(It's happened to me before, my account getting charged, but with another company.) How do I remove bank accounts associated with my Account? I called the Headquarters. It took a while to get connected to an agent. But I was connected with Roger, who was very helpful, as well as courteous. After my information was verified, he assisted me. THANK YOU for removing both bank accounts from my Payments tab. I refreshed the page, and could see that he was successful. I just have the correct bank account showing, which is what I wanted. I had them on auto pay rt from my account. Never missed a payment! So this last year they decided to just drop me out of nowhere and wouldn't even explain why.
