the entire office made me feel calm, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Their patient chairs are massage chairs, they offer weighted blankets and a warm face towel after your treatment. Dr. Wells is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough--he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be surprisingly smooth thanks to his skill and gentle approach. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and cares deeply about his patients' comfort and outcomes. The staff is equally wonderful--friendly, caring, and welcoming. If you need an endodontist, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Dr. Wells. He sets the gold standard for care, professionalism, and compassion.

Scared of the dentist? Worried about your teeth? Or just plain not a fan of sitting in that chair?…read moreTrust me, I get it. But let me tell you--Wells Endodontics changed the game for me. Everyone there, and I mean everyone, is genuinely focused on taking care of you and your mouth. I walked in nervous, not knowing what to expect. My first root canal? Yeah, I was anxious. But Dr. Yelisetty and Dr. Wells made sure I understood exactly what was happening and why it needed to happen. They were patient, kind, and really listened to my concerns. Dr. Yelisetty got me started and was awesome, and then Dr. Wells stepped in for the next part. He made sure I was 100% comfortable, even making small changes just to help me feel at ease. You can tell the whole team truly cares--and that makes a huge difference. If you're worried like I was, don't be. These folks are pros, and they actually make you feel like you're in good hands--because you are.

Beautiful Vibes, Questionable Diagnosis…read more After extensive research, I chose Dream Dental Dentistry because of its glowing online reviews. I walked in expecting top-tier care. What I got was... an experience. Let's break it down. Lounge Area 10/10 on aesthetics. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, the chairs are comfortable, and the music was great. It felt more like a trendy lounge than a dental office. Clean, modern, thoughtfully designed. Honestly, if vibes could clean teeth, this place would be elite. Receptionist Hillary at the front desk was fantastic, friendly, warm, and genuinely welcoming. First impressions matter, and she absolutely delivered. Other Staff The team seemed happy and upbeat. At one point it felt like karaoke hour in the best way. You can tell the staff enjoys working together. The energy is light and positive, which is refreshing in a dental setting. Bathroom Clean and well-maintained. No complaints there. The Exam Process Here's where things shifted. The exam involved an excessive number of photos from multiple angles, tools holding my mouth open, extended time under bright lights. I understand documentation is important, but there was little explanation during the process. When I asked questions about what was going on, the responses felt vague and rushed. Then came the big reveal. The Diagnosis & Treatment Plan Instead of receiving the routine cleaning I scheduled, I was told my teeth were in poor condition and that I needed a more involved (and more expensive) procedure not covered by my insurance. The conversation felt less like healthcare guidance and more like a sales presentation. The focus seemed to shift toward upselling rather than addressing my primary reason for coming in. Dr. Carolina Londono did not come across as reassuring or transparent to me. Trust is huge in healthcare, and I simply didn't feel it in that moment. Second Opinion The next day, I went to my previous provider for a second opinion. Completely different experience. They disagreed with the assessment, performed a standard cleaning fully covered by insurance, and did not find the severe issues I was warned about. That contrast spoke volumes. Trust & Bedside Manner For me, bedside manner is about clarity, transparency, and feeling like your provider is advocating for your health, not your wallet. While the office excels in atmosphere and friendliness, I left feeling uneasy rather than confident. Final Thoughts Dream Dental absolutely wins on ambiance, music, and aesthetics. If I were reviewing it as a coworking space, it might get five stars. But when it comes to dental care, trust outweighs décor every time. If something feels off, get a second opinion. There are other trustworthy dental offices out there. I ended up going back to mine, and I'm glad I did. Read the reviews, but also listen to your instincts.

It was easy to make an appointment for my consultation. I was brought to a room immediately. They were kind enough to put on cartoons for my son. I saw Dr. Aippersbach who introduced himself as Bill. He quickly examined my tooth and asked some questions becflre concluding I needed a root canal. The ladies who checked me out were eager to help me get an appointment as soon as possible to help alleviate my pain. I ended up choosing th Waterford Lakes office for my convenience. Overall amazing experience.

Having a root canal is never any fun, and having 2 in one day, well....Thank God for Dr Isler!…read more From the minute I walked in the door, I was welcomed and felt so calm by the environment of the office. Dr Isler is terrific! Gentle and I have never thought I would say this, but what a gifted doctor. Dr Isler has state of the art equipment and really makes the procedure painless. Yes, there's a slight pinch when the Novocain starts, but Dr Isler has some sort of state-of-the-art equipment that instead of needing more like 5 shots, there is only one! I was instantly out of pain from an abscessed tooth that was just really so unfathomable I could not even sleep for 2 days prior to this procedure. I hate to admit this, but I have had root canal treatment years ago and I remember the past being just a long, painful experience that went on for hours. Well, Dr Isler, some magical way got TWO done in less than 35 minutes!!!! That's insane!!!! Not only that, but I walked away FREE of all the misery I had been in before the procedure[s]. I mentioned to Dr Isler that he must be some kind of brilliant magician to make this such a PLEASANT and PAINLESS experience. He appreciated my compliment, and said, 'I love doing something I am very good at doing....' [almost verbatim]. He's not just 'very good' at doing root canal procedures, Dr Isler is 100% THE BEST! Hopefully, I won't need another root canal, but should I need, I would go to Dr Isler, and HIGHLY recommend him to any and EVERYONE. Great office staff, too. Oh, my goodness! What a wonderful team. It's not often you hear a lot of upbeat giggles and fun in a place that is usually full of patients in pain, but this entire team made my time [and other patients] actually.....DELIGHTFUL! Oh, I had this done yesterday and figured I would be in pain once the medication wore off, but amazingly.....I am PAIN-FREE and happy, and though I could have taken pain medication, I have not had to do so!!!! AWESOME TEAM! Thank you so very, very, very much!

I wish I could give this practice zero stars…read more My husband was experiencing severe anxiety because he had never undergone significant dental work before. During our visit, we encountered discrepancies between the treatment recommendations and payment information provided by our primary dentist and what we were being told at this office. As a result, we requested a few minutes of privacy to discuss the treatment plan and financial options together. Unfortunately, the dental assistant repeatedly remained in the room despite our request for privacy. I had to ask multiple times before we were finally given the opportunity to speak privately. Later, the assistant returned with Dr. Medina, and we explained that we were attempting to resolve conflicting information with our primary dentist, who had referred us to this office. Rather than addressing our concerns, Dr. Medina appeared frustrated that we were postponing treatment until we had clarity regarding the discrepancies. She ultimately declined to treat my husband, stating that she felt we were "not a good fit." As someone who works in healthcare, I found this experience extremely disappointing. Patients have the right to ask questions, seek clarification, and fully understand their treatment options before proceeding. I have never witnessed a healthcare provider refuse treatment simply because a patient expressed concerns or requested additional information. What made this situation particularly troubling was that Dr. Medina was aware my husband was experiencing significant pain, yet she still chose not to provide care. In my opinion, personal frustration should never interfere with professional responsibilities or patient care. Additionally, the staff came across as overly pushy and lacked empathy for a patient who was clearly anxious and nervous about undergoing major dental surgery. The fact that I had to repeatedly insist on basic privacy for a discussion regarding treatment and finances was also highly concerning. Overall, this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate, patient-centered care, especially for major dental procedures where comfort, communication, and trust are essential.
