The manager / main oil technician was rude and I could hear him over and over again talking down to the other technicians. I never saw anyone go underneath my vehicle to change the oil filter so I'm sure that was missed as well. They are slow as well. I sat there well over 40 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Prices are high as well and they love to push you for the " upcharge " on oil and filters ! They are very disorganized. I had 2 different technicians do the same job checking the same fluids. Overall, I hate that Kwik Karr is no longer in this location and it was changed to Valvoline. I definitely will never go back to this location. I did call corporate about all of the issues as well and was told they would notify the " area manager ". This manager never bothered or took the time to contact me. this is one of the worst experiences of my life that happened today at the jiffy lube on 34th…read morestreet in Amarillo Texas, I had taken my dog up with me to the sonic today to get us something to eat, I do not have a car so we walked, I am older and disabled and its very hot, I have to take a break every so often on the way there and back, Today I sat down on the curb by the street of jiffy lube to cool off, my dog layed in the grass and I got on my laptop to check some emails, we did sit there for a good 20 mins probably , in that time I had no interactions with a single other person ,,, not hi , not a wave, literally nothing , just cooling off and minding my own business. then without saying a word to me the employess of jiffy lube found it necessary to turn their sprinklers on me ,, they got my laptop wet and could have caused me to injure myself by trying to get up so fast and out of the way of the surprise water, this was no accident, this was not the sprinklers being on automatic, they were purposely turned on the get me wet, the water went off exactly at the moment I got out of the line of fire, not to mention business are not allowed to have their sprinklers going in the heat of the day like that, not to mention all of this is on camera, its a very very busy street, these people clearly thought i was a homeless person or something and they could just treat someone any kind of way, I was so humiliated I cried all the way home,, who treats people that way, I was treated like a literal stray dog, the people that work at that jiffy lube are cruel and heartless,, if they would do that to a human then they sure don't care about your car, I can't afford to replace the laptop but ruined but I will make sure everyone knows what type of business they are
