It was really good though even if not my first choice. Baked beans are phenomenal! Smoky, meaty, sweet, peppers. So good - maybe best I've had anywhere. Mac n cheese was seriously lacking flavor. Didn't taste like cheese - just pasta. Needed some seasoning and maybe a smoked cheese or something for more flavor. I would NOT get it again. Green beans had good flavor but was season-less as well. Potato salad was good - mayo based. Bread was just toast - no butter or seasoning. Little frustrated with the service to go. I ordered a few different sauces to try but they just threw them all in the bag and I didn't know what was what. Colors were the same too so I couldn't tell. Would be nice to get some moist towelettes or something in the to go bags too. Ordered to go this time but I've eaten inside before. Restaurant always looks clean and well maintained. They were sold out of corn, so we got green beans; we did enjoy them, nice seasoning. The smoked sausage was great. No bbq sauce needed though I of course did add some. I liked the sweet bbq sauce the best. Again, the spicy sauce wasn't all that spicy. Maybe my tastebuds are just used to Thai spice! I'd definitely recommend checking out this place.

I would say eating here is a bit pricey for the amount of options and limits they have, but it's a nice place to eat with friends or family. I feel like this limit causes people to be less open to purchasing one option over the other, or could pose as a deal breaker -- sometimes I end up not going because I'm in the mood for octopus in soup. Other comments: I also think it's out of the ordinary for octopus to be grilled over being boiled in Asian cuisine, but this can be an unpopular opinion of mine. Also when ordering a serving of tofu, I only get 3-4 small tofu blocks. Only a minor inconvenience. Service is fast and friendly, and it's nice how proactive the servers are.

The ladna is one of the best I've tried. Even better than some of Thai restaurants around Dallas metroplex. Stop by if you are in the area or passing through. They are not too far off I-40.
